Bedroom 1 is located on the first floor and has a queen-size bed. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 2 sits on the main level and features a king-size bed. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 3 is located on the upper level and is outfitted with a king-size bed. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 4 is tucked into the upper level and has a full-size bunk bed, two rollaway single beds, and a designated work area facing the large windows. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower and dual showerheads.

The modern kitchen is well equipped for feeding large groups, with spacious countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and all the basic cookware you’ll need. A fully stocked coffee bar is a caffeine lover's treat, complete with a coffee pot and K-cup coffee machine, complimentary coffee pods, and condiments.

You can enjoy your meals at the eat-in bar or head up to the rooftop to dine alfresco with sweeping views.

The open floor plan makes it quick to visit between the kitchen and living room. The astonishing living room is thoughtfully decorated with plush furniture and hand-painted murals from a local artist. Sit back and relax as you watch something on the large ROKU Smart TV or visit with your group’s designated chef in the nearby kitchen.

We have a small selection of fun yard games like cornhole and giant Jenga, along with plenty of seating areas for large groups. Guest Access:
You will have private access to the entire house during their stay, including the full rooftop area.

Free street and garage parking is available but VERY limited. We recommend a maximum of two vehicles per group and one must be a compact car to fit in the garage. You’re just a short Uber drive away from Nashville’s best attractions and great restaurants, so we recommend leaving your vehicles at the property when you go out.

Note that this property is spread across three floors, meaning you will need to go up three levels to reach the rooftop.

While the neighborhood is mostly quiet and safe this is still an urban environment and you should always remain aware of your surroundings and use common sense. We recommend that you don't leave valuables in your car and don't leave the doors and windows unlocked when you leave the house.

Getting Around:
We recommend simply taking an Uber everywhere you need to go. We have very limited parking, so keep that in mind!
Because it was just built, to navigate to the home, it is easiest to use the address 2410 Meharry Blvd for navigating to the townhomes right next door!

Other Things to Note:
We provide a starter set of supplies just to get you through a two night stay: paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, and coffee K cups with sugar. Please bring additional supplies for longer term stays and bring your own shampoo/conditioner/body wash! We take our noise complaint and smoking rules very seriously, we are actively monitoring for the home. Any violations or tampering will lead to immediate termination of stay with no refund.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have access to the entire home and it is self check-in. We will send you the access code before your stay with entry instructions and directions. The host is available to respond to messages if you have any questions or inquiries! Thank you!
