The Neighborhood:
Located on a quiet residential street that’s only 2 blocks from both the Gondola Plaza and Lift 1-A and walking distance to all the shopping, restaurants and nightlife Aspen has to offer.

Getting Around:
Everything in aspen is just a short walk. If you prefer not to walk, download the “Downtowner” app, which works just like Uber and is provided by the City of Aspen for free in downtown Aspen.

At the Rubey Park Transit Center just two and a half blocks away, you can catch one of the free buses to the other three mountains (Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, and Snowmass). The buses run year-round and approximately every 15 minutes during ski season.

We had a problem when we checked in. The property manager answered right away and found a solution. I would rent from them again knowing they will go above and beyond if something does go wrong.

Ali and the Management team were wonderful. They were responsive and attempted to mitigate the problems with the unit which were Numerous. Specifically, the Unit was not accurately described. it is in serious need of renovation… the floors were old and scratched; the carpets were dingy and dirty; closets full of owners’ items making storage difficult; The HEAT would not turn on due to broken thermostats(Ali quickly was on it); doors came off hinges. That said.. the location was Great. Ali and Team were excellent but the Condo was at most fair.

We are a family of 5 and spent 4 great nights at this property. It’s in a great location. Easy travel to the airport and to local shops. It was fully stocked with lotions and soaps, which was so helpful. The owner even stopped by with some space heaters when it got a little cold for us. We would definitely recommend this place.

AWe had some issues with a carpeted bedroom closet where they store cleaning supplies and a mop. The smell of chemicals was so strong we were unable to use this bedroom during our 10 day stay. They did attempt to fix the smell but was never resolved. Marc, the property manager I dealt with most, was amazing. He took every call, email, text immediately. He was so professional. His boss, Ali, was very hard to work with & I will not stay in another property she manages. She was combative and really did not want to fix the problem. (Other than suggest she paint the closet - so we would then be smelling paint fumes & Fabuloso cleaner on our vacation) Ultimately, Marc credited us a small percentage of our stay - since we only had 2 bedrooms we could use. They did offer us 2 other properties, but we chose to stay and keep that bedroom door closed. It is a great location & quiet complex. And if strong chemicals don’t bother you, you would likely be happy.

Overall are stay was great. The best part of it was it’s proximity to the town and to the Aspen mountains, less then a block away! The only problem we had was because of a previous guests late check out causing the house keepers not to be done until 4:30pm! The management company apologized and allowed us a late check out of 11pm. versus 10pm. The management company is very good about communicating which was great! If you like to ski this condo is close to the mountain!

This comfortable spot was a fantastic location where we walked to breakfast and dinner every day. We were able to split two bedrooms into twins and comfortably sleep our entire group. Thanks for the easy stay!
