About this apartment rental
~ You just found your Base Camp to explore the North Shore of Oahu ~
Our condo has just been completely remodeled and redecorated with two brand new bathrooms as of September 2021. We are situated alongside the Palmer Golf Course and are a short 5-10 minute walk to the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities of Turtle Bay coupled with the comfort of condo living.
Health and comfort are top priority. We pride ourselves on a clean home and have implemented additional measures for sanitization.
This reimagined and redesigned condo was spearheaded by Citron & Date, a locally owned family business from the North Shore of Oahu. We firmly believe in quality products and attention to detail to make your stay at SEArider a one of a kind experience at Turtle Bay. Our unit is 900 sq ft and includes 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 loft bedroom with a queen size bed and 2 full bathrooms (one with a standing shower and the other with a bath tub shower), comfortable living for 4. BRAND NEW A/C UNITS RECENTLY INSTALLED IN BOTH BEDROOMS! Enjoy the fresh air, but don't worry if you need to close up the condo and keep it cool. There are three flat screen TVs (2 with Cable), as well as unlimited high speed Wifi.
We have our bed linens custom dyed and made to match the unique vibe and theme in each bedroom. We supply oversized waffle bath towels in each bathroom all linens and towels are designed by Citron & Date.
This condo faces East and has wonderful trade winds that blow throughout the unit daily. Ceiling fans are located in every room. The outdoor lanai is private with a table and chairs, great for coffee in the morning or an evening cocktail to finish out the day looking at the beautiful views of the golf course. This condo is the perfect place to launch for your island getaway when visiting the North Shore of Oahu.
Owners live 10 minutes down the road so if you need anything at all during your stay, please don't hesitate to ask. Happy to share our favorite North Shore dining and adventure recommendations, as well.
Our unit is located at Kuilima Estates East and is a short 5-10 minute walk to all beaches and Turtle Bay Resort. Explore endless walking trails, private beaches, restaurants and the world famous Palmer Golf course. The unit comes with one designated parking stall.
Please note:
Our condo has access to 2 private pools that are shared with the community, along with a BBQ pit and tennis courts. It's about a 2-minute drive to the resort or 5-minute walk. Take in nightly sunsets at Turtle Bay's lagoon or any of the secluded beaches. Walk to a restaurant for dinner, visit the horses at their stables, or go for a walk in the miles of endless pathways and walking trails that surround the estate.
The condo has a keyless entry, so you will be able to enter on your own. We are North Shore residents and are available for any questions or needs that may arise throughout your stay!
The Kuilima neighborhood is very quiet and friendly, so please respect this nature of living. No additional guests, parties or events are allowed. You will need to observe quiet hours between 8:00am and 9:00 pm.
We recommend reserving a rental car prior to arriving on the islands. The commute from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) to the North Shore is approximately an hour drive depending on traffic and arrival times. If you decide to forgo a rental car, there are public bus services available, as well as Uber, Lyft and Taxis.
*You will be charged a one time cleaning fee of $175 and $25/pp for any additional guests after four.

1.) Quiet hours: 9pm - 8am (there are residents that live in the complex, so please respect the peace and quiet in the evenings)
2.) ALOHA style - leave your shoes and slippers/flip-flop’s at the door!
3.) Please don’t sit on the furniture in wet bathing suits after returning from the beach/pool
4.) Please wash off any sand prior to entering the unit
5.) Please do NOT spray sunscreen lotion inside the condo - please do it outside the door (it stains floors, furnishings, etc.) Thank you!
6.) Do not take bath towels to the beach, they are for bath use only
7.) No smoking
8.) No pets
9.) No parties or events
10.) Be sure to always lock the condo when coming and going
11.) Keep the place as clean as possible and remove all trash at the end of each day.
13.) One parking space is available to guests - guest please park in that designated spot only.
12.) No overnight guests/no more than 4 people allowed to stay in the unit unless pre-approved

We loved our stay at the condo in Turtle Bay. The location was perfect as we could walk to the resort, or drive to local places easily. North Shore is a fabulous place in Oahu, and when we go back we will certainly book with Nicole again. Mahalo!

This unit is so beautifully set up with cheerful decor and everything you need. Just a quick walk to Turtle Bay, easy parking, spacious rooms - we just loved it and will definitely return. Don't miss the walking trails around Turtle Bay!

We had an amazing stay in this beautifully decorated, creative, fun, and well appointed condo near the North Shore and can't wait to return!
The condo had all we needed for the 3 of us (ourselves and our son) to enjoy a great escape and was located within a short walk to a beautiful beach, restaurants and coffee! Our host, Nicole, was easy to communicate with and was helpful in answering a few questions we had about the area. And, the comfy beds and tropical breeze made for some restful nights so we could get up and start our days early!
The trip couldn't have been better and we're so grateful we found this little piece of paradise to stay in. Thanks so much!

This condo is truly paradise! Every single detail of this beautiful home is on point. The decor is beautiful and tropical. The upstairs bedroom and bath was perfect for my daughter and her friend and the gorgeous bedroom downstairs was amazing. The lanai was off the bedroom that had constant soft trade winds and a lush view of trees and flowers. Sweet sound of local birds are the only sound I heard. Very peaceful. I will most certainly repeat my stay here and look forward it it!!

Great location and beautifully furnished. I came here for a gals trip and we both loved it! Centrally located to all things North Shore and a short walk to the resort coffee shop, restaurants, golf course and stables. Highly recommend this place for your next vacation.

This property is fantastic. It has everything you need but still maintains an easy and simplistic feel. It is gorgeously decorated and very well located. Nicole goes above and beyond to ensure all your needs are met and questions are answered. We hope to stay here anytime we visit the North Shore.

Wonderful time at the Kulima estates at Turtle Bay. Condo was perfect for our family. The owner was very responsive to all our needs and we were very happy with all aspects of the experience (Location, cleanliness, amenities). Overall a very welcoming and charming spot for some Canadians looking to get some well-deserved sun and beach time.

In short, exactly what we were expecting. Communications with the property manager leading up to our stay were very timely and informative. The condo was easy to locate and access with the instructions provided. Upon entry the condo was a bit warm, but with the two AC units turned on and the windows open to allow the cool breeze in initially, it cooled off quickly. The bedroom and loft have their own dedicated AC units, but the living room does not and is a bit more challenging to cool. We used a box fan we found in the master and put it in the hallway to move cool air into the living room. It would've been nice to have a ceiling fan in the living room. The ladies in our group were extremely impressed with the decor. And the lanai in the back, with seating for four, overlooking the golf course was serene in the morning.
Strongly recommend visiting the resort while you stay at this condo. Enjoy their large pool and hot tub with breathtaking views and comfy seating. There's an impressive blow hole on the west side of the resort. But don't get too close! There is also a unique seaside massage hut experience at the resort. We didn't know about it until walking around the exterior of the resort one morning. We didn't book it, but would've had we known about it. The cove next to the resort has a nice, well-maintained beach and the view of the stars at night is spectacular. Overall, the condo, combined with it's proximity and access to Turtle Bay Resort, is worth every penny. We would absolutely stay again.
