The unit is clean, well stocked and convenient to eateries and stores. The host was great and easy to reach. Here’s something to consider, the Red Line proved to be difficult unless you were very familiar with the process. We had an aggressive male confront us and rambled on an on the whole trip. It was intimidating to say the least. As a single woman, I’d Uber next time from the airport.

It's clean, it's beautifully designed, it's comfortable. GPS found it easily. Parking was easy. We were in Boston for sightseeing and it's not in an easy place to get downtown, but we managed. Boston's a big and busy city and this is a bargain.

Very nice and clean apartments. Equipped with everything necessary. Thoughtful interior design and a very convenient parking space for the car. With a small baby, we only missed having a travel cot, but everything else was perfect. Many thanks to you for the excellent hospitality!

After a quite fraught arrival in Boston (delayed flight, lost luggage) it was so nice to arrive at a place that was ready for us and easy to be in. Very little hassle (a few minor WiFi issues which were quickly sorted). The house was clean, easy to use, comfortable and spacious. We've stayed in Boston several times, but never in the south area and the traffic was a bit complicated, but GPS worked well and we conquered it! Great stay. Thank you very much!!

Everything was easy and smooth here. The property has everything basic thing you would need. We brought our dog and as long as you don’t mind walking a bit to find green space, it’s pet friendly too. Easy access to Boston and was very clean. Thanks!

The home is spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. The description of "near downtown Boston" is a bit of a stretch. The property is in Dorchester, a good 30 min. drive from Boston. That being said the neighborhood is quiet and clean, and Uber took care of the distance.

Their place are so clean, comfortable, and all that. Their mattress are so comfortable that were slept very well! Perfect parking spot (NOT on street parking) We stayed there for convention in Boston for few days! Boston hotels were so expensive so we’re glad that this house has everything we’d enjoy! Highly recommended!

Great property. Convenient to downtown Boston. Upstairs neighbors were very friendly. The place has parking which is a major plus, found that out, we didn't have to park on the street. Host was very responsive with any questions. If you go on July 4th, you can just watch the fireworks from the front porch. Fireworks on both ends of the street. Pretty cool. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I were thoroughly pleased with our stay at David's property near Boston. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the home as well as the proximity to Boston and all it had to offer. The parking was easy and there was even the option to park behind the house off street. We did both. Sometimes we parked out front and sometimes we parked in back. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and there were little extras included as well. When I had questions David was quick to respond and was so helpful. We loved the nearness to Boston without having to stay right downtown. Thank you, David for your great hospitality. Camille

Very hard to get the key box to work. There’s a technique to open the box. Plus instructions say # what ever number. You don’t need to enter the # in the code. After a couple of tries I managed to open the key box. WiFi password missing. Took me almost 2 hours to get the password from the host. No tv’s in the rooms. 1 bathroom for the whole place. Metal lined plates can’t be used in microwave. So don’t have them there-accident waiting to happen. Overall I guess the place is OK, but I would spend a little more to have the conveyor another bathroom and entertainment in each room.

The neighborhood was very quiet and the house was decorated in a calming and inviting manner. The rooms were a good size and the layout worked well for my husband and I and our teenaged grandchild.

With the traffic in Boston, you can't hardly beat the location. We loved the ease of driving to get to anywhere. Wifi signal was a bit poor in places and we weren't sure what the extra keys were for, but it was a great place to stay!

We came for my graduation and everything was awesome. Driving to the inner city can be chaotic. This was just close enough where we could enjoy the piece and quiet at the end of the day, while still being close to where wr needed to be. Everything was clean and beautiful. If you have the opportunity to stay here, do it. You will not regret it.

Everything was just as David had stated on the website, and he was very responsive to initial inquiries when booking and also upon arrival. Plenty of towels, and though we didn't need, there were extra toiletries in the event you forgot something. Bed was very comfortable and apartment was clean.

We loved staying in this comfy, lovely home! It’s a whole apartment with large kitchen and dining room. The fact that David loves hosting folks is seen in the cleanliness of the apartment, extra details like soaps, toothbrushes, etc for guests. Everything was easy/convenient and lovely! We highly recommend this location!

The owner David is super responsive. The home is very lovely and spacious with a wonderful back deck that we ate dinner out on. One bed is a little soft but the other was the perfect firmness for my back issues. The place was extra clean and decorated so lovely. Just a short Lyft ride to the arboretum and Jamaica Plains pond or downtown.
