Overall, satisfied with the stay. Location is fantastic. Had all the amenities needed during the stay. Owner had excellent communication.

I and my family of 8 stayed at this little beach town home for a week! It was a quaint little place that was just big enough to house all 8 of us. This was 4 adults and 4 children so the two double bunk beds and two kings fit just right. All amenities were as expected and it was a really nice touch to have the beach cart cause that would have been a nightmare going to the beach without it. I believe the only issue we had was the door to the back patio was very difficult to open. I would recommend this to anyone looking to spend a nice little vacation in Fernandina.

the unit was well equipped. The screening on the lower level windows kept all the natural light out. Since it is already a shady area it felt like 8:00 at night all the time.
Since the view is limited perhaps the patio area could have a few embellishments like the neighbors. It is all you are looking at. The unit, linens etc were all very clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. It was nice to have the cleaning materials and soap already available. Once again thank you for being so prompt in handling our issues.

Between the bed bunks and two sets of king beds - the house was perfect for our family! Location was key and the house had pretty much everything you could need and more. Well def be coming back! Host was super sweet and extra accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious enough for 8 adults. Great location and close to the beach. We would recommend this townhouse to anyone looking for a place to stay close to the beach.

Convenient location, plenty of room, kitchen well updated and well stocked. Surprisingly quiet for a condo and its location to the strip. The pool area has some opportunity, especially the outdoor shower needs to be working to keep pool clean of sand

We had a great time with our family on Amelia Island. This place worked out perfectly for the 8 of us (two families of 4).
A quick walk to the beach and many great tourist spots within a 5-10min drive.

My family and I could not have spent a better family vacation and it was partly due to this listing! It pleased everyone from my teenage brother to my ninety year old grandmother. My entire family loved the ambiance and location of this listing. Angelia was more than accommodating with all my families request and she went above and beyond to make this one of the most memorable experiences for us. The house is beautifully renovated and had everything g you could ask for. It is super close to the beach house and the pool is literally three steps from the back porch. The covered garage had beach chairs, toys, and so much more!!! Can’t wait to spend another family vacation here!

This was our second time staying at this property and it served as a great homebase for our final getaway before school started. The house met all of our needs and Angelia is a pleasure to communicate with.

Fun stay for the 8 of us
The property was nice and comfortable, and we adored the property manager. Our AC wasn’t working and they got it replaced in no time! The only negative, is that there seemed to be not enough seating for all of our family. There was a couch and loveseat but for 8 of us we couldn’t all sit together. The kids on the trip with us would like to add that they didn’t like that there was only one tv, and that the back deck was a little dirty.

Lots of Room
This property was well laid out and had ample room for our party of five adults.
The area is low-lying which resulted in 6" of water standing where we accessed our vehicle. The downstairs thermostat kept reverting back to 75 degrees which is a little to warm for our liking.
People staying in neighboring unit on one side were obnoxious with parking their large truck outside of permitted space.
Overall, nice, large unit that is fairly up-to-date. It is a little over-priced when factoring all the fees.

Good Location
Our family enjoyed staying at this condo. The condo was located just a short walk to the beach. There was also a yummy restaurant within walking distance. Our family had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very responsive and kind to work with.

Perfect getaway!
This was the perfect place for our family of 5 to get away from our daily routine for a week! The property is very clean, well stocked, and comfortable!
A quick easy walk to the beach! Just far enough to let most of the sand fall off the kids!
The host is very kind and attentive! She genuinely cares about her guests!

Enjoyable
If you are looking for a place to stay on Amelia Island, this condo is worth consideration, especially if visiting with a dog. The unit is well furnished with all needed. If you walk outside and go right, at the corner you will find a nice path for dog walking, jogging, etc. Turning to the left, it's a very short distance to a good restaurant. Walking a little further and you will find a free little library. The owners are very responsive to any questions or concerns. We were there for the month of February.

Great stay except for dangerous bunk beds
We really enjoyed our stay over New Years. Location is close to the beach, had plenty of space four our two families, was clean, and well-stocked. Our only issue were the top bunks on the bunk beds - one top bunk is missing rails underneath the mattress which led to a small child falling through to the bed underneath. The other top bunk is missing it’s bottom side rail which led to a child slipping through and falling during the night. Beds need to be fixed in order for them to be safe. You can see where a side rail used to be attached on the one bed, but is no longer there. The other top bunk is missing the under rails at the foot and head of the bed.

Omg, the beach access could not have been better! Amazing location! Great layout for a family with young kids plus grandparents.

Nice Beach Condo
Nice townhouse condo 1 block from the beach. We love that Amelia Island is bike, pedestrian and dog friendly; the condo is close to a paved trail which was great for walking our dog and running. The condo looked recently updated (kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful). Bedrooms and living room were well furnished. Dining table and chairs seemed dated. Communication with the owner was great! Checking into the condo was super easy and as explained by the owner. We were disappointed that the unit could have been cleaner than it was (ie, dust by the end table, hair in the master bath corners, streaks on mirrors in master bath and dead fly and dead gnat on/near nightstand in kids room). This all maybe a reflection of the poor job of the cleaning person or crew and not the owner. A cleaning fee is part of the rental cost and if there had been some time lapsed between our occupying the unit and the last family, the unit needed to be spot dusted and vacuumed again.

Perfect spot for your family. Close to the beach… just what we wanted for a quick trip
We booked this spot with little knowledge of the Fernandina beach area and we loved it! It was the perfect spot for our family as the condo is just steps away from the pool, which my kids loved and one street away from the beach which allowed for easy access for our beach wagon during the day or a quick walk on the beach at night. The location provided easy access to anything we wanted to do on the island and we loved exploring the downtown area and all the different beaches and historic areas. The house is equipped with anything you can need during your stay. We appreciated the extras like stuff to do laundry and was dishes. The condo has been recently updated with new pillows and bedding and other essentials. The condo is spacious and works great for a family or even two smaller families wanting to share a space. We would recommend the hosts and this condo to others and will definitely be back for another visit!
