Perfectly located Pinehurst home on the 13th fairway of Pinehurst No. 1 , this 3 bedroom/2 bathroom one story home comfortably sleeps 8 adults and is chock full of activities for adults and kids a like. The home is both congenial and sophisticated. Relax on the porch rockers reminiscent of the Pinehurst's The Carolina Hotel's famous veranda while enjoying the Fairway view. Scoot around town in the home’s golf cart or lean into your kid side with an assortment of games tables!

The home is lovingly named Double Bronze by the homeowner as a tribute to his late father, James, an all around amazing man, husband, and father of 8, who earned 2 Bronze Stars in the Korean War and loved Pinehurst.

Embrace your inner chef in the fully appointed kitchen! Host brunches, holiday dinners, or apres golf drinks in the large dining room and mid-century modern living room with gorgeous fairway views!

When your resting your golf clubs, have a turn at the Pop-A-Shot, or bumper table, or try your luck at the poker table!

Included in your guest experience is unlimited use of the golf cart on property. With confirmation of your reservation, you are agreeing to accept all liabilities related to person or property when using the golf cart. Moreover, this reservation confirmation releases both the homeowner and Pinehurst Vacation Rental from all liability relating to potential injury to person or property while using the golf cart.

In town for a wedding at The Fair Barn or the Resort? Double Bronze is a short golf cart ride to both! Equidistant from the Pinehurst Club house and the Country Club of North Carolina. House was welcoming. Unfortunately floors were very very dirty but was promptly fixed accordingly by host. House could use updates and a solid thorough cleaning but overall the kids had a blast with games in garage, golf cart was very convenient as well as location of home. Quite and safe neighborhood. Perfect for our family of 6. We would love to stay again when we visit Pinehurst.

Home was clean, comfortable and fun. We struggled getting in. The code in email did NOT work and the contact on email was a guy who no longer worked at the company. He couldn't give us any help. Had to contact via the app, not the confirmation email. 7 people from bridal party were able to get ready at the house. Plenty room for the friends and family to come hang out for a couple days. Loved being right on the green.

The house was perfect for 4 buddies on a great golf trip. The home was extremely spacious and accommodating. Will most definitely be staying again in the next year or two. Golf in the area is hands down the best ive ever played. House was clean and had everything needed!!!

When we arrived the home was infested with black flies because there was a dead squirrel in the chimney. The flies remained, not as bad, but still remained throughout the house for the entirety of our trip. The exterior gutters are full causing water to not properly drain away from the home. The house is in need of a good cleaning both on the interior and exterior. The property location and access to the water is great, but the home has been neglected. The water area around the dock is full of leaves and sticks too. The neighbors clearly clean the water and it's obvious this property does not. It's murky and slime under foot. Overall this home has potential but needs some serious help.

What a great stay we had in your home! The place was extremely well cleaned, well equipped with everything! There were paper goods, coffee for both regular and Keurig, and snacks. We were horrified when we arrived after a long rainy drive from Charlotte to a house where the beds were unmade with dirty sheets. Dirty dishes filled the dishwasher and dirty towels were thrown on the floor of both bathrooms.

We truly enjoyed this beautiful home! It was very open with giant windows and tons of natural light! Brand new flooring and extremely clean. Cozy feel with comfortable furniture. Loved having access to the golf cart, and loved the huge back deck with rocking chairs lined up to sit and watch the golfers go by. We will highly recommend to friends and family! Thank you for opening your home to us!

Nice house plenty of room for us while visiting our daughter and family. The grill on deck was nice to have and basketball toss was fun for our 6-year-old granddaughter. The carpet needed to be replaced. Overall, very nice place.

We had a great stay at this property. We were visiting Pinehurst so our son could play in the NHSGA Invitational and this house was the ideal location. Convenient to golf, shopping and various other activities. We loved taking the golf cart up to the main clubhouse and the kids loved playing bumper pool and pop a shot. We were disappointed that there was no ping pong as was advertised. The kitchen was lacking a few key items as well, including a frying pan and multiple dish towels. The coffee maker was also tucked away in a cabinet and when I pulled it out the pot had mold in it and the water reservoir was filled with coffee grounds. Overall, we enjoyed the house and would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here on a buddies golf trip in Pinehurst. Great den area with big screen tv and poker table to hang out after 18 holes. Large back deck for grilling out right next to golfers making their way down 13 on No.1.

This house was just perfect for our family’s short weekend trip. It had a lot of space, everything was clean, and all the kitchen utensils we could need. There were even plates and utensils for kids! The hostess also graciously offered to mail us back an item we accidentally left behind. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we’re in Pinehurst.

This place is perfect! Rooms are a good distance from the living and kitchen area allowing varying bedtimes and naps. High ceilings create a spacious warm feel with windows and skylights allowing tons of natural light in and a view of the fairway. Will make it an annual trip if property is available. Definitely a platinum experience!!!

Can't say enough great things about Double Bronze. The house, the amenities, the kitchen, neighborhood. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! :) We literally didn't need anything except food and drinks. Anything we needed to buy was less than 10mins away. We can't wait to come back!

Loved how close this cute place is to downtown. Nice views on the golf course with your morning coffee. The teens loved using the golf cart and the pop shot.
