i chose this place because it was close to the wedding venue we were in town for. The house itself was perfect size for us and nicely decorated but my God the floors were filthy, cans and wrappers under the beds and the only reason I found that was because I dropped my earring. My granddaughter’s feet were black top and bottom so she had to stay in the carpeted bedroom to play, she is crawling. The filter in the fridge needed replaced. Closet doors broken. I was really embarrassed. Reached out and they said we should of called and they would of sent someone out, umm we’re on a short trip for a wedding? Shouldn’t it have already been cleaned? The master toilet couldn’t be used.
It was sad, because it really is a beautiful rental.

The pool is quite discolored and not inviting. The place was poorly cleaned. There were several minor maintenance issues that (broken cabinet handles, etc). One of the biggest issues was that one of the bed frames literally broke into pieces the second we sat down on it. When we pulled off the mattress it seemed clear that they had tried to repair the wood frame in a cheap way rather than just replacing the frame. The places that had carpet were pretty dingy. The process of paying for and getting the required damage insurance was a joke.

Our family was displaced due to Hurricane Ian and had to find temporary housing due to our home not being livable. We rented this home for our family and anticipated being able to have a home to stay in that was safe for our family after having gone through such a horrible hurricane and home damage.
I contacted the property manager earlier in the arrival day and asked if we could check in early. I was told that other guests were checking out the same day, so they would need to clean and an early check-in was not available. That was not a problem so we planned to check-in at 4 p.m. as outlined in agreement.
At 3 p.m. we recieved a call from the property manager saying the house did not have power and hadnt since the hurricane, and that they needed to relocate us to another home. They gave us the address and we headed to that house. Upon entry, the house had a strong odor of air freshner and was clearly not suitable to stay in for our family. It was smaller, in poor repair, and on a very busy street corner. Also, it wasnt the house that we booked or agreed to stay in. I contacted the property manager and was told to open the windows and unplug the 9 air freshners throughout the house. I told her that it would not work and we continued to go back and forth multiple times. End result was that we left for a hotel and contacted VRBO for help. They cancelled the reservation and said we would get a full refund.
The property manager refunded the rental, but did not refund the insurance the charged us for nor the "credit card fees" that they charge, shortchanging our refund by $234.85. I wrote them back and asked them for the remaining balance explaining that we should in no way, be charged ANY amount of money as they fraudulently rented a house that they fully knew did not have power and tried to take advantage of hurricane victims at the absolute worst time. It was so incredibly disappointing.
We have still not received the remainder of the refund nor have they responded to our emails. We have opened a case with the BBB, VRBO, and reported them for Hurricane Victim Fraud with the State of Florida. Eventually we hope this will be resolved, but until then we hope that people will stay away as they are likely to be taken advantage of.

We booked this listing for parent weekend at the University of Tampa. The home is located in a nice neighborhood convenient to downtown and lots of restaurants. The house is very spacious and was very clean. The booking process is a little arduous with having pay the pet fee on a separate and then having get insurance on a yet another site. The back yard was not as spectacular in person as it was in the photos, but it was still nice to lounge by the pool. The mater bathroom toilet was not working, and the lights from the adjacent McDonalds does shine into the Master bedroom. Overall, a great saty.

Boho Vibes was the perfect place for a New Years family reunion in sunny Tampa. The house is conveniently located right in the middle of all the amenities and in a great neighborhood. Publix is 2 minutes away. Wright’s deli just up the road. We had dinner at the La Colombia History Center location on the river. Got to see the the Tampa Bay History Center. Tell them George H. sent you. Cigar factory in Ybor fun for all. Clearwater beaches spectacular. The pool was just warm enough for a swim in December. The kitchen was extremely week-equipped for feeding a big family. Amanda, Catrina, and Stephanie ITM Group were responsive and helpful. We will be back!
