You couldn't ask for more for a get a way to the Oregon wine country.
The farmhouse was so comfortable. It felt very homey.
The layout is perfect for 4 people and very roomy for 2.
Even though it is on a somewhat busy street, it was very private. We cooked in the well appointed kitchen and enjoyed sitting outside in the yard.
We would return in a heartbeat!!
Thanks Stephanie.

The Farmhouse was a such a great place! The decor was beautiful, the house clean and stocked with the basics, and perfect for our weekend getaway for a family wedding. The location was so close to 3rd Street and to nearby wineries. We enjoyed mornings out on the back deck with coffee and pastries, and in the evenings under the solar umbrella and stars. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Thank you for having such a fun little place for us to enjoy!

Location is A++. The house is A+++. Really comfortable with all the needed amenities. One of the best stocked short term rentals we have ever stayed in. The house has lots of little touches like tons of towels, decent sized bars of real soap and all the laundry supplies you’ll ever need. The host went the extra mile to provide a pleasant stay.

My family and I stayed here for the weekend of a triathlon in the area and it was perfect! We hope to come back! Everything was so nice—comfy beds and living space, lovely back patio area and great kitchen space. Tons of light. Thank you!

We spent 4 days here to explore the Willamette Valley wineries. The home was conveniently located a short walk to the main (3rd) Street. Place was nicely furnished and decorated. We did not cook so I cannot speak to utensils or cooking supplies. We appreciated that there were plenty of towels in both bathrooms along with small toiletries. There is a lovely side patio with table and umbrella on the side of the house along with Adirondack chairs on the front porch. There was an awesome farmer's market right across the street starting at 11 a.m. on Thursdays. We walked up to the coffee shop on the corner every morning to get coffee and pastries Highly recommend Humble Sprit for dinner and Crescent Cafe for breakfast. Manager was communicative and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. We used Oregon Wine Guides as our wine tour company (Charlie Garrett) and I highly recommend him as a tour guide

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again when we visit again. We had everything we expected except for a dresser to put our clothes that we didn’t need to hang. Once the homeless on the corner were moved we felt safe.

This cottage lived up to everything that was written about it. Very clean, nice layout of the house, so convenient to the cute shops and restaurants. We had the best time. If you are there on a Thursday, DEFINITELY check out the farmers market right across the street!! Host was extremely easy to work with—no problems. Would definitely stay again. One note, if you like to cook (and we do) kitchen supplies are a bit sparse. But that is a minor concern and it didn’t take away from our experience at all. This is a great place.

We stayed here to attend our son's commencement. This location is perfect, just a couple blocks from beautiful downtown McMinnville and only a 10 minute walk to Linfield University. The house has everything you need and the private and secure backyard is great for dogs or little ones!

This property was so well kept and clean. It is an older building but has been totally renovated...new fixtures, flooring, etc. We were able to walk everywhere with no problem at all. The fenced yard and deck were very pleasant. Host was extremely responsive, got back to me quickly when I had questions...she even provided some extra "treats" for our stay! Will book again.

Very convenient and walkable to downtown with outstanding restaurants like Capos. Stayed 4 nights and no problems. (Ok, ran out of coffee filters which Stephanie quickly replaced).

This is the perfect rental home to visit Willamette Valley. It is spacious and clean. The host has the house stocked with all those “extras” that some rental properties skimp on, like coffee, bar soap, laundry detergent, and hairdryers (plural). It is within walking distance to restaurants and tasting rooms on Third St and is easily accessible to vineyards. We plan to return to the area and will rent again!

Just completed our second stay and we can’t say enough good things about the owner and property. First - the owner: she reached out to offer us dining options on our first full night before the event. That’s amazing and unheard of in my experience. Second - the house is perfect. Perfectly located and perfectly appointed. The new ceiling fans make a big difference since our last visit. We are spoiled by the space and have already booked for a third year. Couldn’t asked for a more delightful space so accessible within McMinnville.

Stephanie’s place was great for a girls trip to Oregon’s wine country. We could easily walk to the downtown area of McMinnville and there was a cute farmers market from 12-6 on the day we arrived. We will definitely stay again when we go back to Oregon

The house is so adorable, perfect amount of space, very comfortable, amazing outside patio and great location walkable to downtown. It’s everything and more that the description states. This farmhouse was super cozy, clean and comfortable for two adults and one pup. Highlights were the kitchen and bathrooms and the location just a short walk to 3rd St. Would recommend highly.

First of all, Stephanie was a dream host! She was always responsive; and I even timed her email responses at 3 minutes. The property was actually better than I had expected. It suited my family perfectly in relation to size and amenities. We made good use of the stove, microwave, dining table, dishwasher washer and dryer and other necessities of daily living. The proximity to supermarkets, restaurants and shops was really good. A car is needed because of the area, but going to McMinnville's wine center on 3rd Street doesn't require a car. We loved the short walk and took advantage of this more than three times. i highly recommend staying at this wonderful property!
