Our home is stocked with all the goodies you could need! From fresh linens and towels to cookware and dishware, we've got you covered. Plus, we've included a starter pack of coffee, Tide Pods, dishwasher pods, toiletries, and paper products. Just pack your adventurous spirit and you're all set! 🤗

Each bedroom comes with its own TV, so everyone can catch their favorite shows. While we've got Netflix ready to go, we don't have cable. But feel free to log into your own streaming accounts during your stay—just remember to log out before you leave! 📺

Need to get some work done? No problem! We've set up a private desk in the sunroom, complete with super strong Wi-Fi (Download speed: up to 1000 Mbps, Upload speed: up to 20 Mbps) for all your remote work needs. 💻

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a 10 minute drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available for an ADDITIONAL RENTAL FEE and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
