Our townhome is a Perfect Base to Explore the area! We have a Very Spacious Two Story End Unit with 2 Bedroom / 2 Baths Fully Furnished for All your Needs Including: New King Size beds, Stocked Kitchen, Free High Speed Wifi, Cable, Netflix and Roku TV's with an Open Concept and Cathedral Ceilings.
There are 2 Outdoor Spaces: On the Upper Deck to Enjoy your Morning Cup of Java watching the Sun Slowly Rise Overhead. In the Evenings Meander to the Lower Level Patio where the Fire Pit awaits you to Enjoy your Evenings with a Glass of Wine or on those Cooler Nights Roasting Marshmellows Under the Stars. Then come inside where you'll find the Perfect area for Family Games or a Movie Nite.
We've created a Work Area with Desk and some Sunshine (as long as Mother Nature Cooperates) to complete your work for the perfect Staycation/Location!

The townhome was very clean and welcoming. Close to town but in a quiet area. The king sized beds in each bedroom were very comfortable. Lynn had stocked her place with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The welcoming binder was appreciated and very helpful. It was filled with detailed information about restaurants and activities. The trails listed in the binder included the lovely trail near the property. We referred to the binder every day. Thanks to Lynn for the bottle of wine and always being quickly available to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Everything was as expected and more upon our arrival! We have rented many VRBOs but I will say this was the most organized and prepared of any of them. Lynn has thought of everything to make you stay enjoyable and stress free! Her many restaurant and activity recommendations were well appreciated and we took advantage of many of them. The location was perfect, close to everything, but also secluded for the late nights by the fire pit or just relaxing on the deck. We would have no hesitation in recommending this location for anyone’s stay and who knows, we may be back in the future! Thanks again Lynn for everything.

Annual couples trip didn’t disappoint. We may have just found the place we return to in the area. We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and this was one of the very best. Lynn thought of everything and we really had all the comforts of home. There was no flipping coins for the better bedroom. Both had king-sized ( comfortable) beds and there were 2 bathrooms which was perfect for us. We like to cook and are good at it and there were many kitchen amenities available to us in addition to what we brought. The outdoor electric grill was the only disappointment but Lynn explained it has to do with fire codes. We managed and had some wonderful home cooked meals. We enjoyed dinner out one night at The Kirby and it was spectacular. We also enjoyed drinks at Phil’s…thank you Lynn. The fire pit in back was a great amenity. Our guys enjoyed their bourbon tasting while us ladies enjoyed our smores. Oval beach is close by and absolutely beautiful. The location was hard to beat just off Blue Star Highway. I took a walk one morning on the trail and enjoyed the many bird varieties. The clean and private property is a winner. Thanks again to a fabulous host who really knows what her guests need and enjoy!

Lynn was a delightful host from the start. She is a fantastic communicator and incredibly thoughtful. We were welcomed with a binder full of local recommendations, a bottle of wine, 2 rounds of mini golf, and a kind note. Her place is immaculate and stocked with everything you may need for the duration of your stay. Downtown is just a 15 minute walk through a beautiful nature preserve where we saw deer, bunnies, and flowers. I would happily stay here again!

Fresh, updated townhome close to downtown Saugatuck. The townhome was exceptionally clean, bright, and quiet. The owner was so welcoming and gave us a very complete up-to-date list of events in the area along with recommendations for restaurants and activities. We enjoyed the walk into town thru the prairie preserve, did lots of shopping, and had excellent meals. The root beer floats at the Root Beer Barrel topped off dinner on our last night. Would definitely book again at this location!

We stayed at this property over Memorial Day weekend. The property was very clean and well maintained and the owner has thought of everything even the little things that you may have forgotten to pack. She was very communicative and gave us a lot of ideas of what to do and where to eat. I enjoyed the properties location it was close enough to everything to either walk or a very short drive but it was nice to go away from all the hustle and bustle and have some quiet time. This town home is even lovelier in person than the pictures depict. It is tastefully decorated with high quality linens and the best stocked kitchen I’ve seen in a rental. You’ll have everything you need! There is a nice deck off of the living room for sipping morning coffee and a great fire pit with plenty of wood for an evening fire and glass of wine.
The owner, Lynn, is an excellent communicator and went out of her way to provide a plethora of information on activities and restaurants in Saugatuck and the surrounding area. This town home is literally two minutes from downtown Saugatuck. The shops are lovely with high quality and unique items. The owners are very friendly and helpful with recommendations as well. We definitely did our part in boosting their economy!

Saugatuck is our favorite driving-distance getaway. Lynn's "Blue Star Bungalow" was a fantastic place for us to stay with another couple. The place was immaculate and so tastefully decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable, too. We appreciated all the attention to detail and Lynn's welcoming messages, personal note, and even a bottle of wine from one of the Fennville wineries! The beds were both king sized (which you don't see often) and very comfy. Lynn, the host provided an abundance of activities and restaurants to visit and communication with us was excellent! The owner made us very welcome by giving us a bottle of wine and gift card for our anniversary. The condo is large and comfortable. It is well appointed if you want to cook. The condo was also close to the state park where we love to walk to the beach. We also walked to the Southener restaurant. We happened to be in for the Venetian weekend and had a great time with an 80s cover band on Friday night in one of the parks. We also saw a bit of the laser light show but mostly played with some kids nearby who decided that we looked like grandparents in training.

It was a fabulous stay at Lynn’s condo. It was the perfect home base to check out the area. I am a clean freak and it met my high standards. It was also very comfortable with excellent beds, pillows and blankets. We all slept wonderfully. It is not right downtown but it is right on the blue star highway and a quick bike ride to downtown so it was very easy to get around. Lynn was a very thoughtful, proactive, and reasonable host. She had hour by hour itineraries available and lots of thoughtful amenities throughout the condo. She also had a reasonable and simple check out procedure where some others have pretty extensive checklists. I would highly recommend staying at Lynn’s condo!
