About this cottage rental
Caldwell Cottage is a small home with a rustic ambiance and a fully fenced back yard. One bedroom offers a queen bed, and the other has two twin beds. There is also a pull out queen size sleeper sofa if you need extra space for sleeping. The kitchen has a dining table that seats four and is open to the living room. As an extra touch, there is a nice screened-in porch for quiet time while you enjoy the peace of your morning coffee or sitting around a table enjoying each other's company. There is parking for two cars in the front area of the home and linens and towels are provided. Bring your coffee for brewing your grounds in the mornings!
PLEASE NOTE:
To get you started, we have stocked your home with a starter supply of toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, dish washing soap, and laundry soap. If you run out or need additional supplies during your stay, you can replenish them at a nearby store.
Towels and linens are provided, Please bring your own shower and bath toiletries.
Friendly reminder~ No smoking or vaping on the premises. There will be a $500.00 fine for any smoking on the premises.
