About this house rental
Southwest style house made for entertaining! Sits on over 1 acre -5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms - All one level, travertine floor. Very large chefs kitchen with everything you need to make that perfect meal - all small appliances, dishes etc. included large sliders open up to the back yard to bring the entertaining outdoors- with a one of a one of a kind custom heated lazy river pool complete w waterfalls, water slide, caves and put put golf. The backyard is very private and resort like, amazing star gazing. Perfect house to make many memories! BBQ your meal out doors in our unique Bull BBQ - ( smoke comes out his nose) or use the Tragger while you sit by the cozy out door fire looking at the desert hills and beautiful sunset. Many outdoor games including ping pong. Central to all main attractions approx 20-30 min from old town Scottsdale, Barrett Jackson Phoenix, cave creek , Peoria, Lake Pleasant, and numerous hiking trails and golf courses surrounding the area.Lots of parking available.

We had a great time at this beautiful property. The pool was fantastic, and it was clear the owners put a lot of thought into making each guest's stay enjoyable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, which made our experience special. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

We had a totally enjoyable and fun stay at this resort home! The kids especially enjoyed the pool facilities, but our adults had a good time with it also.
We also enjoyed the grilling facilities and made good use of them also.
We were in Phoenix for our granddaughters graduation, so she and the family joined us for grilling and a really nice visit!

We picked up our kids from Grand Canyon University and stayed at this beautiful Arizona Oasis! The lake is close and the house and pool is truly amazing! The host has taken care of every detail. We will definitely be back and stay here. Thank you so much for creating this beautiful vacation spot.

This house is amazing! Plenty of space for people to spread out and have privacy, but the backyard pool is the crown jewel! I didn’t think it was possible to spend all day in a pool, but we managed to do so! It is an amazing pool that was heated and the kids and adults loved it, especially the slide, waterfall and lazy river. The mini golf putting green was a hit too! Shannon was very easy to communicate with. Five stars! Would definitely come back!

If you are looking for a large home in the north Phoenix area for family to gather look no further this is it! The location allows you to take in beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Unbelievably, the pool and backyard area is even better than the pictures show - you have to see it in person. Hosts have the house well stocked (blankets, plenty of bath towels, pots/pans, dishes for outside and inside, small appliances, etc.)- so nice when you’re traveling with two families. In addition they had so many welcoming touches - sunscreen to share, a few snacks, slippers, and more. If you are traveling with young kids make a point to visit Anthem Community Park!

This house is amazing! From the minute we walked in it surpassed all of our expectations! The small details and amenities were outstanding! The owners could not have been more accommodating and the quality time with our family was wonderful! The weather did not allow for a lot of pool time, but we were able to use it one day-it was spectacular!! Highly recommend this property!!

This property has it all! They thought of everything to make us feel welcome and at home during our stay. Very clean! Pool and hot tub are excellent hang out spots. The huge Blackstone was a great surprise and allowed us to make large meals. Property is close to shopping and other fun activities. The owner is amazing also and is extremely responsive.

I don’t know where to begin! The house was perfect for our family who came in from across the country to attend a wedding. Communication with Shannon was amazing, she was very responsive and answered all of my questions. The house was stunning-from the outside to the inside. It was also fully stocked with everything you could need. They have thought of it all! The outdoor space was incredible. We felt like we were at a resort. The pool is like none other, the lazy river was so much fun! Also, all the outdoor amenities you could want/need. Seating, grills, built in coolers, games, lights, firepits…the list goes on. We had the most amazing trip!!

This house is fantastic! It is in an very nice neighborhood, quiet and easy to get to. The pool is almost not to be believed as to how upscale it is! So interesting and beautiful. Shannon was super to deal with and while there was a couple of very small issues, they were addressed immediately and fixed within a couple of hours. Most anything we needed was within a 10 minute drive. Thanks Shannon for a great stay and making your house available!

House and pool are absolutely amazing! Plenty of pool floats and outdoor seating. Kitchen was well stocked, so were bathrooms and bedrooms. Property owner was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Would definitely stay again. A wonderful time had by all!

There are no words to describe how amazing this home is. Every last detail was thought about. The kitchen is fully stocked and extra large for entertaining. The pool is nicer than any resort. And the views are incredible. Easy drive to hiking, restaurants, and other activities in Scottsdale. We highly recommend.

Beautiful home and property. Very well stocked—like a hotel! Gorgeous setting. It was a bit remote for us with the unseasonably cold February weather for a few of the days. The pool is the best! The kids enjoyed it regardless and it was well heated. Outstanding and responsive property management. We had a GREAT vacation.

Accommodations as listed lots of amenities and rooms as stated but the one major thing we wanted was a heated pool. We arrived it was 86 after the first night it continued to decline to an unbearable temperature. There is a pool cover in about 5 different pieces that they have you cover it with at night we did but it didn’t do the trick. (we missed covering it one night but that was on the 3rd night and it had already been declining) We’ve stayed at many Vrbo that have heated pools (one last year at the same time of year) that weren’t covered and stayed much warmer and held the temp your entire stay so this was a disappointment. As far as the bedrooms the beds are hard except for two kings they were comfortable. Kitchen, garbage drawer always opens and chairs at the dining room table need replaced. A face lift wouldn’t hurt this property either. So this is why I give this home a 4 Star.

Our family of 4, and 3 other family members with a wide range of ages,13-65, all enjoyed our stay here. We were in town for a wedding in Anthem and this property kept us out of the hustle and bustle of Phoenix. It was not lacking in access to meeting all our shopping needs in just a 5 minute drive. Beautiful house set in a quiet neighborhood with everything you might need plus extra special touches. Layout is perfect for guests to meet and be together and also have a nice quiet place to chill by yourself if you want. We went on nearby hikes, enjoyed unique restaurants, and spent a lot of time in the amazing pool. The pool stayed warm. We had a few days of rain and enjoyed playing games and watching movies together. Communication with Shannon was super easy and she always responded promptly. Thanks for a great place to spend time with family!

We were looking for a place to stay with family for a long weekend and this place was fantastic. The pool area is as cool as it looks in the pictures and they have thoughtfully included many amenities. It is a true get away escape out of the city.

This place is amazing! Perfect for our Family. Lots of activities for everyone to enjoy. All equipment and amenities were in great shape. Very well maintained home and property .Outdoor living area and pool INCREDIBLE !! Couldn’t ask for a better place for an amazing vacation. Very close to grocery stores, and Cave Creek! Shannon was wonderful to work with and answered any questions quickly!

We stayed in this beautiful home for my daughters bachelorette weekend with her friends. The house is beautiful and the pool is amazing! I could have stayed in the pool all day. The location is a little far if you are wanting to go to old town Scottsdale, But the house has everything you need. Would definitely recommend this home if you are traveling to this area.

Shannon was the hostess with the mostest! Her communication was incredible and always responded timely. She had great recommendations on places to go and things to do. Most of all her home is incredible!!! The attention to detail, the cleanliness, the pool and outdoor area were only a few of the things that made this house worthy! We celebrated my bachelorette party at her place and it was the most amazing time, I would highly recommend this place and would go back in a heartbeat!!!! Shannon thank you so much again for opening up your incredible home for me to celebrate!

We truly enjoyed this property and especially the pool. We were in the pool day and night and never tired of finding new and creative activities to do. Supermarkets were close by and some really good restaurants weren't too far away either. It was a bit of a drive to get to phoenix area (30 minutes), but no one seemed to mind much. It's a wonderful property with a very responsive host.

Excellent property and amazing owners!!
We decided to meet family in AZ for a mini reunion. The property is just as pictured, amazing! The small touches of snacks left for guests, mini sunscreen if needed, even a take and replace toiletries bin made these owners top notch. Communication with the owner was perfect! Shannon answered all my questions and we would not hesitate to stay at this exact property again. And yes-the pool really is that amazing!

The house was beautiful. The pool area was awesome. We had a great time visiting the Grand Canyon...Lake Pleasant was a must do (rented a boat all day) the only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars was because one of the air conditioners went out...the one that was covering the 3 bedrooms. So sleeping was hot. The air was out when we got there on Saturday and I called Shannon on Sunday but she couldn’t get anyone there to fix it until Tuesday so we spent Tuesday waiting on them to come. Tuesday and Wednesday nights were nice but it went out again on Thursday...Shannon couldn’t get them to come back until Friday. So Friday my husband stayed at the house so he would be there when they came. Friday they put more Freon in it and left but it still wasn’t working. I called Shannon back and they returned with two portable air conditioners which didn’t help. One of our families left and got a hotel...couldn’t handle the heat anymore. At one time it was 112 degrees outside. Then on Saturday they showed up to replace the conditioner and blocked the hallway making it hard to pack around them. It was bad. It was uncomfortable and with the amount of money spent to stay there we should have been comfortable. I will say Shannon was very nice and was easy to get in touch with. Just felt like there should have refunded some of the money for my inconvenience. With that being said I would definitely stay here again and refer this to all my family and friends. Just a bad situation that was out of anyone’s control. I’m sure it nice and cool now.

luxurious..... many little extras...... very well cared for.....very wonderful owners who wanted us to treat their property with as much care as they do....with rules that make sense,,,,,,. lots of pool toys....needs some updating for handicapped accessibility
