The provided golf cart and bikes are also a great way to get around!

Other things to note 

Weddings and other similar events not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.

Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.
Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
All pets are strictly prohibited as the owner has extreme allergies.
Maximum occupancy is enforced with security cameras.
All renters must be over 27 years of age, or if under age 27 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation.

Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
