Great property

We enjoyed the cabin very much and loved the views. Accommodations were great! I only down fall was that the jacuzzi broke and we were unable to us it during our stay. That’s why I gave the rating a 4 star.

We enjoyed our time on this property. It was clean and we had plenty of room. We watched the fireworks from the deck. The view was amazing. We enjoyed being up in the mountains and enjoyed the breeze and exploring Big Bear and the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, large, and well equipped house. All rooms were clean, beds made, and bathrooms clean and stocked. Great for families. Wifi available through out the house. Ok to bring your own Roku Stick for any of the many TV's. We loved the fireplace and dining room. Great place and will look to stay again.
6.0
Pros:
Good location
Large house with lots of beds/bedrooms
Great views
Cons:
Cleanliness - found a pill on the ground of a bedroom, presumably from a previous guest. We were especially unhappy as we were traveling with a dog.
Check In - We found the in-person check-in process very inconvenient. We had to rush to get there before they closed. Luckily we arrived 10 minutes before closing. The closing time listed online was 6:30pm but the woman working said that is incorrect, and they actually close at 6pm. They check your ID and make you sign a form that was already emailed to you to sign.
Hot water - the hot water in the sinks/showers take a long time(~ 5 minutes) to get remotely warm so you either have to take a cold shower or waste a ton of water.

Beautiful view
Beautiful view and home. Location was perfect for us. The only item we had some concerns about was the overall condition of the deck. With such an amazing place you don’t want to miss out on enjoying that for sunsets. But…we would definitely stay again!

Big Bear stay
We had a great time in your spacious home. It was very hot. We could of used some fans in the rooms. The outside upper deck had nails sticking up. The outside rail on the side of the kitchen was loose and needed to be stabilized very dangerous. There was an old ripped chair on the deck. The toaster was broken but a new one was replaced. The refrigerator was not very cold. Only at 60 degrees. We worried about food spoilage. Lovely location.

Amazing Views and so much more!!!
This cabin not only has amazing views but is so spacious. There were 5 of us (all adults) that stayed for the week and some had to work. We were able to have our own “work spaces” and zoom areas. The Wi-Fi is great, we did a family zoom from the deck with the slopes behind us. The kitchen had plenty of storage which was great since we brought in groceries for a week. Make sure you enjoy a fire in the fireplace…beautiful. Our only issue was the water heaters, they did not always work. I am still giving this cabin 5 stars because the management team was extremely concerned about the problem. They sent maintenance out twice and a plumber. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved and we either did without showers or took cold showers. I would like to give a shout-out to Shania with WowRentals. She was so helpful. This cabin provided the perfect break that we needed and a perfect place for us to reconnect.

Easy and enjoyable stay
Check in process was simple and quick just as the check out. The balcony with the fantastic view of the mountain was a highlight of the trip! Also would suggest getting a couple sleds as they have some fun little hills in the back of the home. The only downside was having some trouble getting up the hill to our rental home as the snow is unpredictable. So be sure you have your snow chains on prior to entrance of the hill! Would also suggest to have renters bring extra fire logs as we used it each night :) Our trip was exceptionally great!

The view!!!
We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! Upon arrival the house was clean, warm and lit up and the view was breathtaking. Not sure why previous reviews nitpicked about carpet stains, etc. - yes, there are some but it is a cabin that has been lived in, not an untouched hotel room. We had no issues while we were there other than a chirping smoke detector which management quickly fixed and was very apologetic for. We felt very taken care of. I do recommend bringing your own pantry staples as there was no salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc but the kitchen does have every gadget imaginable. Also bring your own humidifier if you're worried about the dry air - there were a couple in the house but both were missing components. There were some toys and books for the kids which was great. Honestly, anything that this place was lacking was made up for 10x by the incredible view. It was so peaceful especially with the heavy snow we got - it was like heaven and it was nice to have the option of playing on the balcony if we didn't feel like leaving the house. When we did want more of an adventure there was a little ravine down the hill nearby which was perfect for sledding, the kids had a blast! Would absolutely stay here again, I miss it already and management was a pleasure to work with.

Great, big house with lots of rooms and beds to spare. The view from most of the rooms are spectacular. The only gripes I had were that the nest was pre-set or something so, whenever we set it at a certain degree, it would switch back to it’s pre-set temperature. At one point in the middle of the night, the room my infant was sleeping in was over 80 degrees. It could’ve been dangerous. Also, the cabin is grand but very very old and outdated. The walls and floors are super thin so, you can hear every voice and step. Carpets are a little gross and the blankets are old as well. With the hefty cleaning bill attached to the price I thought it would be pretty spotless but the dining room table was filthy and the floors were dirty. I guess I wouldn’t have noticed it too much but my baby was rubbing his arms on the table and walking around with socks on and they were just completely black. Other than that it was roomy and comfortable. Oh, by the way, the kitchen is on the 2nd floor so if you have a lot of groceries it can be a pain lugging everything up a flight of stairs.

Endless View cabin
Overall it was a great stay. All the amenities and everything that went with it were wonderful. The rooms were amazing. Only critique I would give is the refrigerator was not cold enough to hold food. It did not get to a cold enough temperature. The freezer worked absolutely fine just not the fridge portion.

Beautiful views but needs work
The house was located beautifully and definitely more of a Winter house than Summer house. It definitely seems like a “family party” house. Meaning a few drunk moms or dads might have wrecked a few things and got away with it. So things don’t get fixed on the reg here. Busted garage door and I mean busted like someone ran through it. The neighbors are a bit upset that they have had to look at now for over two months. And the deck although beautiful views, half my party would not go out on deck because it needed a lot of tender loving care from over the years. So just stuff like that. Bunk bed literally had to be put together in some areas so my kid slept on couch. If you don’t mind these things then book, because it seems as though people just keep booking.

Overall a beautiful house with a nice lake view for sunsets!
Beautiful house with a nice view of the lake. Everything was nice except the screen door was broken and some windows on the top floor do not open. Bring that there is no no AC in the house it was quite hot on the top floor where the living room, kitchen and one bedroom are located. It was nice that they had an additional apartment with a kitchenette and one master bedroom on the lower level. It was much cooler to sleep there. Overall it was a great house and we had a wonderful weekend.
