We stayed and this condo for 7 days and it was perfect for my husband, my 2 boys (18 and 11) and my parents. My boys are big snorkelers and it was perfect snorkeling straight off of the beach. I went out several times with them and saw many fish, different corals, many lobsters. Most days it was just us on the beach. Amazing to have such a beautiful beach all to ourselves. Janet was very quick to respond to all of my messages. Yes, you need to rent a car to get there and it's a gravel road but take it slow any it's fine. If you are looking for a beautiful secluded beach with amazing snorkeling and a condo that has everything this is it!

It was a great short stay at Sea Rose, perfect condo for 2 families wanting to relax away from the crowds and enjoying the beach and pool. Loved the desolate location and absolutely enjoyed the sunset from our balcony.

it was wonderful, thanks

Condo is not a penthouse but a condo on the 3rd floor. Listing tired and in need of updates. Basic with adequate amenities. No extras.
In gated location with great views, lovely pool and beach. The restaurant has great food and drinks with limited hours. Overall I would recommend.

We had an amazing experience at this stat. The location is 30 mins drive from grace bay but still its an excellent stay if you like peace and quiet abd would want alone time on the beach

This was our groups second visit to Turks and Caicos. The last time we stayed in Grace Bay in a massive villa. This time we were looking to be a bit more mindful on the accommodations cost.
I found the Northwest Point Resort condo on VBRO. It had very good reviews and looked nice. The price was reasonable and we wanted 3 bedrooms. The 3 (small) bathrooms were a bonus. Booking was easy and correspondence with the owner was timely. We knew in advance the condo was a bit on the outskirts but the island is small and we had planned to rent a vehicle.
The condo itself was very clean and pretty. The view from the terrace is gorgeous (and windy) and you can see the sun coming up every morning. The beds were comfortable and there was not a single complaint from anyone. I was concerned that there were some reviews that the "Resort" was in disrepair. That really was not the case. The pool was stunning and the hot tub was hot. There were workers tending to the place every morning. All the chairs and umbrellas around the pool looked new and the same was true with the many chairs and huts on the beach. There is even a private hammock area as you walk to the beach. Someone was hosting a yoga class almost every morning. I don't know if this is typical. There is a former restaurant by the pool that makes a great meeting place for large groups.
The beach had some sea grass but it didn't seem to be bothering anyone. There are canoes and paddle boards available. They looked a bit sun-weathered but totally functional.
The condo itself is comfortable. The TV and A/C worked and the Wifi was seamless. The washer-dryer in the unit also worked well.
There are a few things you should be aware of.
1. The place is a bit remote so it will take you 15 extra minutes to get everywhere. It's 6 miles down a limestone-gravely road. The drive at night is very dark. The area is NOT unsafe. Get a number to call from the rental place in case of a flat tire (we got a flat as we dropped the car off at the airport).
2. The gas grills need repair/upgrading (I did manage to cook 30 pounds of wings though)
3. They kitchen needs an extra sheet pain and replacement of several of the frying pans (very beat up)
4. You get 1 bath towel + 1 beach towel per person. A few extra of each would be nice.
5. Buy groceries on one of your hundred trips past Graceway and bring them (nothing is close)
We would book again without reservation. Thank you!!

Serene Paradise
Pros:
Great snorkeling directly from beach
Very private beach
Pool and hot tub
Quiet
Friendly staff
Cons:
Property needs serious updates
Beach gear in disrepair
Towels for bathing and beach in bad shape
Unpaved 4 mile road to reach destination = flat tires
No restaurant or bar on site (far from dining options)

Great property, quiet location, with everything you need.
Very clean and updated property. The location is little bit away from everything but led to a quiet beach and pool area. A short drive to get provisions or to head into town for activities. I found the Smart grocery store the best to finding everything I needed. If you want beautiful accommodations, a quiet beach, snorkeling, & more, this place is great.
Thank you for great stay.

This was our second time in Turks and a very different one. We chose to stay at Northwest Point and rent a car instead of being right at Grace Bay like last time. I was a little nervous about the length of the drive and getting around, but it was easy. The pool and beach were great. We walked along the water and found some pretty shells, coral that had washed up and even saw a turtle! We brought water shoes for the beach, but didn't need them. The pool area/bathrooms etc were all kept clean. The only negative is the wind. It wasn't bad where we couldn't enjoy the pool or beach, but it just never really stops. We found it really easy to go out to dinner or head to another beach for the day. The drive wasn't bad at all and getting around the island is easy. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Janet the owner was great. She responded right away with answers to our questions. My only suggestion that would make it easier for renters is to provide a list of things they might need to grab at the grocery store since it's a 20 minute drive to the store. Our family of 5 stayed for 10 nights and each bathroom only had a half roll of toilet paper with the master having one extra roll. We ended up needing to make a run after a few days for toilet paper as well as hand soap, dish soap and a sponge. We've never had to buy those things when staying in a rental so we didn't grab them on our initial run. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

This unit was great, very clean and had everything you would need. We had 6 total in our party 4 adults and 2 teenagers never felt cramped. The pool and hot tub were also very clean with plenty of chairs. The beach also had plenty of chairs and palapas. Yes, there was some seaweed, but early every morning the staff would clear it from the beach.
Northwest Point Resort is further out than most places and you will drive 20-25 minutes for beaches, restaurants, groceries etc. We have stayed at other properties on the island and will drive the same distances so not really a big deal.
Janet Langford was outstanding, she was very responsive to our inquiries, often in less than an hour.
We would stay at this property again.
