MUCH SOUGHT-AFTER HOME IN PUNTA GORDA ISLES! 4-BEDROOM, 2 BATH HOME, WITH SCREENED SALTWATER POOL, EXTRA-LARGE LANAI WITH ADDITIONAL PAVED PATIO FOR SUN BATHERS. Watch the beautiful sunsets from the west-facing pool! Master en suite bedroom is spacious with king-size bed, smart led tv, and patio doors to pool / lanai. Master Bath has neo-angle 2-person soaking tub, walk-in shower and double sinks. Second bedroom has a queen bed and accent chair. Third bedroom has two twin beds and rocking chair. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and dresser with a patio door to pool/lanai. The lanai has two ceiling fans, two tables (one bar height, one regular table height) and two lounge chairs. Safety fence available to put up around pool if you bring your children. Port-a-crib with sheets, table highchair, changing table available. Ceiling fans in each room in the house. No carpet or rugs in house. House is near end of cul-de-sac street. Small dogs are welcome with pre-approval. Kids are welcome. Completely fenced in backyard. Second bath has exterior door to pool so easy access for changing and showering after the dip in the pool. Large, spacious living room, dining room that seats six, and kitchen eating area that seats four and has two patio doors to pool / lanai area. Granite counters, four counter stools at center island. Family room has large smart led tv. Wood shutters on most windows.
The 10,000 lb boat lift and jet ski lift may be available for an additional cost if owner’s boat is not there. However, you are welcome to moor your boat at the dock. The pool can be heated, but additional $25 per day will be charged.

Port-a-crib, table high chair, and changing table available at property. Outdoor gas grill, two outdoor tables and chairs, two love seats, and two lounge chairs. Leather furniture in living room; cloth in family room. Portable furniture cleaner (if you spill on cloth furniture-you clean). Games and cards, two adult 7-speed beach bikes (no helmets though), and three children’s bikes with helmets. Beach cart and six camping chairs available on sight. Wine / drink refrigerator in kitchen.

Our family had a WONDERFUL stay in Punta Gorda at Seascape! The owners provided a five star + vacation rental experience with an easy check-in and readily available communication. With all three our children attending school in Florida, this beautiful home was the perfect meeting space for our family to gather together to celebrate Easter. The property is beautifully decorated, cozy and clean! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The location is exceptional! We rented a boat for the week and enjoyed the short trip through the canals out to the wide open water. The home is also conveniently located to Fisherman's Village for restaurants and shopping, as well as Publix for groceries. Most of our time was spent outside on the boat, in the pool, or under the lanai. In the evenings, we ate outside, watched the beautiful sunsets, and even took in some March Madness games. This home away from home can't be beat... we are already looking forward to a return stay:) Thank you for your hospitality and hosting a great Easter getaway for our family!

I stayed at this location with family members.There are 4 bedrooms. One ensuite and one bathroom for the other 6 people. There are no mirrors in any of the bedrooms. It was very difficult to have 6 ppl using one bathroom. Mirrors in the bedrooms would have helped with 3 women doing their makeup in the bedroom instead of all trying to use the bathroom. The unit was clean but the appliances in the kitchen were not. We had a problem entering the rental as we were given the incorrect code to enter.

We came down from MN to get out of the cold with family. Set of 4 couples. Great location, beautiful home. We paid for heated pool, had a small issue with that but owner was right on it and solved the issue right away. If we were not buying down here we would want to be at this home again.
