This house was perfect for our group! Great location. Easy to get to. They had plenty of towels for the lake. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen and on the grill. The stove was a bit tricky, because the temperature settings had worn off. We could have used more refrigerator space, but we made it work. We enjoyed the game room at night. The only things we missed having were scissors and a lily pad, but overall, it was a fabulous week!

Our stay at Smith Lake was awesome! The home was beautiful and well designed for a family. The views were amazing! It was well stocked and its wide range of amenities provided hours of fun when we were not on the water! The check-in was easy and the manager checked on us multiple times during our stay! We will definitely be returning!

This is our 6th year taking a family vacation with grandparents, parents, and grandchildren and we all agreed that this was our favorite so far. The home and location on the lake are absolutely serene. We enjoyed puzzles, games, and meals in the house. And all the outdoor activities…kayaking, swimming, fishing and fireside smores at night. We also rented a boat from Duskin Marina for two days which was a big hit. The owner was always available to answer questions and provide suggestions. We highly recommend this lake house!

We had a great time at this beautiful property. It was the perfect floorplan for our family. There are 2 master suites with their own bathrooms, bunk beds and 3 other bedrooms with hallway bathrooms. There is also an outdoor shower. The kitchen had a large pantry for supplies so the kitchen was never cluttered. There is a Coffee bar and also a downstairs Ice maker so we never ran out of ice. . We have our own boat so the slip and boat dock were great. It’s a short boat ride and car ride to trident marina for popsicles lunch or dinner. An added bonus was being able to walk the neighborhood loop each day. It was paved and did not have much traffic. I hope we get to stay here again.

We had a great time on our Spring Break at Smith Lake. The house is beautiful and very well stocked with kitchen essentials and also games, books, puzzles, and even some toys for the kids. We had a couple of beautiful days to enjoy the kayaks and sit in the sunshine on the dock. The host was very attentive & responsive. We definitely enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

We had a great time at Lakestone Villa. What a beautiful property! There was plenty of space, and the property was very clean. We loved cooking in the beautiful kitchen, playing pool, and enjoying some Fall sunshine on the dock.

Our large family group had a wonderful long weekend vacation at this beautiful lake property. The young people loved the kayaks & paddle board, playing pool & making smores at the fire pit. The older generation particularly enjoyed relaxing on the porches and living spaces surrounded by windows with stunning views of the lake. Katie is very kind & considerate, checking in to see if you have everything you need.

Beautiful lake house with plenty of space for several families that ranged from 1 year old to 82 years old. Kitchen fully stocked with pots and pans. (Could use some scissors), grills to use for outdoor cooking. Only recommendation would be if you could trim some of the underbrush so older folks that can’t get down to the water, have a little better view of the boat slip area. But we had a Wonderful weekend with family!

I highly recommend this house. The house is absolutely beautiful and large enough for a big family. The location is perfect and on a great part of the lake. We had plenty of room where we could have our own space. We are ready to book again for next year.

My family was at Smith Lake for a wedding and I was looking for a house on the lake that would be enjoyable for my family. We weren’t disappointed. The house was great with plenty of room for 10 adults and 4 small children. Pool table, fire pit, easy access to the dock on the water with kayaks and close vicinity to the wedding venue made this property an excellent choice. Katie, the host, was very accessible. Great time had by all.

When we arrived, we found one of the chairs in the living area was broken and the toilet upstairs. I sent a message to the owners to let her know and she never replied to me. There was so much old trash at the end of the driveway that there were vultures flying around outside. My husband and son tried to shoo them away but they came right back. My teenage granddaughters were afraid to stay downstairs because of the mice! Apparently they were aware that they were there because they had a trap out! Not what you expect for the price we paid.

This was our first trip to Smith Lake and it was everything and more than we expected! The house was absolutely beautiful and accommodated all of is comfortably. I highly recommend this home if your looking for a beautiful and relaxing trip.

My husband and I took our children and grandchildren(17 in all) for a week of fun and relaxation. The house is beautiful with plenty of spread out room! We loved the dock! We rented a pontoon, but we spent most of the time swimming and chillin’ off the dock!! A couple issues with things working in house and there are lots of stairs to dock!! But they did not keep us from having a great time!!

This home is wonderful for a large family vacation. Lots of space, beautiful views, comfortable beds and furnishings. We loved our stay at Lakeside Villa! The house is beautiful with a great floor plan! The bedrooms were spacious. We would have liked to have a TV in all bedrooms(it rain 1 1/2 days of our stay,, however the only bedrooms with tv’s are the 2 on main level. The cleanliness was ok, cabinets in kitchen need wiped down as food was dried to it in several areas and the floors needed a good cleaning, I have ocd. Overall the house was wonderful!! Plenty of seating to relax and plenty of seating for family dinners, the kids were entertained with media room and pool table downstairs. The only other downfall for house is there are no stairs from upstairs screened deck to downstairs outside, you must come inside to go downstairs to exit to lake. The lake is beautiful and the stairs are not terrible, Just a couple short rises to get to and from walkway to water. The kids loved fishing as well as adults. The owners had plenty of toys for the water. We were nervous about the stairs to water being my parents are in mid 70’s and mother has back issues, however they were not bad at all, meaning not a lot. The outdoors has a nice fire pit with plenary of seeing in view of the lake! Also a small back porch with seating. The ice maker does work however it is quite nasty and needs cleaning. There is a dollar store about 10 min from property. We will definitely book this property again and recommend others looking to book too! You won’t be disappointed!!

Perfect for our family reunion!
We needed a spot for a larger family gathering and it was beautiful and spacious. We ended up having additional family and their adult kids join the fun the following day and there was plenty of room for us all. The host was accessible and communicative as well. I hope we book this location again next summer!!!

Amazing Rental/Great Property Manager
We came for my 40th birthday and brought 3 couple friends. The house had amazing pictures but when we got there the pictures did not do it any justice! The house was amazing and clean. Easily one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. The property manager was kind and had an amazing response times. We are looking forward to coming back here with our kids and enjoy some time on the lake!

50th Birthday Weekend
I wanted to do something special for my wife’s 50th birthday so I rented the house for a long weekend with family and friends. This was the best weekend we’ve had in years and wife said best birthday ever. House was beautiful, well stocked, super clean. The communication was perfect. We rented a pontoon and jet ski from recommendation of owner. Perfect weekend!
