- Be courteous to neighbors with music, voices, and parking. No loud parties. (City of Scottsdale noise complaint fines will be automatically billed to the customer. Fines start at $500.)
- $125 Excess Trash Fee.
- $2000 fine for smoking inside the house or on premises.
- NO PETS - $1000 fee if violations suspected.
- Pool maintenance will come by every Monday ~12pm if your booking falls on that day.

Any cancellations due to Covid or any other illnesses will be subject to the cancellation policy associated with the listing.

Early check-in is only available if the night before check-in is it not booked by another guest.
