CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE:
1. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Assuming a guest is unable to travel due to a positive COVID Test taken within 72 hours of travel OR a government imposed/mandated travel ban, cancelations will be processed as follows:
• REFUNDS: If a guest cancels their reservation and IPM is able to resell any of the guest’s reservation dates, IPM will issue a cash refund, upon receipt, for all dates that are resold.
• CREDITS: Assuming a guest cancels their reservation within 60 days of arrival and choses to forgo a refund per the terms mentioned above, IPM will issue a credit on all monies paid based on the below terms and conditions:
o Credits shall not expire
o Your future reservation must be placed in the same Villa that was originally booked
o Rate differences for future reservation dates may apply
2. Non-COVID Related Cancelations: For cancelations unrelated to COVID, Island Property Management will attempt to rent the unit during the specified contract period. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount equal to, or greater than, the stipulated contract amount, all client funds will be returned upon receipt by Island Property Management. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount less than the stipulated contract amount, client will be issued payment of said lesser amount (as REFUND IN FULL) by Island Property Management. Assuming the unit fails to rent, NO REFUND will be granted. Although not guaranteed, assuming the guest cancels within 60 days of arrival, the property will typically re-rent for the canceled dates thereby allowing the guest to receive a full refund.
3. Travel Insurance: Assuming you need a cancellation policy that offers refunds, we have priced our units so that you may purchase travel. The price of our Villas, together with the travel insurance policy, are still less expensive than 90% of our competitors. We price our Villas in this manner to provide options to our guests as most guests prefer to forgo insurance and utilize the existing Cancellation Policy + pay the lower price.
4. Moving Dates: We can usually accommodate all guest date change requests that occur 90 days or more before arrival, with the movement of reservation dates to the following year. The move must occur within the same Villa that was originally booked, and rate changes may apply.

We would stay again. We needed the inflatable mattress and rented a twin bed so everyone, 10
People, could sleep comfortably.
AC went out on a weekend and property manager responded quickly. Short drive to multiple great beaches.

This home was very nice and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed as far as pots, pans and glasswear. Response time was great from owner. We definitely recommend this property and would stay again in the future!

Walking distance to wailea beach and shops, comfortably fit 10 people. Walkable to fantastic pool as well. Only issue was a couple things were broken from tennants before us, but property manager remedied critical items.

We had a beautiful time. The property fit all 10 of us, six adults and four children, well. The pool was a hit with the kids. Location was great with accessibility to restaurants and beaches. The kids are already asking when we can go back, and we would definitely stay here again.

Had the entire family here; our kids plus spouses and grandchildren! Pool on location and numerous beaches within a 5 minute drive make this an ideal location. Shopping within walking distance. The house is beautiful and spacious.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. It’s beautifully furnished, well equipped for all your dining needs and so clean. Our family felt at home and had a great time bonding with one another. We loved that it was within walking distance of the beach and the pool! The property manager was helpful and always quick to respond. We will definitely love to stay here again!

Everything was perfect. This is our third stay at Hoolei and this was most spacious yet. We had six adults and two 4 small kids. Pool is terrific! Close to beaches and everything you need. Three families had a great vacation!

This beautiful villa suited our family of 10, including a toddler, exceptionally well! The large kitchen and eating area was our favourite meeting place while prepping meals and planning our busy days. The lanai was large and we all sat comfortably for meals. Perfect location.

Got the condo for the wife’s 70 birthday. Daughters and husbands and two grandchildren on the trip. Condo was great. Lots of room for everyone. Close to the Wailea beach walk was important and this condo delivered. The pool was excellent for everyone but especially the grandchildren. (6 & e). Well equips for cooking but knifes are very dull. Be by your own. The lanai was noisy with traffic noise but liveable. Garden view only. Otherwise a very quiet location. Easy to access all the services in Wailea short walk to the Shops of WIlea. Very enjoyable for all. Girls are already planning the next trip.

We came to Maui for a family trip with our 3 young kids, my mother and my brother. This home was perfect for what we needed - it had ample space and every amenity and convenience we could want! There were enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable and have their own space, and the lanai (both of them!) were perfect when we needed a little quiet. The pool was great and never crowded. The beach was nearby, but not exactly walkable with the hills and 3 kids. We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful villa while in Maui. The kitchen and living room areas are beautiful, and the bedrooms are great! The deck/balcony was large and had plenty of seating, however there are loud street noises if sitting on balcony due to a busy street behind the villa (but you cannot see the road due to the lush plants and trees). It only takes 5 minutes to walk down to the beach - great location! All around, we really loved staying here!

We loved everything about our stay in this Hoolei Villa. This is the only 4 Bedroom, and allowed us to spread out six adults and have space for the kids in the double bed(s) room. High end design and amazing kitchen although we did not cook much more than breakfast. Great location and a short walk to Grand Wailea and the beach. We attended a nearby Luau at the Wailea Beach resort and shopped at the Shops at Wailea. Loved the convenient Island Gourmet Market there. Pool, Sauna, and Gym were very nice. Kids loved the Elevator... ha ha. We needed a crib and baby swing for our daughters infant and rented them from a local lady specializing in Baby furniture rentals. We could have called IPM, but we just rented from her, very handy and reasonable. We felt very comfortable in this Luxurious property and felt it was an outstanding value for our stay. Parking in Garage was nice. Plenty of towels and being able to do laundry a couple times was great. 5 STARS FROM US!

I have been to Maui 5 times now (three with my wife only and two as a family). We have stayed at different towns on the island and we have found we like Wailea the best. After staying at the Four Seasons and the Grand Wailea, we noticed Ho’Olei, and thought that would be perfect for our family (2 adults and 5 kids). It was! Such a beautiful, clean home with lots of space to spread out when we were in it and not out and about on the island. Great location! We plan to come back next year!
