About this house rental
Grand Rapids has so much to offer and we would love for you to be our guest in this beautiful 1640 sq ft 4 bedroom/2 bathroom home! Located perfectly on the westside where it's quiet enough for a walk to the park, close to the zoo or a short drive to the market and popular restaurants. Comfortably sleeps 8 people with main floor bedroom daybed/ trundle and upstairs host 3 more bedrooms with 2 queens and 2 twins. Love to host you and your loved ones the next time Grand Rapids is calling your name!

We enjoyed our stay here. We didn’t read close enough to the description to notice that the 2 queens were upstairs, and my mother-in-law has bad knees, so my in-laws ended up sleeping on the twin day bed & pull out trundle downstairs. The stairs are pretty steep and I slipped down a couple once or twice. I made my 3 year olds sit down on the stairs to go down. It was pretty warm upstairs but not unbearable (temps outside were in the 80s and the thermostat was downstairs). The beds were comfortable and it was super clean. The shower downstairs was pretty small & the upstairs shower didn’t have a ton of water pressure. Multiple TVs though out the house was a nice touch along with an assortment of snacks and games. The location was pretty close to all the things we wanted to see in Grand Rapids (children’s museum, zoo, & sculpture gardens).

House listed with 2 Q beds and 4 twins. The Q's were comfortable but, there were 2 twin beds and a day bed. One twin was a metal cot and the other leaned towards the wall and was not level or stable. The day bed was not comfortable as well. There were 6 adults, and the bedding was a problem. The upstairs blinds did not have rods and could not turn open or be closed by hand. The master was missing the covering on the ceiling light revealing exposed bulbs. The outdoor furniture was filthy and we had to wash it before use, the yard was not ready for summer use and there was no wood for the firepit. However, the house was clean and well designed with an industrial vibe. Kitchen was nice with a cute coffee bar area, and the living room and furniture was comfortable. Would have given 5 stars if not for the above comments.

Rented this VRBO for a girls weekend away in Grand Rapids. There were five of us; we were very comfortable in this lovely home. The location was close to downtown for a quick drive to dinner, Meijers Gardens and to see the Lantern Show at the John Ball Zoo. We enjoyed our time just sitting in the living room catching up. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for our annual guys weekend. It was a good location for checking out all the breweries in Grand Rapids and pretty close to a lot of restaurants. House was as advertised and there were a lot of nice touches included like snacks, coffee, and lots of towels.

The house was clean, the kitchen was stocked, and we appreciated the little touches around the house that made it feel cozy. Location was an easy drive to downtown, the zoo, and other attractions.

This was our home base for a wedding weekend. Ourselves and four adult children had plenty of room and space to spread out. Updated and decorated very nicely. Kitchen space was fabulous. Very well equipped with lots of surprise extras. Wish they had larger dining table, but the stools at the kitchen island added extra seating. We did not use the back yard, but is fenced & has a nice outdoor eating space and fire pit. Not a fancy neighborhood but very close to local bars & restaurants and a 5 minute drive to downtown GR. Highly recommend.

This is a super cute house. I had one question during my stay, and the host was super responsive. Will definitely plan to stay here again if/when we do this trip again.

This property is a great venue to have a small gathering of family for the holidays. We hosted breakfast for seven adults and two small children. It was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare food. The first floor has plenty of room for everyone to move about and the kids could play. Parking is the best! This house has a large pad for off street parking which is great. I would highly recommend this house.

My Girl was a great space for myself and 6 of my friends. We were able to get everywhere we needed within Grand Rapids in a short amount of time. The amenities provided on the property also were a great perk.

We were in town for a wedding and the house was in a perfect location and everything was amazing! The coffee bar was a huge hit! The house had everything it needed and more!

This is an incredible property. The house is beautifully decorated, and me, my sisters and niece felt right "at home" the second we arrived. We were in GR for a family wedding and it was convenient to everywhere we needed to be; only 5 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to the Meijer Sculpture Garden, and 15 minutes from the wedding venue.
The host was easy to communicate with and responsive, which made the process so much easier. We enjoyed all the special touches: the candy, the snacks, instant oatmeal, popcorn, and even ingredients to make s'mores. Everything we needed was right there, so the host made a special effort to make us feel right at home.
I will definitely be coming back here the next time I'm in Grand Rapids. This is a special find. You won't be disappointed! I highly recommend this property.

The bridal party and myself stayed here before my wedding at the John Ball Zoo. The location was perfect, being ~4 mins away! The house was clean and stocked with snacks. We loved the open concept on the main floor which made getting ready the morning of super nice for everyone to still be together while getting our hair and makeup done! We also loved all of the parking available in the driveway. Highly recommend staying here!

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. The house worked out excellent - from the location, layout, cleanliness, ease of parking, etc. We had 8 people total for one of the evenings and there was plenty of room. it was very well stocked in kitchen and there were plenty of towels and linens in the bedrooms and bath. Quiet neighborhood too. We would stay again with no hesitation and would recommend to others.

Our family of 7 enjoyed the week we stayed at Tracey’s house. She provided so many extras. The house was clean, a great size, had plenty of hot water, coffee, snacks, nicely furnished and within walking distance to a park. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to Grand Rapids. Thank you Tracey!

When our air conditioning stopped working correctly, she immediately had it fixed. We were comfortable there and appreciated the good service the entire time from booking to departure.

We stayed for the weekend of my daughters wedding. The place was clean, kitchen was well equipped, lots of amenities to make our stay easy. The backyard space was great. Spacious kitchen. Comfortable beds, ceiling fans in the bedrooms made sleeping easy. We will definitely stay here again!

We chose this location for the proximity to the zoo and short walk to downtown. The place was clean and the listing was accurate. We definitely appreciated the complimentary coffee and creamers. We also appreciated the simplicity of the check out instructions. The place worked out perfectly and we'll be keeping it in mind if we ever need another Grand Rapids escape!

I came to visit my daughter who lives in Grand Rapids currently for school. I wanted somewhere big enough to house all of us as well as the ability to make our traditional Easter dinner. This house was beautiful and the host goes above and beyond for their guests. There were snacks, coffee, and plenty of blankets and pillows as well as towels to use. The property Was very clean and simple to navigate. Highly recommend!

The property was beautifully decorated and well appointed, with some extras like snacks and water, coffee, streaming services, and extra pillows/blankets. Comfortable beds and bedding, good parking. Quick drive to our destinations. Great communication, and clean, charming house. Our only small issue was not having enough comfortable seating for our group of 8 to all be together in the living space. But, that wasn’t that big of a deal as we didn’t spend a ton of downtime in the house.

Im a cancer patient and had a scan scheduled and was looking for a place close to my appointment so after i was done we didn't have far to go. My daughter and i could just go to the house and relax and spend some nice quality time together. The house was perfect for that, it was very comfy and cozy, a very beautiful home. I cant say enough about the host, she was wonderful. She went above and beyond, such a very sweet person.

I live in Grand Rapids but rented this house for a friends’ weekend. What a find!
We were so pleased with the house. Large and well appointed kitchen where we did some serious cooking.
An open concept kitchen/living room/dining area where we could all comfortably hang out.
The house was tastefully decorated and you had everything you needed and some nice extras.
The location is good. You could walk downtown or to the Bridge Street entertainment district. You could also quickly get over to Millineum park if you wanted to enjoy some time in nature.
We were only disappointed that it was summer. We would have liked to sit out on the front porch or in the backyard entertainment area. We may have to come back.

Wow!!! Beautiful home! I loved the decorating and the details of this extremely appointed home! We went for a family wedding and there was plenty of room to spread out and also so comfortable to hang out as a group! If you are going to Grand Rapids stay here!! This house was a great find in Grand Rapids. We were in town for a wedding. Many nice touches that are not found in many of the rentals we've used over the years: great and generous selection of snacks, coffee, tea, etc. Bathrooms were well equipped with plenty of towels, toilet paper, etc, but also things like cotton swabs, etc. The pictures of the property in the listing are very accurate. There is a nice park about a block away. It's located in what seemed to be a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again if we find ourselves back in town.

Great place for a good time
Our family really enjoyed this house. We loved relaxing on the back patio and enjoying the perfect summer weather together. The hostess thought of everything and we had all that we needed. It is a very comfortable and clean space. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
