Newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom private walk out suite with large windows to enjoy the breathtaking unobstructed views of Okanagan Lake, the surrounding mountains and the beautiful quaint village of Peachland.

This property has amazing panoramic views of the lake from both inside and outside on the deck. It is bright and airy inside and has a great layout for 2 people. The deck is covered if you want some shade and there is a lower patio if you want some sun. Location is great. A short drive down the hill and you are right on the public beach and the Peach land main street. A terrific value for the price. Will definitely return.

Very clean comfortable and stylish accommodation with a stunning view overlooking Peachland. Sharon and Mark were great to communicate with and the place is well appointed. Nice relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful three nights at Sageview Suites. This unit is very well appointed, fully equipped.
In fact, quirky things that I always notice missing were in great abundance here.
For example; power outlets- there were lots in every room, lots of charging stations.
Full size fridge, and fully equipped kitchen.
The suite was very bright and airy with amazing views of the lake and the quaint little town of Peachland below.
The owner’s (Mark and Sharon) responses were always immediate, very helpful if you had any questions. They also live on site. We only saw Mark once the first day but we knew they were there if we needed them.
The deck was amazing! Large and fully furnished with a lovely sectional, fire pit, blankets for chilly nights and a bistro set to enjoy your morning coffee and take in the wonderful views. The dining table indoors was also situated by the large wall of windows so anywhere you went or stood in the suite you had lovely views of the lake.
There’s a hiking trail on the same street (Pincushion Trail). Suites are quite high up on the hill, hence the spectacular views. The roads are winding but paved and well maintained.
There is a shopping centre very close on the main road into town just below, for groceries.
There is one cab service, Peachland Cab. Mark was very accommodating. We were there for a wedding and he was easily available at any hour.
The whole trip was made very easy and enjoyable by staying at Sageview Suites. Thank you!

Sageview suites gives guests an incredible view of Okanogan Lake and the vistas beyond. The suite is well equipped, beautifully decorated and very comfortable, both inside and out on the covered deck.Sharon and Mark, who live upstairs, are terrific hosts. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Wonderful experience!
We had the most wonderful four days in Sheron and Mark’s place!
The view was spectacular! Most of the time we spent admiring the view of the lake and enjoying comfortable patio furniture.
Apartment had everything we needed and more! Our hosts provided us with complimentary Keurig coffee and some snack bars! Kitchen was fully equipped completed with dishwasher, stove, and a big fridge. We also appreciated washing machine!
When we left I realized I forgot a very special piece of clothing at their place, and Sheron and Mark were very kind to find it and pass it to our friends to send it to me! I am very grateful for their goodwill!
We highly recommend this beautiful place!

My husband and I have stayed in Peachland in two previous VRBO’s. This property was far the most beautiful and comfortable. The suite is decorated tastefully. Not to mention the most relaxing view.
It reminded me of one of our favourite places in a VRBO in South Carolina. Mark and Sharon were so welcoming and at the same time gave us our privacy. Do book this suite for your stay in Peachland!

Our suite was just the right size . Lovely bedroom decor, good size bathroom. Laundry rm /walk in closet area with lots of hangers and storage . The kitchen had every utensil needed. Our deck was lovely to sit out on drinking our morning coffee. Best view ever , thanks Mark Sharon 🙋♀️👍

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights last week. The pictures and detail on the unit was exactly as described. We loved this place. We will definitely go back.
It is centrally located in the Okanagan for all the places we like to go, both north and south of it. The suite had all the conveniences we would like, including a wonderful outdoor space....and of course the view!

This property was probably the best property we stayed in. The view was spectacular. The property was really clean. And the owners were very nice. It’s a great place to visit wineries (we came home with a few bottles!), and generally kick back. Highly, highly recommended.

Such a beautiful location above Peachland!! The unit was spectacular and soooo comfy! The hosts were very kind and thoughtful. Beautiful furnishings and the comfiest bed ever!! Coffee of the deck with that gorgeous view of the lake was perfection!!

The photographs are accurate and we could not be more pleased with our whole stay. The views across the Lake change hourly and daily. The kitchen provides everything you need to eat at home, plus patio heating and grill. The Bliss Bakery by the shore not only provides daily bread and baked goods, but frozen homemade soups and meals which make eating at home easy. Thank you, Sandra and Brian UK

The suite was just as advertised. Updated, clean and quiet. A large deck with a great view of the lake. Everything you need and more. Dog friendly. Great trail 1/2 block away to go for walk daily. Just down the hill is Peachland’s shops and restaurants and access to beach and water activities. Would highly recommend.

Lovely views can be experienced here overlooking the bay as you relax on the deck. The kitchen is wonderfully appointed with everything you would need!
Nice to have the warmth from the electric fireplace on the cooler evenings. Lots of big windows give lots of natural light. We appreciated having the turf area for our pup too! Very tastefully designed and decorated. Close to needed amenities. Thanks Mark and Sharon!

We really enjoyed our stay in Peachland. It's the perfect location close to many wineries and shops. We enjoyed the piece and tranquility this place has to offer. The views are breathless ! We were lucky to be able to enjoy a glass of wine on the deck on our last night. I can just imagine how wonderful it might be during the summer ! The place is very clean and bed is very comfortable. If you're looking for a quiet place that feels like home, don't hesitate one bit, book this place !

This property is everything you need for a stay in Peachland and the Okanagan. The views from the balcony are amazing and you feel so relaxed on the patio furniture sipping wine and bbq’ing!
The inside was very clean, tidy and lots of room for the 2 of us. The kitchen was very well equipped. The AC was a massive bonus as it was very hot in the area when we visited. The shower and bathroom were great and we even had in suite laundry with lots of storing space for clothes etc. The bedroom was great with their black out blinds and massive king sized bed.
We can’t fault this property and would highly recommend to stay here! Thank you for a lovely, relaxing stay.

Mark and Sharon’s unit was spectacular! All was extremely well kept, contemporary and well organized with all needed amenities for a short or long stay. Great views keep you wanting to stay glued to the window or deck! The distance to the town and beach is mostly via vehicle due to higher elevation. Thank you both very much, we had a wonderful time!

We had a lovely stay here. Check-in was easy and straight forward. When we arrived at the property there was grease smeared over the kitchen tap ( it looked like it may have been from the barbeque as it was black) and the fridge, although empty, did not look like it had actually been cleaned. Other than this the property was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and there was more than enough space for two people. The deck was lovely and large and it's covered, which was fantastic as it rained for most of our stay. The views are totally amazing and the gas fire pit and lights cheered everything up and allowed us to sit outside even in the rain. There is a table and chairs on the deck for easy dining and a sofa for relaxing around the fire pit. The kitchen area was adequate for a short stay but there is very little counter space for storing or preparing any food, if that's what you are looking for. Overall the property is good and the views are spectacular.

Great accommodations in the Okanagan
The location and accommodations were fantastic. The views from both inside and particularly on the expansive deck were awesome. Very comfortable and well equipped for longer stays. Hosts were easy to reach and very responsive, would not hessitate to return!

If you are looking for the perfect getaway, this is it. Quiet area, beautiful view, pleasant details throughout the whole suite. Also close to groceries, dine out, beach, mountains and just a short drive to Kelowna. No matter the weather it’s a great spot. Hosts are easy to communicate with and leave you to enjoy the whole time. Thank You.

We spent 7 days here and loved it! The photos set our expectations high, and we were not disappointed. The space was so well thought out, lots of space to enjoy indoors when it rained and gorgeous deck with amazing view on the covered deck to enjoy outside. The only thing lacking for me was blackout blinds in the bedroom, I’m light and noise sensitive so was very glad I had packed an eye mask and earplugs (birds get up early and bedroom is bright as daylight very early)
It’s high on a hill, we walked down to Bliss Bakery (a must!!)daily… took about 17-18 minutes and felt good to walk off the baked goods coming back up (very uphill!!!) :-)
Peachland is a quiet location, 15 min drive to West Kelowna and West Bank …. We did have to do a shop at winners for warmer clothes as it was unseasonably cold .

The Gasthaus restaurant was closed due to a water damage issue , but we enjoyed the Blind Angler Grill (calamari and flatbread!!) as well as Cibo and Vine (pizza and burger were outstanding!!)

We love having a kitchen and barbq although this week we did eat out mostly. BC is a rather expensive place for dining and gas is highest it’s ever been…. But that’s just the way it is right now.
We plan to book again.. will probably try for a warmer week :))

Peachland paradise
We spent 7 days here and loved it! The photos set our expectations high, and we were not disappointed.
