Our contemporary house boasts two well-appointed bedrooms with Smart TVs, black-out blinds, and exceptional beds to give you the whole zen experience. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a makeup area, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a comfy queen-sized bed.

The condo has two separate bathrooms. The first is the ensuite to the master bedroom with a large walk-in shower, a Jacuzzi tub, dual sinks, and a spacious walk-in closet. The second full bathroom sits in the hallway and features a large walk-in shower. There is also a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, counter space for folding, and a steamer.
Complimentary toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available.

The gorgeous kitchen is stocked with new stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the other necessities you’ll need for cooking the finest meals or the most basic snacks for your crew. Get yourself going in the morning with a hot coffee fresh from the Keurig coffee maker. A variety of Keurig pods will be available!
Of course, if you don’t want to worry about cooking during your vacation, you’re just a short walk from some of Scottsdale’s best restaurants. If you do decide to dine in, you can cozy up to the kitchen table (seating for two), the kitchen counter (seating for two), or the dining room table (seating for four).
Just across from the kitchen is the lounge area, the perfect place to kick back and relax after a long day of exploring Scottsdale. We very much enjoyed our stay. It's clean, well-stocked, and convenient to Kierland Commons. We cooked a Thanksgiving meal and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It's a gated community, which is nice, and the pool area is also clean and seems to be well managed. When we had a plumbing issue in the condo, Sherman was available and quick to take care of it. Excellent communication.

This condo is beautiful and exactly as described. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Easy to get to with lots of amenities/restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds with plenty of pillow choices. I highly recommend this place. Sherman provided easy to follow instructions for everything.

The property is very clean with modern conveniences. Everything is upgraded and modern. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable. The community is quiet and residents near us were friendly. The property is near retail and grocery shopping and restaurants. We couldn’t partake of all the amenities nearby but hope to return in the near future. Very close to Scottsdale Rd and easy access to the 101 North and South. Sherman is very friendly and responsive. 10/10 host and property rating.

Came to Scottsdale for a medical procedure and this place was perfect for an extended stay. First floor, private garage, excellent host, convenient location with lots of things close by and recliners for recovery. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Sherman was responsive to any issue that arose during our extended stay. We truly appreciated his attention and efficiency. Can't say enough about how nice it was to stay in this property. We have stayed in this area for vacations for at least 6 years and this was the best property we have stayed in. Furnishings were great, condo was very clean upon our arrival, appliances were new, check-in process easy, and the owner got back to us quickly with our questions. The owners were very helpful leading up to our stay regarding the property and check in process. When we arrived the place was very clean and the process was seamless. The property was walking distance to Kierland Commons and the grocery store. We were able to walk to these areas daily! We were very pleased with our stay and look forward to booking in the future!

We stayed here while attending a family celebration nearby. The condo was in the perfect location for our needs. Everything was clean and in good condition. We didn't use any of the recreation facilities so I can't offer any comments about that.

This condo was perfect for our recent trip to Scottsdale. Very clean and modern, well equipped and the location is ideal - walking distance to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter...restaurants, shopping, etc. Sherman was an outstanding host - great communication, detailed directions and instructions. This property was exactly as advertised. Extremely clean, walking distance to a fantastic grocery store, drug store, various eateries and restaurants and great shopping. Also a short drive to hiking and many other activities. The condo compound was also very quiet and well kept including the pool area which provided plenty of space to lounge in the sun or shade and a bbq area.

Lovely ground floor condo, so spacious and comfortable. The beds were amazing and they have the most comfortable living room furniture with automatic reclining seating—we loved that. Spacious kitchen generously stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be back again! So close to excellent restaurant and shopping, we could easily walk to dinner and shopping. The pool and exercise room were great as well: Bathrooms were top notch and a wonderful laundry room to boot! Top notch place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo and Sherman was an awesome host answering all of our questions and attending a very minor issue we had during our stay. Sherman also provided a cooler for us to use so we could pack water and snacks for our daily hikes. The condo is exactly as advertised and is very clean and modern. We loved the fact that we did not need to go up steps to enter the condo and it had a nice little patio to sit out and enjoy the Arizona warmth in the evenings. The pool and workout area are very nice and just a short walk from the condo. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back soon.
