This was a perfect place to stay for a group that looks forward to enjoying the water and the local activities. I will come back again for sure.

My family has been coming to the area for scalloping for the past several years, each time staying at a different rental. This one was by far the best and we have already booked again next year! Plenty of space with all the comforts of home including a well stocked kitchen. Beautiful sunset right out the back window. Comfortable for a large family with kids or even several couples. Can’t wait to come back!

This was the perfect house for our large family to all be together. Plenty of space to accommodate everyone. The easiness of riding bicycles and kayak, fishing everything was provided for. Would highly recommend this place.

We had a great time! Beautiful views of the gulf.
Master bed was comfortable but a little low to the ground. Grill could use updating.
House was very comfortable and we love the area!

We stayed at this property for 2.5 months and really loved the location. We enjoyed biking to all of the nearby restaurants, kayaking, and relaxing in the hot tub at night. The property manager, Summer, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay as well.

The place was amazing, we loved that every corner of the house had a place for different activities, relax with great views, fishing overlooking the gulf, kayaking, biking etc. I do recommend paying the extra fee for the pool heater if you are visiting in the winter months. The property manager Summer was super attentive. Will definitely take my family to this retreat again.

Seaside Oasis was a lovely stay for the week with family. I would note that there was not a firepit available during our stay - which wasn't an issue but it was advertised. It was clean and had great amenities, including coffee and paper goods. The dock was perfect for our boat during our stay and the family caught plenty of fish off the dock as well. One irritation that was not fault of the owner are the biting midges (tiny biting gnats) due to the mangroves across the house - be sure to bring some OFF to keep them away.

Very peaceful, lots of animals, including ducks that will come right up to you. The Gulf is a short kayak ride away either by the canal or you can cut thru the mangroves during higher water. We saw tons of sting rays, fish even a couple sharks hunting stingrays. Lots of shopping close and parks to hike in. A couple good beaches near by, or short drive( 20-60 minutes) there are lots others as well

Had a great stay at this property! Well stocked with everything we needed and then some. We spent most of our time kayaking, enjoying the hot tub and of course trying all the local restaurants! Great home when you’re looking to get away and spend majority of your time with family! Plenty of activities available at the home and the host responds very quickly! We’ll be back!

What a special time our family had here at the Oasis. The house was great and spacious. But the view, the sunsets and spending time on the deck and seeing all the amazing wildlife will always be
what we remember most.
We look forward to staying here again.
Thank you Alix!

Great place to stay. The only minor issue was that sounds can be herd through the house.

My fiancé and I did a combined party. Our friends and I loved everything about this place except the beds. The beds were very firm (almost like laying on the floor). The location was pretty nice not much traffic getting to and from the house.

Beautiful house in a great location
We have family in the Hernando Beach area, so our main goal was to be near to them and have a place we could all relax and hang out together. This property was absolutely beautiful - above our expectations - and had plenty of space indoors (two very large tables) for everyone to hang out and enjoy meals together. I have a few very minor complaints - the owner is extremely strict about street parking and texted me about it A LOT during our stay. I don't understand that. Sure, the neighbors may complain, but they have no right to do so. Legally, there is no reason why cars can't be parked on the street. Secondly, there is not a lot of seating outdoors for after you've been swimming. There's a very nice table in the pool area for people who are dry to sit at, but only two chairs for post-swimming. Thirdly, I didn't think the outdoor cameras would bother me, but they did a little. Especially when I realized how much we were being watched (such as commenting on where cars were parked). And while we could just close the shades, I believe that the camera that points at the pool can probably see into the house a little bit too.
Its good to be aware of that. Otherwise, the property is immaculate, the furnishings are absolutely beautifully designed, the rooms are well-described, and the owner provides a lot of very nice touches (like coffee pods) to get you started on your stay without having to run to a store immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

Hernando Beach peace ☮️
Beautiful location, sublime sunsets, awesome pool and hot tub, lovely home.
Very easy to reach and communicate with Alix the owner. Example; the pool cooled due to cooler nighttime temperatures and I just texted her with a request to heat the pool, I sent the Zelle payment and it was on seconds later.
The home is comfortable, well appointed and up to date. No TV’s in the bedrooms, bring your IPad and with the WiFi we were able to stream.
Lots of good restaurants nearby that are on waterfront locations. All are unique and have nice seafood selections. Upper Deck was fun for watching boaters and people enjoying a great day in the sun. Lei Lo Tiki was a nice place to watch fisherman get ready to go out for an evening on the gulf. Good breakfast at Silver Dolphin. Drunken Mullet and The Tropical Grill at the Hernando Beach Marina was really good for lunch, the lobster roll in butter was delish! Grouper Bites we’re really good too! Inn on the Gulf in Hudson Beach had the favorite meal of my husband, seafood Alfredo.
We loved the natural beauty of the area, lots of palm trees, super quiet and relaxing. Saw manatees at the nature preserve, so peaceful just floating along…..
We would love to book again with Alix in the future!

Excellent Stay
With nine people; including an infant and handicapable senior, this house had everything we could possibly need. It was a home away from our home and came stocked with all the essentials including a high chair, pack-n-play, baby utensils for our little guy.
We found the rooms clean, inviting, and very comfortable. The kids spent a lot of their time swimming and fishing and even caught some crabs off the dock. Our eldest took a kayak out to the ocean several times and saw some really neat things.
The community is quiet and friendly with stores nearby for last minute necessities. We ate locally at the Lazy Lizard which had amazing bar food and only traveled a short distance for groceries to cook at home.
Property owner was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions promptly.
10/10 Stay. Would recommend to anyone.

Peaceful Place
This is a very relaxing location for a quiet family getaway. The home is fully equipped with kayaks, crabbing equipment, and bikes for no extra charge. The home is on a canal that opens up to the gulf. Beautiful, peaceful view of the gulf with spectacular sunsets. We even saw manatees in the canal on our first night there. A great place to recharge with the family.
