The Living room features two sofas, three chairs, an enormous wall-mounted HD television and even a fireplace! The kitchen is sure to impress even the most seasoned chef, offering granite countertops, a gas cook top, stainless steel appliances from top brands including KitchenAid, Wolf and Sub-Zero, The dining area affords seating for 8 and a wet bar with separate ice maker, and wine chiller, perfect for entertaining guests!
Turquoise is the newest and most luxurious destination in Orange Beach, featuring saltwater indoor and outdoor pools, an elevated 450 foot outdoor saltwater lazy river and sundeck, a children’s playground, two fitness centers, a dry and steam sauna, tiki bar and restaurant, and direct access to the immaculate shores of Orange Beach! Turquoise’s modern architecture and upscale amenities are unparalleled by any other destination in the area.
You’ll feel like royalty when you step into the master suite, which hosts a king bed with luxurious bedding and top of the line mattress, an HD television and beachfront balcony access. The attached glamour bath features a massive jetted tub, separate glass and tiled shower, and his-and-her vanities! The second and third bedrooms both offer a King sized bed and HD TVs. The fourth bedroom offers a full sized bed and the 5th bedroom has two twin over full bunks with twin trundles. Also, there are two queen sleeper sofas in the living area, allowing the condo to sleep up to 20 comfortably! There are private baths attached to the first four bedrooms, plus a half-bath for the kids in the 5th bedroom.
In addition to indoor living space, an expansive 1200 square foot balcony offers panoramic views of Orange Beach’s picturesque seashore. Enjoy your favorite cut of meat from the grill with family and friends without leaving the comfort of your unit! There is an outdoor dining table where you can savor your morning coffee, enjoy your favorite cocktail or even dine al fresco while the gentle lapping of waves and the coastal breeze soothe your senses.
Parking at Turquoise Place is limited. Each unit has one assigned space and thus only guaranteed one parking spot. The use of a second, un-numbered space in the parking garage is based upon availability. Also, please remember that RVs (or extended vans with rv hook ups), trailers, boats, jet skis, etc. are not permitted in the garages OR overflow lots.
