You will hear noise from adjacent occupied units and should be mindful of the noise you make as well. We ask all guests to understand the sounds they may encounter from neighbors.
🐾 PET-FRIENDLY UNIT NOTICE: Our unit welcomes guests with and without pets. While many visitors without pets have a great stay, we want to remind everyone that we cannot guarantee a dander-free environment. This may affect individuals with dog or cat allergies.

NUMBER OF PETS: A maximum of 3 pets allowed per reservation. Notify us at booking or as soon as possible if there are any changes.

We had a lovely stay at the Litch! The condo was exceptionally clean and fresh, which was nice to walk into after a long drive. The space felt much larger than we anticipated, thanks to the highly lofted ceiling. The historic building has been thoughtfully remodeled with a rustic modern vibe. Bright natural light filled the front room and kitchen. The main bedroom in the back of the space was dark and quiet at night. The unit opens to the sidewalk for easy access to parking on the street.
The beds were firm yet soft. We were also impressed with the quiet and efficient ductless AC system.
The location is fantastic, just a short drive to Joseph. The Main Street of Enterprise is classic small town America. Super cute. Quiet streets.
It’s clear that Todd and his family take great pride in their business, and it shows in the details. We recommend it.
Note: as specified in the unit description, the walls of the historic building are thin so we could hear our neighbor here and there (and they could probably hear us). Knowing this ahead of time was appreciated. It didn’t negatively impact our visit.

Great location in Enterprise Oregon. Walk to restaurants and shops. Short drive to Wallowa Lake and the park. Condo is clean, comfortable and modern. It is a remodeled historic building with tons of character and all the conveniences. My family, adults and teens, enjoyed our stay.

We had another lovely stay at the Litch Hotel, Sacajawea Condo over Labor Day weekend. The space is decorated in such a cool fashion, the beds and furniture are so comfortable, and the stay is especially relaxing because we get to have our pups with us.
Todd is a very contentious host, and even brought us a half dozen eggs from his chickens to enjoy with our breakfast. I highly recommend the Litch Hotel in Enterprise, OR.

We absolute LOVED this property! I had made a mistake on booking and the owner was more than willing to work with me. We ended up staying in the bigger condo.
The property exceeded what the pictures showed. Everything was so well appointed and the size of the condo was amazing! It was a 3 bedroom, 2 bath and the rooms were HUGE, every single space. The details in the decor was wonderful! We already decided this is our new place to go to for the summer. We've already told so many people about it!!

We were so excited to see our incredibly comfortable, and beautifully designed home-away-from-home. They have all conveniences including a makeup station and lighted mirror. The beds were incredibly comfortable, we all slept great. We were so happy that our 2 little poodles were welcome as well. The brothers provide a dog bed and blanket that made their stay comfy. The area is convenient and close to the lake, hiking, shopping, dining, you name it. We loved our stay and can't wait to experience the other themed rooms. They really are so cute and clever. Thank you and we will be back soon!! :)

The unit was beautiful and so spacious! It was a perfect location for our family vacation to visit our extended family in Joseph. You can walk to restaurants and coffee shops. It’s a short drive to Wallowa Lake. Loved it so much.

The Sacagawea unit was amazing! So much charm and warmth in the entire place. We love how invested the owners are in their community and surrounding area. The Wallowa Lake area is worth exploring over and over, especially with a place like this to wind down in at the end of the day!

This property was perfect for our family of 4 with room to spare (literally)! The space is beautifully done and so creative. We loved all of the custom touches and celebration of the outdoors we enjoy. The kitchen was perfect- just wish our stay had been longer to fully enjoy the space.

Located in a great spot in downtown Enterprise, this space is awesome, spacious, clean, and the owners made us (and our pup) feel right at home.
We did some fishing, went to Joseph, ate at the local restaurants, and had some nice R&R time in this location.

The entire space was just amazing! The decorations and painted murals on the wall were beautiful. All the added amenities. It was just my husband and I this time but it would be perfect for a family and traveling with our dog. It was comfortable, clean and unique.

My husband and I stayed in the Sacajawea unit. What a fun place. Their attention to detail with everything in the unit was amazing. The dog bed, blanket and treats were unexpected but loved by Coco. The history of the old buildings surrounding this area is so interesting and they have done an amazing job with these units and I would expect the ones they are working on will be equally as perfect.

Unique and roomy property, everything first class!
This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Eagle Cap properties. We stayed at the Aneroid 1st stay and enjoyed it so much this trip we stayed at the Sacajawea, can’t say enough about the properties and the management! By next stay they’ll be offering more newly finished properties next door, can’t wait.

Spacious and beautifully renovated
The spacious multi room unit is beautifully renovated and in historic building right off Main Street in Enterprise. It was the perfect “base” for our day hikes into the Eagle Cap Wilderness Area. It was perfect for our family of 5 + our dog - with the parents in the loft and the kids in bunk room - but it may not be ideal for groups seeking more privacy.

A real gem in Enterprise!
The McKee Brothers have created a really great spot in the heart of Enterprise. We stayed in the Sacajawea unit, and were impressed with the spaciousness and quality of the unit. It was just the two of us plus our dog, but there was easily room for 7. So many times you see places advertised as sleeping 7 and you find out it's a couple sofa beds to get you there - not this - it's legit.
Todd and Andy were very communicative, and clearly take pride in what they are doing in the Wallowas. We're looking forward to what they will do with the rest of the Litch Hotel property - if it's anything like their first two units, you're going to love it!

Lovely find!
Sacajawea was perfect for our 4 night stay in Enterprise. It was a well appointed, thoughtfully designed accommodation, very clean and spacious. The amenities were great. "Luxury" describes it well! The kitchen was completely equipped for real cooking, the decor and furniture top notch. Management was very good with before-arrival and during-stay communication. We had a short lived issue with getting the bathroom heat to operate, but an email to the owners received an immediate reply, the problem was corrected VERY quickly. There were only two of us staying there so we didn't take advantage of all the extra sleeping capacity. The back bedroom has no windows, so it was easy to sleep-in if we wanted to, but there was very good built-in lighting throughout the unit. In general, the unit was well set-up to eliminate noise from the outside/street. We did hear some noise from the unit next door (occasional heavy walkers and door slammers) but not to distraction! We felt lucky to find such a great place, felt at home and will hope to stay here again on any future visit.

Fun and well decorated!
This was a very clean, very pretty property. It had an urban vibe as it is right in downtown Enterprise. Easy walk to stores and eateries. Would stay there again!
