If you play in the city by day you can relax in evening with great view of Lake Washington. Sea planes taking off and landing, boats of every kind. Quite neighborhood. The 1 line is 3 easy miles. Free parking garage. Fabulous hostess!

Every single room of this property demonstrated an attention to detail. Two beautiful and welcoming bedrooms, a beautiful bath with crisp clean towels, a very comfortable sectional couch for conversation and seating for visitors. The view was fantastic! We were greeted by the host (also homeowner, staying upstairs) and she led us through the property with the reassurance we could call her any time if there are questions or needs.
The kitchen was listed as a half kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee pots, slow cooker . . . When commenting in a private message with the host, she indicated there was full disclosure in the VRBO listing. The truth that was not disclosed was although there were plenty of wine glasses and coffee mugs, the plates and silverware were matched to how many were visiting (4). No mixing bowls or mixing spoons, 2 fry pans without a burner to cook with . . .this half kitchen is designed for visitors who plan to go to restaurants and reheat left overs. For many, this would be ok. We didn't think it would be important to ask for specific kitchen items. As the VRBO said following our visit, be very careful to read the fine print. For as much as we paid for this VRBO, the kitchen was disappointing.

Wonderful stay with an incredible view. Very nice location for proximity to UW graduation events, hiking, parks. Immediate access to the trail along Lake Washington, which is wonderful for walking, running, biking. The owner provides very responsive communication and is very helpful. Highly recommended.

This is a fantastic place...just across from Lake Washington with a bike/walk path close to the lake. In a house shared by the owners, with a self-sufficient downstairs with a private entry. Just really nice.

Great views, lovely rooms, with the exception of the kitchen area. There was no stove top and no way to really cook anything we had brought with us, which meant we had to purchase additional food and / or eat out. Additionally, there were no filters that fit the coffee maker. Thankfully, we had brought our own coffee maker, filters, and our own coffee. For the price of the unit, not having a real kitchen was a big disappointment.

The owner lives upstairs sbd the mouse they made was atrocious. I recorded the noode. It is like living in an apartment with the noisiest residents above you. Their small children screamed and cried and ran hard that sounded like they were in our unit ALL THE TIME!!. The kitchen is worthless. Every single cabinet is empty. You could not cook a meal as there is no stove top. I plan to reach out asking for discounted rate.

Found the house to be as listed. Enjoyed watching the sea planes landing, boats and row teams on the lake.
Host was great to help with anything we needed from them.

Very nice walk-out basement apartment with great views of the lake. Beautiful sunrises, and a nice garden. The only problem we had was a coffee maker that died, but the hosts took care of it the same day.

Renovated lower level of house. Entrance to the house is through the garage. It's a little weird, but nice. Beds were very comfortable.
Great view of lake but no convenient access to it.

The property is very nice and has a beautiful view of Lake Washington and Mt Rainier. Steps away from an active bike trail for walking/biking, everyone is very friendly. Host is quick with responses and accommodated us with every need. Would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous view of Lake Washington. Private patio to sit and watch water activities on the lake, water planes take off, fireworks on July 4. Very clean. Large and very clean. On the Burke guillman trail. We bikee 14miles to Redman then the opposite direction to Seattle. Three miles to the light rail train to downtown Seattle. Walk to groceries, coffee, restaurants, beaches, and shops. Very quiet place. We will be back.

This was absolutely a great place to stay in Seattle. Two large bedrooms with queen beds, with one of them containing a couch and a small desk for someone to have quiet space. Living and Kitchen area were nice. The view of Lake Washington was excellent, and it was a short drive north to Kenmore for better views of the lake. 15 minutes from downtown most of the time, and plenty of places to eat nearby. I would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend highly.

I booked this property for my visiting family members. It was lovely, gave them plenty of space and privacy, and has an amazing view! There's even reserved parking, and we haven't always found that to be the case.

I came to Seattle with my Dad for medical reasons. This place was almost perfect. Loved the view! But listed to be ADA. It was all one level which was great. No stairs at all. However, all ADA places I have ever stayed in had handrails in the bathroom and shower. This has none. Therefore, getting my father in and out of the shower or on and off the toilet was Quite the challenge. We did buy a shower chair and left it for the owners but I would recommend grab rails and a shower head that is a Wand instead of just a wall mount.
Don’t get me wrong… the place is beautiful and super clean and the host was very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again if I wasn’t with my father who’s in a wheelchair. Also it’s very spacious.
Thank you

We had a lovely stay at this property. The location worked very well for us. We lived having our tea/ coffee outside on the patio overlooking the lake, we even got a peek at Mt. Rainier. Just as an FYI, there are a lot of nice appliances here ( fridge, crock pot, rice cooker, very nice toaster oven, coffee maker), but no actual stove. This was fine for us, we were out and about, and there is a grocery store near by so we did a nice charcuterie dinner one night which was a lot of fun. Loved the cozy living room area, too!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this condo while visiting friends who live near this North Seattle location. The condo is spacious and very clean. It has plenty of room for two couples or for a family. The beds were comfortable and the linens were high quality. Our wonderful hostess provided snacks, tea, coffee AND chocolate. It has a wonderful patio just through the french doors (no steps) and has beautiful views of Mt. Rainier and Lake Washington. We watched seaplanes land, scull rowers, and water skiers on the lake. Our Seattle friends did the driving but it didn't seem to be very far from any of the Seattle sights we visited. I give this condo 5 stars because there wasn't anything it lacked. We would definitely stay again when we visit Seattle.

This property is next to a wonderful walking trail and has awe inspiring views! Our morning coffee on the patio was a highlight; watching seaplanes and enjoying views of both the Cascades and Mt. Rainer!

Great Place to stay!!
The place was great!! Our favorite part was sitting out on the patio and enjoying the amazing view! Also, the location was great in that it was right on the trail so we could walk to get coffee, groceries, and some shopping. The host could not have been nicer, she responded right away when I had questions.

Beautiful apartment in a spectacular location with delightful outdoor living area
All aspects went well from the point of initiating the rental to our departure. The outdoor living area with BBQ overlooking Lake Washington and with views of both Mt Rainier and the Cascades is fabulous. Our host responded immediately to a minor need that arose. The kitchen is basic and could probably do with a bit more cutlery and crockery especially if more than two people were staying or you have visitors.

We all really liked it. Be sure to follow written directions from host...gps was confusing.

Nice location but lacking in amenities
Great location especially if you want to be near the bike trail. Also short (15 minutes) drive to Northgate light rail station. I did not attempt the drive downtown. The airport is about 40 minutes away. There is a lovely view from the sitting room window. One of the bedrooms also has windows. The basement apartment is very nicely decorated. They DO provide a coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, freezer. However, the ice maker and water filtration system do not work. if you look carefully at the host's picture of the kitchen you will see there is no stove top, oven or sink visible. There is no dishwasher. There is a "water boiler" The sink is stand alone and not in the picture because it directly abuts a furnace and a hot water heater. There is a drainage tube from the furnace (perhaps the humidifier drainage tube) going into the sink. There is a thin curtain covering the furnace and hot water heater. There are very very bright fluorescent lights in this room. Really feels like a basement. There is a washing machine next to the bathroom but no dryer in the apartment. It is very easy to hear noise and smell whatever is cooking from upstairs. The check out procedures require that you wash and put away any dishes, which is very annoying because the sink is very hard to use and there is no dish rack and of course no dishwasher. Very frustrating when you are trying to get to the airport on the last day. When I complained about the ice and water filter not working, in the refrigerator the host brought a lot of water bottles down, which was very nice. When I complained that there were no dishes, they also brought some down. They also provided a bottle of wine.

Appreciate the flexibility when we needed to stay another night. Very clean and nice beds!

clean SHARED space, quiet neighborhood
The property was clean and the neighborhood was very nice. Please note this is a shared space in the downstairs area of the owner’s house. There is also only one (uncovered) parking spot provided. The place was nice but I feel the property was falsely advertised.

Above the Lake
Comfortably situated above Lake Washington. Views of boats, sea planes, mountains, city lights, and glistening water. Easy access to bike path that will take you through the city to the waters edge. Close to new light rail that will connect you to downtown Seattle and the airport in minutes.

Nice place and beautiful view.
Very nice and very clean property. The only drawback is that it has a partial kitchen. There is no stove. The sink is not a kitchen sink, but is a utility room sink. As long as your stay is short or you know that you will be eating out regularly, it is great.

Beautiful property and view!
The views from the outdoor seating area are gorgeous and the indoor space was very large and luxurious. Host was very friendly and helpful. The bedrooms were spacious and the living area was very comfortable. The kitchen area was large, and had lots of coffee, but not really set up for extensive cooking (no stove, and only countertop pizza oven). This didn’t bother us, as we didn’t want to cook a lot. It’s close to many restaurants and take out places. We would stay again if it’s available.

Quiet lakeside neighborhood, yet convenient to downtown
What a great rental! Our family of four had plenty of room here, and we enjoyed the lovely lake views with mountains off in the distance. Just a short 15 minute ride had us exploring all the fun sites in downtown Seattle, but it was nice to have a quiet spot to return to after the hustle and bustle in the city. Thanks for a great stay!
