About this apartment rental

Our Condominium offers an open floorplan with wall-to-wall windows and a gas fireplace in the great room, a dining area, and full kitchen with gas range, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Two of our 3 bedrooms have a king bed with a private bathroom. Our middle bedroom has 2 twin beds and the bathroom is across the hall. We also have air conditioning, a washer/dryer, a private ski locker, outside parking, and a complimentary ski season shuttle to/from Vail and Beaver Creek.

The location of the condo could not have been better. It is within walking distance to pretty much everything in Avon. The unit itself was very clean and had everything that is needed for an enjoyable stay. It was larger than expected and the layout is fantastic.

This condo was beautiful inside. We loved that there were two primary bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. In addition, one primary bedroom overlooks a beautiful stream. You could hear the stream from the windows, which was great. The common areas were great within the complex, although a couple of games were in the process of being replaced during the off season. Patricia, the manager, was extremely responsive to all requests. The unit is walking distance to all restaurants in Avon, and a quick drive up the hill to Beaver Creek. We would love to stay again in the future.

We are a group of four friends who came to Avon for a wedding celebration. The condo is beautiful! Even better than the pictures. Lots of room to be together and spaces to be alone. Restaurants and coffee within a short walk. The condo was spotless and we had everything we needed plus items we didn’t even know we needed!

Our Son, his Wife, and our teenaged Granddaughter all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ascent. The condo is perfectly located for convenient access to all Vail Valley venues. The condo was well appointed for a comfortable, cozy stay. We plan to return next year for Spring Break!

Very nice place. Perfect for 3 couples (other than the third room having two twin beds). It worked fine for us as we had two couples and two single adults. Great open living space and large dining room. Shuttle system was easy.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, large, well stocked and perfect for a post ski decompression. The kids used the pool and both indoor and outdoor hot tubs. The Ascent condo shuttle to ski locations was incredibly convenient. BC is much less crowded than Vail. We greatly enjoyed our vacation!

The condo was clean and nicely furnished. There were not enough towels for the five of us and there was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash as advertised in the description of provided amenities. The hot tub jets were not working on one whole side of the tub in both the inside and outside units. We also found out the day before arrival that we were not allowed to use the underground parking which was one of the main reasons we picked this condo to rent. The shuttle was convenient but only went to Vail once in the AM and the last ride home from Beaver Creek was at 4:25 PM so no time to Apres Ski which wasn’t useful at all. Disappointed for what this condo costs.

This condo has everything you need and is super quiet and private. The ski locker is handy... just park at the top lot in the back of the building and it's easy to drop off equipment before heading up to the unit. The shuttle drivers are great. Enjoyed the hot tub and the games in the rec room.

This condo was spotless, beautifully furnished, well equipped, and so spacious.The lobby is lovely. The common areas such as hallways, pool, spa, exercise room were immaculate and parking was easy. This unit was perfect for our group of 5. Clean, comfortable and nicely furnished, everything in this end unit is well thought out and perfectly convenient for our ski vacation. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the unit was quiet and had a nice view. We appreciated the included amenities: shuttle to the Beaver Creek Mountain, pool, hot tub, fitness room and ski locker. A short walk into Avon add to the convenience of the location. I highly recommend and we will look here first on our next visit to Beaver Creek.

We've stayed at this location several times in different units and will again. This unit is lovely, high end, and incredibly well stocked with everything you could possibly need (we stayed for a week and did 99% of our cooking in the unit, including some complex meals). We have kids of several ages and the pool and game room are a real hit after a day on the mountain. Only complaint was the last shuttle to the building from Beaver Creek was at 4:05, which meant we had to rush off the mountain to catch it at the end of the day. There is a city bus one can take and then walk about 5 minutes to the Ascent, but it was packed and less convenient with all our gear. The Ascent should always have a later bus, and especially during the holidays to accommodate those who like to ski until the end of the day or grab a drink, shop or whatever after the last chair. Bottom line, though, is we highly recommend!

Had another wonderful time at Beaver Creek and in this Unit. The apartment is very spacious and well maintained. It has a very well stocked kitchen and everything you need for a perfect vacation. There is a very nice gym, parking and a shuttle service to the mountain. There are also several nice restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend this Unit!

This unit was everything we hoped it would be. Convenient to Beaver Creek and Vail. The unit was clean and had everything you could need. This is a beautiful condo. Bedrooms are lovely and as shown, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The private shuttle to Beaver Creek is an awesome amenity and the ski locker (equipped with boot driers) and locker room are nice as you don’t need to store all your gear in the living space.

We were thrilled by the condition of the property. Very tastefully put together, the property offered our family (kids and adults) everything we wanted. Clean, new, modern, and comfortable. Love the hot tub and workout facilities! And the access to skiing was fantastic. Easy shuttle access, but also great access for family's with one non-skier. Although just outside of Beaver Creek, it's also 15-20 minutes to Vail, where we spent half the time. We also LOVED the easy access to restaurants and groceries in Avon. A total no-brainer for families who want a well-stocked kitchen on vacation. THIS is your place, and the owners were easy to deal with. We loved it and will be back. What a great trip and a great place to stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, modern and very comfortable for our stay. The facility was great. Pool, air hockey, foosball. A great place for family. And for those who ski, the shuttle to the mountain and Don the driver made it so darned easy. Also, really appreciated how communicative and helpful the property manager was. Definitely among my better VRBO experiences.
