Fun !!!! Only draw back is the window shades barely block any light at all . Window treatments could be better but great house very comfortable!

Gorgeous and spacious house, one the best houses I have stayed in. Close to everything and only 30 minutes from silverwood.

Clean, comfortable, well supplied.

Close to downtown and restaurants. Very nice floor plan with plenty of room.

Loved the place. We came to visit our children and grandchildren and this property was the perfect place for it

Great home! And had all the amenities we needed. Plus love that we could walk downtown to CDA. Clean and in a great neighborhood. We’d definitely stay again! Plus we loved that it was dog friendly for Aussie!

House suited our needs wonderfully while visiting relatives for Thanksgiving. House is very spacious and clean. Also great location. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Enjoyed having a garage to park in. Couch on second floor needs to be replaced. We probably wouldn’t stay again due to the uncomfortable beds. Otherwise a great house for what we needed.

I had my 4 friends and family stay with me in Coeur d'Alene - this house was perfect and ideal for us. A great room with the kitchen in it. And a nice, rec space upstairs with 3 bedrooms and a bath. The 3 ladies had not issues. The home had AC and it did get warm upstairs, but the AC and open windows when needed worked great. The King bedroom and bath on the main floor was excellent and had enough towels and pillows and blanket storage for the whole house. The laundry room was great. The fire pit wonderful. Our experience was grand.

This is a clean and modern home which worked well for our 4 night visit to Coeur d' Alene. The location is close to groceries (Safeway), quick highway access, Costco is only an exit away, and just a few minutes from downtown! We visited during the late winter and can vouch that the home is very well insulated and stays comfortably warm with both central heat and a gas fireplace. The garage is large and can fit two cars (alley access that sometimes you have to squeeze by the neighbors). The upstairs area is a great place for teenagers to enjoy the entertainment area with a flatscreen tv, game table, bookshelf w/ books, and three bedrooms including bunk beds. The master bedroom is located downstairs with a king bed and a desk for remote working – the Wifi is good for zoom meeting. The best place about the house is the spacious kitchen which is well-stocked (has a huge waffle iron, lots of Tupperware and glassware, nice gas stove, Kirkland pots/pans and a huge island with seating. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The house itself was perfect. Lots of room, very clean. The lack of communication with the owners was frustrating. Would still stay here again.

First impression of the home was WOW! Clean, new feeling, spacious, and well equipped. The huge garage for parking was an added bonus. Check in was a breeze and the property management checked in via text to make sure all was well and provide contact info for questions if needed. We travelled with 6 adults and one 12 year old. Home provided us all the essentials to make large home cooked meals for our large group. 5 mins away from downtown CDA. Will definitely look to stay here for our next CDA stay!

This classy, clean, and contemporary home served well for my visit to Coeur d' Alene. The location is ideal in close proximity to grocery, highway access, shopping, and just a few minutes from downtown! If you're visiting during the winter like I did, the home is very well insulated and stays comfortably warm with both central heat and a gas fireplace. The backyard is fully-fenced, and the garage is large and can fit two cars. If you have children, the upstairs area would be a great place for them to enjoy the entertainment area with a flatscreen tv, game table, bookshelf w/ books, and three bedrooms including bunk beds. The master bedroom is located downstairs with a comfortable king bed, and even a desk for remote working. The kitchen is well-stocked including a huge island with seating. The local team is great and very attentive. I highly recommend this home!

Just a Darling House so spacious rooms are big enough it's beautifully appointed with everything you would need. Close to everything Spokane Coeur d'Alene and even Montana. It was so relaxing just what we needed. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful, well stocked home to rent. We were all very comfortable and relaxed. Well-worth renting, we will rent this home again if we are in the area. Close to many attractions. Only problem we ran into was that the water and ice didn't work on the refrigerator but we didn't even worry about it. We didn't even worry about contacting anyone about it.

This house was very spacious and had the master bedroom on the main floor, with all the other rooms upstairs. The open kitchen was wonderful to cook in and was able to watch TV while doing dishes and cooking. The dishwasher was backed up, but Vacasa took care of the problem! This house was 1.2 miles away from the bars, but it was a quick $7 or $11 Uber (depending on party size). I would 100% recommend this house to anyone who is looking to spend time in CDA.

Great home near Sherman Avenue. Appeared to be new? Tons of linens, nicely decorated! We were to busy to utilize the nice outdoor spaces. Mngmnt responded immediately to a preventive fix on barstools! We had a last minute cousin stay; if it was my home, I’d steal space from outside bench area to convert hall bath to a full bathroom🤷🏻♀️ Put a hammock instead of bench. However, it was lovely & we will book again!! Thank you Vacasa!

We rented the house for a Wedding to go to and then made it into a family vacation, it was a great space for 8 people. the main area was where most of us hung out. the location was close enough to walk to downtown or a short bike ride.
They were very organized and it was very clean. we would do it again.

We stayed for three nights in this property and were very happy with that decision. The house had that clean and cozy feeling. Everything was actually pretty clean. The beds and pillows were very comfy. There were plenty enough extra pillows if you want to and plenty enough bath towels. They also provided beach towels for everyone. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, so after a long busy day, it was nice to come home to a peaceful place. Really, no complaints! We enjoyed staying in that house.

This is a spacious, modern home in a prime location for visiting Coeur 'd Alene and the surrounding area. The layout of the home is perfect for small or large groups, and every amenity you need has been thought of to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. We had a busy agenda and didn't get to fully utilize all the features including the backyard BBQ and firepit, but certainly those are really nice to have. The home interior is nicely decorated and well cared for including the furnishings and bedding. We were minutes away from downtown, and a short distance to Silverwood Theme park, and other lakes in the area. We would definitely want to stay here again should we plan other visit to Coeur 'd Alene. You will not be disappointed!

Good stay, in a clean, well equipped house.
Only problem was a water leak from the refrigerator.
We shut the water off. A person showed up Saturday. Said he could not do anything

The home was beautiful and very comfortable and roomy for our family that was in town for my daughters wedding. There were a few issues though that need to be addressed. I Messaged VRBO on the app and replied to the text that gave us move in information and never heard back the whole 4 days we were there. First off the garage code wouldn't work, We only had 1 key for 3 different families that were there. The refrigerator didn't keep things cold, had to throw out a number of items. Old dog poop all over out back in the bark, We picked up after our pup, Wish others had too. Coffee pot carafe was cracked on the bottom leaked all over the counter. Over all the place was very nice, but for the price of the stay it would be nice if things worked...or at least you could get a hold of someone for some help with issues.

The home is just like the pictures; very cozy, well laid out and great for a large group. We really enjoyed the home itself and it was close to where we wanted to be for a reasonable price.
The issue began with ice maker in the fridge not working. We contacted the company and they were nice and let us know someone would get back to us shortly. Then we noticed the fridge (freezer worked fine) was warm and some of our food had spoiled. We contacted them again to let them know of the new issue and again, they were nice and let us know someone would be out that day (Sat). The local staff did contact us and let us know he would arrive in a few hours, which wasn’t ideal, but understandable. When he arrived he was very nice and made some adjustments (most of which we had already tried ourselves) and then left saying it should cool down with in a 30 mins and if not to call him back and he would come right back.
The fridge did not cool down. We contacted the local staff and they said they could not help us that day but would bring ice by in the morning. Neither the local staff or the company ever showed up or contacted us again. The fridge never did work and we had purchase ice to keep food in coolers for the duration of our four day stay.
There where other little things, like missing laundry detergent (which they did bring by later - problem solved) and low stock in TP, paper towels and Kleenex. We ended up buying extra supplies of these items with the ice. To be fair, we did not mention the low paper supplies to them because at that point we were frustrated with their lack of response for the fridge.
The house did have plenty of towels and sheets though. And it really was a nice home otherwise. If they fixed these items and work on their weekend response times it would be a five star.
