We loved our stay at this very accessible and well kept home. Thank you for welcoming us.

Perfect for what we needed
1.0 / 5.0
We arrived at home about 5:00 PM. Cooked dinner and played cards. This involved a foursome of ladies in town to get peaches, corn and play some golf. We turned in later in the evening. Within 10 minutes of turning off the light, bed bugs were all over the king bed upstairs. We have sent pictures to customer service and presently getting some assistance for refund. We called for guidance immediately to Vacasa. Vacasa tried to reach local property manager. After 4 calls from us, Joseph finally showed up at 10:00 the following morning. He definitely confirmed bed bugs. We had an absolutely awful night. No one dared to sleep. We were not told that they could not move us to a different unit. We were not given local phone number. After Joseph arrived we left the unit for good on the 13th, 11 hours later than we wanted. We asked Joseph to move us to another unit and were told they could not move us. We were basically told to live with the bed bugs or scramble on our own to find alternative accommodations. Which we did and it was considerably more costly. I am now dealing with VRBO support and they seem to be working with us. We would expect a full refund and get this nightmare out of our minds. Communications need much improvement. This unit is perfect for 4 adults. Sleeping, cooking and playing cards. Would have loved to stay, but ………..not with bed bugs

There is zero AC. The listing says there is a thermostat, but it is heat only. The house was 85° at one point, and with two small children it was miserable. Cooking utensils were greasy and still had crusted food on them. We found trash under the couches. The beds were decently comfortable but it was too hot to sleep. Would make a good place to stay in the winter for boarders, but that’s about it.

Our family loved our stay at this condo and wish we could have stayed longer. Both bedrooms were extremely comfortable, and we used both futons for our children. Both kids said that the futons were VERY comfortable. There was extra bedding tucked away in both bedrooms, the kitchen is stocked VERY well, and we had everything we needed for our stay.
Our only complaints are very small. There are very little instructions on how to operate the tvs in the unit. We were able to figure it out, but my older parents with whom we traveled would have been stuck without us there. Explicit instructions would be wonderful. Additionally, the condo has no air. With how unseasonable hot it was, this was a disappointing find - but there were multiple fans in the unit, and with the cool mountain air at night, we were actually quite comfortable for our entire stay.
We would happily stay here again - well done!

This was a very nice place, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. When we first pulled up to the front of the unit, we were a little worried. There were cob webs around the front window and porch light and the cushions on the two chairs out front are all torn up and filthy. We were a little nervous that the inside would look the same. But it was beautiful and clean on the inside. Very attractive, too. The winding staircase leads up to a cute little loft and a very large bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a bathroom. There is a patio door and a deck off of the upstairs bedroom, with the hillside as our nice view. It was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in away from home. And the sheets were soooo soft! The main level bedroom also has a patio door and a patio off of the bedroom. There is another bathroom on that floor, as well. The kitchen is small, but nice. The living room and dining area are nice-sized and attractive. There were no instructions anywhere (for arrival, departure, or how-to's), which was a bit unusual for a rental property. But we did receive a text with some basic information. This was a great condo to stay in and we would definitely stay there again. I would just suggest the simple fix of getting new cushions for the two chairs on the front porch and sweep away the cobwebs, so that the first impression would match the much better feeling we got when we walked in the door! Very nice place!

We loved this home. Everything was easy from booking to checkout. Great place to stay.

The property was clean and Kitchen appliances were new. The bathrooms and bedding need attention. There was no instructions for use of the fire place or television. Or any information in the home what so ever. All information was via text and I do believe all was chat bot.

Delightful area. Just outside Durango.
Very nice place and quiet neighbors.
We would stay here again!

The townhome was a very well decorated home, set up to help anyone feel at home and comfortable. There was great support throughout the booking up to the time of departure from Vacasa, making the stay easy. Other than the Silverton train, which ran behind the townhome (very cool to see), it was quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable king bed upstairs as well!

Lovely end-unit in a quiet, nature-filled setting. Although the kitchen was tiny, it was well-stocked with dishes, glasses, and utensils. Our bed was comfortable and the extra blankets in the closet were appreciated.

This condo is a great location, as it just outside of Durango and close to all things nature. The kitchen is quaint so we didn’t do a lot of cooking but there were ample kitchen supplies.

We liked the location and the amenities that were available in the home. It would have been nice if there is an air conditioning in the home. We couldn't sleep well due to the hot weather and couldn't open the patio door due to bugs.

Our family enjoyed this cute condo! Great location and value. The stairs are narrow, so that could be an issue for some when trying to get to the 2nd floor. The beds were comfortable, so we were happy. It does get a bit warm upstairs in the summer with no AC, but manageable if you open the windows. I would stay here again.

Nice

The home was nice and well equipped with cooking supplies except for a can opener for some reason. To open cans I had to use a pocket knife. The pictures of the home in the listing shows a grill on the back porch so we brought steaks to cook but the grill was not there anymore, just the table and the propane tank (also seen in the pictures). There were only 4 towels for a stay with 8 people. I called Vacasa and was on the phone for a total of 82 minutes and 19 seconds (got this off my cell phone call details) to ask for 4 towels and to have the grill brought back to the house. Later that same day, a gentleman did show up with towels and had to figure out the grill situation. The grill was in the garage associated with home 109 so I got a call back from a Vacasa representative and he said to open the maintenance closet in the home and retrieve the garage door opener so I could get the grill, well the maintenance closet was locked... The home was nice but timeliness of customer service was very lacking. If you have an issue be prepared to be on the phone for a lengthy amount of time to get it resolved. I realize that needing 4 towels and a grill is not a huge situation but it shouldn't take a long phone call to get them. I will look to other options and not use Vacasa for any of my vacation rental needs in the future.

Property is cramped; poor host communication
Poor host communication. Hosts were useless communicating whether it was safe to be at property during Perrins Peak fire. Were not even aware it was going on.
Many small, sloppy things about property, towel racks coming off, barely any coffee or cleaning supplies stocked, cords coming off ceiling lamps. Would not stay again

Cut Cabin Condo
We enjoyed our stay in this condo decorated like a cabin! Perfect for our threesome. We made a fire every night and enjoyed a surprise overnight snow.

Clean, lots of room (we had 5 adults), and it was close to Purgatory.
