Come relax in this gorgeous guest apartment that was professionally designed to create a cozy vacation spot that you won't want to leave! It has 4 bedrooms, 2 with king beds, 2 with queen beds. There are also queen air mattresses also available upon request. There are also 2 full bathrooms with heated floors. The master bathroom has a huge walk in steam shower with a shower tower with tons of different settings and the other has a full bath tub and shower. Both bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and black washcloths for removing makeup.

The kitchen has a full size fridge and is stocked with spices, oils, and plenty of serving items. There is also a coffee bar stocked with coffees, teas, creamers and sugars.
*The kitchen does not have a stove/oven, but it does have a cooktop, pressure cooker, air fryer, crockpot, and rice cooker!*

Pool is currently winterized but will be open May 2025. Hot tub is open year round, and there is lots of outdoor seating for laying out or sitting around the fire.

This 1700 sq ft guest apartment is located in the walk about basement of a single family home. The entire lower level is private for guests use and there are no shared inside spaces with the owner. Owner lives on site (just upstairs on the main and upper floors of the house) and is available if guests need anything.

We allow one small dog under 20lbs. No other animals are permitted. We provide a crate that the dog must stay in if left alone at the house as well as blankets and towels.

One car is allowed to be parked in the driveway. No RV's are allowed to be parked in the neighborhood at all per HOA. If you have an additional car it can be parked on the main neighborhood road on the side of the house.

Guests can check in at any time after 4pm. A door code will be sent at the day of check in that will be activated at 4pm.

The entire property is strictly non-smoking, inside and out. Smoking on the property will result in a fine and immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.

Quiet Hours 10pm-8am. Please be respectful of us and our neighbors.

We don't host weddings or events, small gatherings can be arranged and must be agreed upon in writing before your arrival.

Natural disasters, extreme weather, power/internet outages are out of our control. Although rare, these things can happen. We can not offer a refund for these instances, aligning with VRBO policy. We will do anything we can to ensure your comfort.

Please try to be extra attentive not to flush anything except toilet paper. Removing items that clog the system will be the responsibility of the guest.

Please do not use white towels for makeup removal. Black washcloths are provided for you. If you need more please let us know.

For everyone's safety we have security cameras around the entire exterior perimeter of the property (attached to the roof) that view the entire backyard. These cameras are only monitored in the event of vandalism, theft or noncompliance to our house rules. There are no cameras on any inside areas.
