Magnificent chalet in a 3 acre forest, on 2 floors. No basement
1st floor includes 2 bedrooms, a family room with living room, large screen, a bathroom and a laundry room. Direct access to the terrace and the spa as well as a large grass field
On the 2nd floor, we find the open concept kitchen which opens onto a wooden terrace, a dining room adjoining the kitchen and the living room with another large screen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath.
Sauna spa (available all year round) and large open lot plus access to our private forest.
Close to Saint-Jovite and Saint-Faustin
Welcome families and couples for a vacation, special event or brainstorm-style business meeting.
We are in the heart of nature and close to lakes, rivers, golf courses, Mont-Tremblant and Mont-Blanc ski hills as well as the tourist village of Mont-Tremblant.

**The water comes from a well. It has been tested and is safe to drink despite its yellowish color.**
**Pets: Please note that we only accept dogs and for a maximum of 2 par reservation. Make sure to add them to the reservation as there are fees associated with accepting them. An automatic surcharge penalty of 300$ per pet will be applied if not honored**
Make yourself at home—the entire apartment is yours to enjoy.
The chalet is set up for self-check in through a combination lock or a lockbox. The instructions to access the property will be sent to you by email and / or text message in the days before your arrival.
Only people registered on the reservation have access to the chalet,and its facilities. No guest will be tolerated unless they have paid their daily user fee (Price per person / per day)
For all your questions or concerns, there is always someone available to respond quickly to all emails or messages during our office hours from 8am to 8pm local time (for more urgent matters, we are also easily reachable by phone) .
If you plan on checking in outside of office hours, please be sure to have access to all necessary information.

* 5 min. drive to access the north side of Mont-Tremblant Resort and 20 min. drive to access the south side, known as the Village of Mont-Tremblant.
* 20 min. drive to the famous Scandinavia Spa & Baths.
* 25 min. drive to Golfing at Tremblant.
* 35 min. drive to the nearest Hospital at Sainte- Agathe-des-Monts (OHIP accepted)

Travelers are required to be of 25 years old at the time of booking.
We use our own secured systems to verify ID, send guest guide and for some communication.
Your reservation will result in you receiving a link for ID verification (Valid ID, agreement to rental contract, and security deposit that could go up to 1500$). This needs to be done prior to receiving your guest guide and access codes to the property. The latter will be sent to you through another link a few days prior to your arrival.
A refundable security deposit is required to protect both property and your stay; it ensures efficient resolution of potential claims, and, if no issues arise, the deposit is fully refunded within 7 days post-checkout.
Terms and conditions
We apologize for the extensiveness of our house rules but they are the result of past unfortunate experiences that we wish to avoid at all costs.
The base price offered is for 4 persons. There is an extra fee for every additional person.
The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times.
If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $ 70 per person/ per day will apply automatically. To avoid check-in problems and surcharges, please make sure to book for the right number of travelers because the number of people will be checked during your stay.
Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.
