The house was more than adequate. We were very comfortable. Particularly enjoyed the sun room.
Our grand daughter really enjoyed the water park and the Family adventure park.

This home is well maintained & very comfortable. Light switches are labeled clearly... best we've seen. Deck was terrific place to relax, watch the deer & woodpeckers! Only problem: the queen mattress was so hard, that bedroom was unusable. King mattress in MBR and both showers were perfect.

We had another great stay in this wonderful cabin. The host, Leah, is very friendly and communicates well. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great property in a beautiful location and only 20 minutes to the school made this trip great for our family attending the graduation. It was clean and well maintained.

This cozy home was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The host was very responsive, and we found the book of information they left very helpful! I am already missing sipping my morning coffee in the sunroom!

We really felt like welcomed guests! This is such a warm place (even though it was a cold weekend) with added amenities like a sunroom and fireplace in the living room -- we loved our family time there. It was so clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. There were clear instructions left by the hostess who was very accessible when we had questions before arriving. It is clear that she cares about the home and her guests as she pays attention to small details to make it nice. "Be our Guest" is just a quick drive to stores, restaurants and lots to do in the area. We all wish we could stay longer! If we visit Massanutten Resort area again, would absolutely stay here again!

Our accommodations were amazing! The house was impeccably clean, had every amenity that you could possibly think of and was beautiful, too! Very close to the ski resort and many other activities. I highly recommend this location for a wonderful mini getaway!

This property was perfect for our stay. We were able to bring our dogs, we had plenty of space for all 5 of us. Our daughter had space to play. The dogs were able to be out on the deck. It was a great location with in the Massanutten Resort. There was a fire pit, we didn't take advantage of it. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and tidy. The home was as advertised. The owner was very responsive with any questions I had and even let me know we could check in early. We would definitely stay here again.

The previous reviews for this property were spot on and now they have another 5 star review. We rented it this weekend and spent the day at Massanutten’s Indoor Waterpark on Saturday. The drive was only a few minutes from the resort which was super convenient. The house itself was absolutely perfect for us. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The fireplace was a bonus and added to the ambiance. It was one of the most peaceful weekends we’ve spent away and I would highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed.

Had a perfect weekend in this home. The house is great. The back room by the deck is just perfect for relaxing. Bed was super comfy. House was clean; was nice to have condiments in the kitchen and soap/shampoo in the showers.
It is in a very quiet and peaceful area. Overall, it was a great stay. Leah is an excellent host. Can't wait to rent from her again. I would definitely recommend

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. One of the doors to one of the bedrooms wouldn't latch and stay closed. Other than that, no complaints. Perfectly located. The door wouldn't have been an issue except the dogs quickly learned they could open it whenever they wanted. LOL I probably would have given it 5 stars but I thought the landscaping could've used a little attention thus only 4 stars. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied with your stay. If you're traveling to the area I'd surely recommend this property as an option for your stay. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Nice, clean, quiet property that was conveniently close to all the activities my family wanted to participate in. We were given a binder full of activities, food and shopping that was very helpful. Leah is a wonderful host with great communication skills

We were disappointed with several issues regarding the property, torn screens on sunroom, dirty upholstery, lack of towels, locks didn't work on bathroom door, outlet didn't work in bathroom, lock on sunroom door not working, overall cleaning was not up to par. We didn't expect to take care of the linens upon leaving. Giving this property a below average rating.

My adult daughters and I enjoyed our 5 night stay at "The Nutt House" in Massanutten.
Leah is a great host - communicated a great deal of helpful information regarding restaurants, grocery stores etc, as well as club amenities available to us while at Massanutten.
We particularly enjoyed the sunroom and patio at The Nutt House. The patio is quite large and it's nice to have a patio that is fully enclosed with a gate closure to keep dogs and children confined to the area.
We cooked some of our meals while staying there and most items needed to cook our meals were available. The only thing we could have used that wasn't stocked were large serving bowls for salad and pasta. Appliances were great.
Renters may want to bring their own bath towels as those stocked when we were there were not especially plush.
The Massanutten resort community has a lot to offer, including golf, swimming, hiking, mini-golf etc. Great access to Shenandoah National Park and Luray Caverns.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is close and convenient to the National Park as well as good food and brewery options. We spent the majority of our time hanging out on the large private rear deck... this area is wooded so lots of birds and other wildlife visited.
Great place - would stay again.

The house was wonderful, so close to everything! Leah was so attentive before our check in helping make sure we had all the resources we needed. During the stay the dishwasher disposal broke down and she had it fixed within 12 hours! Highly recommend this home
