All are welcome in this modern, ground-floor apartment which is part of a converted 1928 storefront. Great location with restaurants and shops within walking distance and light rail nearby. Walk to the Gothic theater in 5 minutes or drive straight down Broadway and into the heart of downtown Denver in as little as 10 minutes. Easy access to the mountains including sites like Red Rocks and Garden of the Gods. The space Park right in front of your apartment. The space has an open floor plan with a foyer suitable for storing your bike, skis or other gear. The living room is open and inviting, with comfortable furniture and a quirky art collection. The pull out couch is fitted with a memory foam mattress and there is a large flat screen TV over a cozy fireplace. Large fully outfitted kitchen with a waterfall island, two stools and a dining table for four. The kitchen has a coffee station, full size French door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove. The bedroom is equipped with an incredibly comfy queen sized bed and an oversized dresser for your convenience. Extra pillows, throws and blankets are kept in the main closet. The bathroom is well-appointed with a generous 38” shower and extra storage space just for you. Guest access The entire apartment is yours to enjoy. The building itself is a historic two-story live/work building divided into three separate areas. The other ground floor section is also a short term rental. There are no steps or stairs to manage. Other things to note Guests have loved the location. Broadway is one of Denver’s main North-South corridors granting quick and easy access to downtown. Nearby Hampden Ave leads directly to beautiful mountain destinations. Red Rocks is just 15 minutes away from your front door and it’s close to I-25 for those wanting to head farther a-field. Within walking distance to Swedish Medical Center and Craig Hospital, and easy access to Littleton Adventist, Porter Hospital and many more medical centers for those visiting loved ones or needing a special place for their own recovery.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location made it easy to get to the many parts of Denver. The decor was thoughtful, pleasant and comfortable. It was very well equipped.

The property is in an excellent location. It was walking distance from many restaurants and the Gothic Theatre. The accommodations were excellent. This place will be on my short list when I return to Englewood.

I had a wonderful time staying at this place. The VRBO was beautiful and neat as well as very cozy. I appreciated how spacious it was as well as the tiny home vibe it gave off. My only main critique is that the listing stated that events were allowed even though there ended up being some complications with the fact. As someone renting a place I always like to treat the place based on the rules that were given so it was a bit stressful when the events allowed expectation was changed during the stay. That said, I still had a wonderful time and myself and the owner were able to sort out the situation very smoothly so I have no issues and only bring it up as an area of growth in the future. I would 10/10 recommend the spot to anyone interested!

Basically a clean, well-furnished shotgun apartment. The bedroom/bathroom are accessed by a door in the back of the apartment, which creates great separation (so someone can sleep while others watch TV, etc). The bed is very comfortable and the heating/cooling unit is great though loud. It’s a great place to have a fun, relaxing stay.

Great location as far as convenience and access to Red Rocks Amphitheater. Comfortable furnishings and the kitchen is probably the most well stocked kitchen I've stayed at.
Bed was very comfortable.
The air conditioner was quite loud when it kicks on that's my only complaint. The host was wonderful and I would consider staying here again.

The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated. Parking was very convenient and it was nice to be able to walk to area restaurants. It was close to Red Rocks, which was why we chose it.

Location was perfect for our stay. The inside was newly remodeled, spacious and comfortable. We were able to contact the owner for any questions and she was very responsive. We would recommend this property.

We stayed here 2 nights for a quick weekend trip from KC. We loved the central location as we were visiting friends as well as seeing a show at Red Rocks while we were in town. Great proximity to bars, restaurants, convenience stores and SO darling. Thank you for the comfortable stay and we hope to be back again soon!!

We were flying in to Denver for a concert at Red Rocks. Originally, we were going to get in fairly early on Friday night and leave late on Sunday, of Memorial Day weekend. However, Frontier airline changed our flights to in late on Friday and out early Sunday. I will never fly Frontier again. We got in at 11pm. Budget rent a car took 1 1/2 hours to get a car. We finally get to the house after 1am. It was super easy to get in. The place has great parking. It’s so cute and warm and spacious. Finally, something went right! Bed was comfy, we slept in then got up and walked down to Whiskey Biscuit. What a great little area. Lots of restaurants and businesses. Headed out to Red Rocks - 30 minutes. What a great location for the house. It’s quaint, well appointed and so comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back!

We have arrived late Friday night. The host was so kind and let us know she would leave some lights on for us. We walked in, and everything looked exactly like the photos, but there was a welcome edition of a very large Easter bunny, posed to greet us. The place is very nice. The location was absolutely perfect. It was so close to everything we needed and all the main streets to get to a variety of attractions in the area. The owners were upstairs, but that was perfectly fine. We never heard a peep. The bed was comfy. We had tea every evening with a variety of tea left for us to select from. We had zero complaints to even consider.
We would absolutely recommend this location to anyone!!

For a week long work event, it was a perfect location and afforded the quiet homeyness you don’t get at a hotel. Kind of a busy road, but once you close the door, it’s a sanctuary. Nicely decorated too.

The location made it easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. The owners were friendly and lent me winter boots as I came unprepared for the snow! Would definitely stay here again!

Such a great spot! It is so unique but was perfect for our overnight stay. Close to lots of great restaurants! If it wasn’t raining we could have walked to them. Had a great time playing Jenga too!
