About this house rental

Our home is the perfect place for off-roaders and boaters alike. two blocks to dirt roads that lead to hundred of miles of desert trails, about 5 miles to the river, or nearby Golf Courses, about 6 miles to the AVI casino, and about 12 miles to the Laughlin casinos!! After a long day on your adventures you can come back to a clean, comfortable and peaceful place. BBQ hanging out by the pool, or enjoying the sunset view from the front of the house. Nothing but relax, unwind and recharge!!
Very quiet residential area. Loud noise or music is not permitted. Specially during quiet time, after 10:00 pm.
SORRY, NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
NO PETS and absolutely NO SMOKING

Enjoyed our stay. Very nice property. It had all the amenities that we needed. The pool was great, but a bit chilly. Was a little further from the Casinos then we thought. We would gladly stay at this property again.

Such an awesome home to stay in. Well stocked with everything you might need while traveling! Owners kept in contact with us during our 5 week stay to make sure things were ok and if we needed anything to make our home away from home more comfortable.

We had a great family vacation. Angelica was very responsive and helpful from checking in to time we left. The home was beautiful very spacious we enjoyed the pool and open floor plan. We even got hit with some bad weather and power outage for a bit but always had contact with owner. Would defiantly recommend this home for family vacations!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this location we had another family staying with us. It was a perfect size for 8. My only complaint would be the queen mattress needs an update 2 adults on it was uncomfortable as it folded in to the middle and kids bunks are meant for younger 10 and under but we made it work :) the master king bed was so comfortable! This location is perfect if you’re heading to the river or lake Mojave one of the very first things I noticed on how clean it was it was very well stocked with things you may need for cooking which was very convenient the neighborhood it was very safe and quiet there were many grocery store options a Target and Walmart very close by. Also many food options as well. All in all it was a wonderful stay for our family and would definitely consider staying again! Thank you for your hospitality.

The owners were very responsive, helpful and the home was impeccably maintained and had everything we need needed to make it feel like our home way from home. This house was absolutely amazing and I would 100% rent again I’m the future! Thanks for everything! Also, other places I’ve rented from out here make me wash all loads of dirty towels before leaving and this house did not! So that was a total plus!
