My wife and I are always cautious when we see a place that's a 10, because it's hard to find something perfect. Well, this one is.
The communication with Robert was easy. He replied very quickly and went above and beyond to make things perfect. Let's dive in: the water pressure of the shower head was great! The place smelled clean as soon as we walked in (now there's the pressure of making our place smell THAT clean too lol). There's a starter kit that will last you a few days, with soap, TP, garbage bags, etc. Since we were very low maintenance, what they provided was more than enough.
The kitchen had everything you needed, from plates and kitchenware to appliances. Just make sure to clean up afterwards.
The apartment is located about 25-30 mins from Universal and about 15 from Disney. Not bad! Quiet neighborhood, there's a Walmart, gas stations, restaurants, etc near by.

First of all, when we travel, we always stay at VRBO rentals. We know what a good or bad place is. This unit smells clean when you walk in, and you will not find any dirt, sand, hair, etc on the floors. This was probably the cleanest condo we ever stayed in. As far as the location, it was great. Disney is about 15 minutes away, and if you are not heading to Disney , then Disney springs is about the same. Great neighborhood to walk in the morning, and when you come back, head to the pool. The unit is not close to the pool, but the walk is really nothing when compared to the quiet area this unit is in. I know traveling is stressful not knowing what you'll get for accomodations, but don't worry about this place, it's top notch.

Great location for Disney and shops, made good use of the pool and other facilities onsite. Accommodation was super clean, spacious and well equipped. Host was in regular contact and accommodating - would stay again!

First, I want to give a glowing review for this property for a variety of reasons. The first is for cleanliness. This property is one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. It was nicely updated spacious enough for a small family, and very well stocked with kitchen items. There is also a washer and dryer which made it highly convenient when using the pool and wanting to come back and wash and dry wet clothing. It is so close to all of the parks and the check-in process was super easy. The owner of this property was so kind and accommodating. I could not have asked for a better experience and a nicer place to stay. We were traveling with our grandchildren one of which is Type I diabetic. We always need to have a kitchen to prepare special meals for her and a place that feels comfortable and like home. This property met all of our needs and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Perfect! We were staying all over FL for a week of college tours. We wanted a place for a couple days to do 1 day at Disney, have a home cooked meal and do some laundry- property owner had good communication and it was great to find a place that let us book two nights. I was about 5-7 min late getting out and the house cleaning service was waiting for me to leave, and I felt terrible, but no I’ve made me feel bad about it. Cute, well stocked, easy, accessible, comfortable beds, near a Walmart, cute and friendly staff at the pool, and mini mart. Thanks!

Clean, comfortable and convenient to Espn Wide World of Sports and Disney. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Condo had supplies like soaps, coffee filters, olive oil etc, laundry detergent.....all the things to make for a convenient stay. Highly recommend staying here as it has pretty decor so aesthetically pleasing as well.

The condo was perfect for my sister and I’s recent trip for a little Disney World and a conference located at a Disney hotel. We have stayed at Windsor Hills multiple times over the last 8 years. This condo is now our favorite. We will definitely look to stay here again. The owner was nice and very efficient with the various things needed to check in. The beds were comfortable. The pictures are accurate. More things were provided than listed. While this condo is a further walk to the pool than others, this means it is much quieter with less foot and car traffic.

We had a wonderful relaxing week! The property was clean and simply but tastefully decorated which made it feel spacious and cool. It had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. It was also very quiet which we loved. Will definitely consider staying here next time we visit Florida.

We loved our stay. Robert, our host, was incredible. he was very responsive and supported us. He responded quickly in all matter. the condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Windsor Hills was very clean and had multiple places to interact. We would stay here again without reservation. Was here for USYS National Championship. Great place to relax for our family.

Highly recommend this condo. It was clean, had everything we needed (keurig, blender, hair straightener/blow dryer, tons of kitchen items etc) and the master bedroom bed had the most comfortable mattress ever! The kids also enjoyed their double sized beds and multiple tv channels in their room. We have been to Windsor Hills previously but had to drive to the pool. This condo was just down from the pool/water park, arcade, and store/community centre. Disney parks, Walmart, stores and restaurants were also so close too! And the owner was super friendly, helpful and communicated throughout our visit.

The condo is conveniently located on the first floor and walking distance to the pool. Unfortunately though, you can’t access the patio area. Everything was pretty clean overall but the master shower needs some new caulk and the sink drains really slow.

This ground floor property is perfectly located near the Disney parks-maybe a 10 minute drive. It is well appointed with comfortable beds, plenty of towels and a well stocked kitchen. It’s very clean and just as pictured. The community is gated and feels very safe. The pool is gorgeous. The owners were helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo is exactly like the pictures. Had everything we needed. No carpet, very clean. Beds were comfortable. Quiet location, lots of parking while we were there. The owner Robert was great. The owner Robert is absolutely amazing. He was so quick on booking process and sending me the essential email to check in process. The house is equipped with everything you need. It's very convenient to go any restaurant and also only half a mile there is walmart. It's very close to all the disney parks. Check in and checkout process was the easiest ever. Great location, 2 minutes down the road from Walmart and within 10-20 mins of basically everything. Condo had everything we needed, walking distance to the main pool . Condo was clean and comfortable. Owners were absolutely excellent to deal with.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at Robert’s condo and we loved it even more this time. It’s decorated to a very high standard and has been renovated since we last stayed—new furniture, flooring, even a new HVAC system. It’s very clean, the beds and linens are very comfortable, we all loved the big tv’s with Netflix, etc. and we had plenty of space as a family of 4. We love the little touches like beach towels, too. Robert is always very communicative and available, which puts the icing on the cake. This time, he even gave us a few extra hours at the condo on our final day because there weren’t guests arriving on the same day, which let us make the most of our morning before heading to the airport. If you want a home away from home, close to Disney and the other parks, this is it!

Excellent Homebase for Orlando Adventures
This property was fantastic. It was well appointed and very clean. It was a short drive to all of the major Orlando theme parks, though 192 in the afternoon/evening can become a bit of a parking lot, which extends travel back to the condo. The pool facilities were fantastic and the kids really enjoyed them. A minor issue with some damage to the condo was addressed immediately by the owner, though we told him he could wait until after we left to make the repair. You will need to provide toiletries and paper goods beyond a small sample that is provided when you arrive, but there are plenty of places to pick up these necessities close by. We would definitely consider this condo again of our travels bring us back to the Orlando area!

A Great Stay!
This was our 5th stay at Windsor Hills and our 1st in this particular unit.
I have to say that out of all of the units we've stayed in, this was by far the most equipped. Although we no longer use strollers, high chairs, etc for our kids...this unit had everything for little ones.
The kitchen was really the icing on the cake! We weren't cooking gourmet meals by any means but everything is there to cook anything. From a garlic press to a slow cooker, every utensil you could think of and plenty of dishes for all ages. It really was great!
My only tiny issue with the unit was that it didn't have a great clean prior to our stay and really it was minor. Found some old food wrappers under the couch and could really use a good deep clean but the main areas floors and surfaces were totally fine :)
The beds are extremely comfortable and very clean and fresh as well as the livingroom/diningroom furniture. Everything was really great!
All of our previous stays were in one of the buildings beside the Pool for convenience but I have to say, having this unit in the furthest building was actually so nice! It was really quiet and even though there was construction going on the building across the way, it really didn't bother us at all. You could just barely hear it and we were out during most days anyway. Would definitely stay here again!
For the location of the property itself, yes it's super convenient if you are doing the Parks on your trip and having the giant Wal-mart right there is great but it's always very busy. We usually end up getting all of our groceries at the Publix at Orange Lake. It's nice and close and not really busy at all.
I did get a chance to speak with Robert (Owner) while we were there and he is so nice and obviously very passionate about creating a great stay for his guests.
Overall had an amazing trip and will definitely stay here again!

Spacious Condo
Condo was very clean and spacious. Convenient to Disney properties. Could use more washcloths and better lighting in the parking area. The king bed was too soft. Overall the place was great.

We loved the condo and location. We’d gladly stay here again. Only thing that I’d say was a negative was the floors needed cleaned. Our feet turned black when walking around barefoot so we just wore socks or crocs when indoors. It was a great place overall.

Love this property
I love the Windsor Hills property and have stayed here several times. The location is great with easy/close access to the Disney properties, restaurants and shopping. This rental unit was clean and spacious. You have everything you need in the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. Booking and check-in was super easy. I really appreciated the communications from the owner/manager throughout the process. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Robert and his family were truly amazing!!!! He gave us a courtesy call to welcome and thank us right after booking. I made a last minute special request and he did everything in his power to make it happen! The condo met my expectations and my family LOVED it!!!! It definitely was our home away from home. Robert responded to every message within minutes and made sure we were well taken care of. We had a minor hiccup during our stay and Robert went above and beyond to have it taken care of. I’m super glad we choose this home and got the perfect host! You will NOT be disappointed choosing him or his lovely home. THANK YOU ROBERT!!!

Great stay
This was our first time staying off of Disney property and it was a great experience. Propery was fully stocked with kitchen supplies, very close to Disney property and the pool was a great plus!
