When you step inside this home, the first thing to catch your eyes is the two-story living room that resembles the lobby of a palace. It boasts gleaming floors, soaring vaulted ceilings, a grand piano, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the glorious views of the San Sophia Ridge. The living room has a vast leather sofa and two vintage leather armchairs that face a mounted HDTV, and a crackling fireplace that adds an old-world charm to the sophisticated space.
The dining room sits between the kitchen and living room. Here, you'll find a beautifully polished table under warm recessed lighting with transfixing views. The dining table has ample seating for eight in leather chairs.
The fresh and modern kitchen features a wide island-style breakfast bar topped with stunning glasswork. An additional benchtop in the center of the kitchen houses a farmhouse sink, while detailed cabinetry complements the high ceilings and ornate cornices. A large stovetop and grill is built into a beautiful country-style stone archway and offers a sun-light space to put your culinary skills to the test.
On the upper level, you'll find the primary and secondary suites. The primary bedroom captures stunning views in two directions with a king-sized bed, fireplace, and private balcony. The ensuite bathroom is a temple for relaxation and rejuvenation. Here, you'll find a deep soaking tub next to a massive window that captures an outlook nothing short of divine. There is also a sprawling, fully enclosed glass shower and dual vanities finished with gleaming marble countertops.
Across the hall from the primary bedroom is another light-filled suite that offers a king-sized bed with gorgeous vintage decor and a private terrace with unobstructed views.
There are a total of seven bedrooms at San Sophia Manor, so even the largest of parties can feel a sense of privacy and space. Five bedrooms are equipped with a luxe ensuite and plenty of extra space for study and storage.
One of the home's standout features is a designated entertainment room with 10' ceilings and an overhead projector equipped with a state-of-the-art virtual golf and multi-sport simulator. This room also boasts treadmills and various fitness equipment so you can enjoy a complete workout from home.
This home also features an incredible outdoor deck equipped with a sunken hot tub overlooking the lush valley view and a gorgeous alfresco dining area ideal for summer afternoons. You'll find it challenging to stay away from this spot in the mornings and afternoons, as the sun starts to set behind the jagged mountains and the trees begin to light up with colors.
