Located in sought after Bella Riva, this 4 bedroom 3 bathroom retreat offers 449 square feet of balcony space to enjoy the sensational Gulf sunsets with a glass (or two!) of wine and over 2200 square feet of living space!

Enjoy a chef-inspired kitchen with Viking appliances including a gas stovetop and an ice maker! The dining table comfortably seats 8-9, and an additional 5 at the island. There is also a table and seating for 8 on the patio. The full-size washer and dryer are perfect for the 8-9 guests this incredible condo can comfortably accommodate.

2 seasonal beach chairs and umbrella included, as well as beach towels.

The gulf facing master bedroom includes a king size bed and an attached bath with two sinks, soaking tub, and shower.

The second master bedroom is also gulf facing with an attached bath and a king size bed.

The third bedroom has an adorable triple bunkbed, twin on top, with two full/queen mattresses underneath.

The fourth bedroom is outfitted with a king size bed.

This gated condo with a parking spot in a covered garage was beautifully furnished with 2 master bedrooms, both with balcony access. Grandma sat on the extra large balcony and people watched from dawn til dusk. All of us were out on it at various times reading, sleeping , or just enjoying the beautiful beach scenery. Lots of extras in this condo like plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen, ice machine, dish soap, laundry soap, bath soaps starters provided so you didn’t have to rush to the grocery right away. Paper towels and toilet tissue as well was provided. We have rented many vacay condos and this one was the best of them all. Thank you so much for letting us stay there for the week. Very relaxing week for our family. The teens loved the pool and we could look over the edge of the balcony and keep track of them. We also enjoyed the restaurant right next to the condo. Food was great especially the breakfast. We are back home as I write this and I am missing that balcony!

We needed a fairly large condo for our family and this was perfect. Beautiful condo. Roomy and tastefully decorated. Large kitchen with Viking appliances. The balcony is huge with a gorgeous view of one of the best beaches in the country. Parking and entry was easy and the hostess was accessible. The best vacation rental we’ve used yet. I highly recommend.

Beautiful property, exceptionally clean and very well stocked. Wonderful large tables indoor and out with ample seating for our family of seven. Okaloosa Island was beautiful as always. Only complaint is we couldn’t stay longer.

Family vacation to celebrate my mom and dads 50th anniversary. We had an absolutely wonderful time. Everything was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. It is the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Just go ahead and book it. You won’t be sorry. The deck was wonderful and the house easily accommodated our family giving everyone there own space. The pool was nice and heated. We hope to come back again next year.

Excellent place to stay. Very convenient to get to the beach with no roads to cross. 2 beach chairs and umbrella included. The place was very clean and the balcony is amazing for just sitting out and enjoying the ocean waves and the beautiful sunset. Will definitely be coming back.

Condo is just as advertised. Very nice kitchen and appliances. Seven people with plenty of room. Have been to Ft Walton several times and this was one of the nicest places we stayed. Saw dolphins from the balcony every morning.

We spent a fabulous week at the Bella Riva with our family. Nine of us fit comfortably. The condo is spacious and has a great kitchen. The balcony is huge with breath taking views of the gulf.

This condo is everything and more than expected, the pictures do not do it justice! There is so much room, we never felt cramped at all and it has one of the most comfortable couches ever! The kitchen is very well stocked as well as the bathrooms and laundry room. The communication with the owner was very prompt whenever I asked questions. I cannot say enough about this rental, we will definitely be renting it again!

Beautiful and clean!. We have stayed at Bella Riva many times but this particular unit is our favorite. The three bedrooms have king-size beds which was great. It was decorated so nice. We will definitely stay again.

From the moment we walked into the condo, we loved it! It's spacious and beautifully decorated. The balcony was a lovely place to dine or just sit & watch/listen to the ocean. It was well stocked for items needed & a few extra perks--hand soap, shower gel, etc. We liked being toward the end of the beach, it seemed more private!

Beautiful condo with everything you need and lots of room for our group of 6 adults and 3 kids. The kids loved the bunk beds. Enjoyed the ocean view from the large balcony with plenty of seating. Kitchen is well equipped with plenty of pots and pans and my son made fresh shrimp and crab boil. Although the area is getting more and more crowded, the condo is tucked away alittle. We had a great vacation. The only downer was the ocean was full of seaweed most of the time we were there but the kids loved the pool.. Thanks for everything!

Just spent a wonderful week at this property. Everything was wonderful! We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The host is very attentive, and the cleaning crew was great. It was spotless when we checked in. The only thing we noticed it needed was more kitchen towels. We will definitely return!

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect getaway! The condo is even more spacious than the pictures show and was perfect for our family (6 adults, 2 kiddos). It's located in a smaller, secure complex with chair/umbrella service right on the beach. And oh my gosh, the balcony!! Amazing views. The hosts are very responsive and helpful with any questions. Only complaint is that the week went by way too fast! ;) We can't wait to come back!!

This was a special occasion- 55 Birthday 🥳! 7 Women (all at once upon arrival) said “This is spectacular Rox!” Besties approved! The pictures do not do this incredible property justice. The space was more than we expected. The Sunset and Sunrise views were incredible. Our host responded instantly when we had a question. The pool was really heated and the hot tub was HOT! The private beach was second to none - it was also close to Destin and we enjoyed a Dolphin sun set cruise and saw many Dolphins. I enjoyed a bubble bath with candles (thanks GFs). Kitchen had everything you need (we had a Chef 👩‍🍳 with us - she was so happy) . Washer & Dryer, blankets (extra heavy) all there. We all left with happy faces - bringing us all together again and families individually for a next time! Lily is awesome! Zero problems 1,000s of laughs! Rox

Can’t beat this property! Water is beautiful, beaches are clean, large and comfy deck with access from 2 master suites, well maintained pool and hot tub-we really had no complaints! There are plenty of places to eat close, a large fridge for a big group, separate ice maker for coolers/drinks and you’re RIGHT ON THE BEACH. We really enjoyed our stay! When we had a small hiccup with a few appliances after a major storm the owner was easy to contact and quick to get addressed. 100% recommend.

We had a wonderful time. The location and beach access was perfect. The beach attendant set up our chairs in the morning with a perfect view. The view was amazing! There was plenty of room in the condo for our 2 families. The condo was beautiful & very clean, it looked exactly like the photos. We were surprised to find many additions that we would use at home such as a waffle maker, blender, and the assortment of family board games. Lily was very attentive and responded very quickly to all our questions. Highly recommended.

This property met and exceeded all my expectations! We stay in this area every year, and this property is beautifully appointed and has all the amenities you'll need for a great vacation. The owner/manager is very attentive to questions and concerns. A TV went out and was immediately taken care of. The location is great, the balcony sunsets and sunrises are unrivaled, and the condo is well taken care of and nicely furnished. Thanks, Bella Riva, for the special memories made with family here.
