Gorgeous Luxury Home new construction. Bring together different family members for a fabulous vacation. Brand-new three-story home with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Located on San Carlos Island close enough to the Fort Myers Beach but away from the hustle and bustle of the heavy seasonal traffic. Just under a mile to the beach!

Twelve guests can be comfortably accommodated with the use of a futon. It's possible to add in a couple more people with the use of air mattresses or cots. Lots of room in the house to accommodate.

The brand new pool and deck area are awesome, perfect for fun whether spending the day there or coming back after a hot day at the beach.

COVID-19 Update: Professional cleaners of this property strictly follow CDC and VRMA SafeHome Disinfection and Sanitization Guidelines and professionally laundered linens and towels to ensure your safety and cleanliness.

The family enjoyed our stay. We had multi-generational individuals in the family on this vacation and everyone had a great time. The home met our expectations and the property manager even stopped by to ensure our needs were being met. Barry is the most gracious host! The house and property was everything we could have asked for and more. It was clean, spacious, and had many items we wanted. He has pool toys, beach umbrellas, A COOLER, a beach cart, etc. this house is set up for a family to have an amazing relaxing vacation. Barry is very responsive and gracious. We have stayed in vrbo rentals for years and this was tier 1. The kitchen is well equipped to make meals for a family and friends. We will be coming back.

This property had everything you needed/wanted! Morning sun @ the pool & afternoon sun on the front deck. The property is within walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants. Barry was a fabulous host! If we are in the area again, this VRBO is on the top of the list.

Our crew of 8 (4 couples) really enjoyed this house. Lots of room for us to spread out or congregate in the kitchen/living/dining room area. Lovely porches to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine and the view of the water. Great location to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel/Captiva. And the pool is heated! Would definitely book again!

My family was here for a reunion with my parent who are in their mid-90’s. It was a great location for us, and the house was just beautiful! The kitchen was very well stocked with abundant dishes and cookware/utensils. That’s rare in a rental house. We had a couple minor issues and Barry took care of them right away. He even interrupted his dinner to come over to help us take a photo of our family (4 generations). Highly recommend this house and host!

Property is in great shape, nice pool, and with in walking distance of a number of bars, restaurants and entertainment. there is even a bus/shuttle that picks you up on the corner and takes you to the beach so you do not have to drive/park.

we had an incredible stay at Barry's VRBO. His hospitality was outstanding, and the flawless home exceeded expectations. The folding doors at the front were a brilliant touch, adding to the overall charm. Barry was easily accessible, making the experience seamless. The home's numerous features comfortably accommodated two families, and considering all the added amenities, the price was an absolute bargain. Highly recommend for a memorable getaway!

This house was a great place for our family of 10. A place for everyone to sleep in a bed. Ages ranged from 74 to 9, grandparents, parents and grandkids. Our first whole family vacation since our dauaghter got married in 2011, so this was her kids' first one. We had a great time. Thank you.

The property and neighborhood is in great shape given the hurricane just over a year ago. Many local businesses back open. Super close walk (over the bridge) to the beach, 0.7 miles. The home is perfectly equipped with everything you need for a delightful stay!

I rented this property for my family (8 adults, 1 teen, and 1 infant) and it was perfect and everyone had plenty of room and we didn’t feel on top of each other. We came to Ft Myers for my grandmas 100th birthday and to have my immediate family all be able to stay in one place was very convenient. Property was well maintained and very clean. 100% recommend and would rent again.

The home was beautiful, and we enjoyed walking over the bridge to get to the beach each day (avoiding parking and traffic) and walking to dinner at Dixie Fish Company (even closer than the beach) at night. We took this trip post-Ian and were first-timers to FMB, so we were not sure what to expect, but the beaches were open, there were food trucks and live music each day and night, and we enjoyed witnessing first-hand the progress made in the FMB community. We'll be back!

We celebrated my 40th birthday with friends! The house fit 8 adults perfectly with room to spare! It was very clean, decorated very nice and stocked with beach towels! We spent a lot of time in the pool, it was so nice to have! We were a short walk to a quick trolley ride to many restaurants, bars, and the beach! Would totally stay here again!

The house was beautiful and perfect for my husband and I along with our two teens and their two friends. So clean and well stocked. Close to Ft Myers Beach and a ton of restaurants on San Carlos Island. Will definitely return!

Loved this house and location. Walking distance to waterfront restaurants. House was new. Barry was very responsive. Had a great family trip. Went boating and to the beach. Only complaint was that the cleaning crew forgot their vacuum so floors were sandy when we arrived. Other than that, place was super clean and we have no complaints. Would definitely do again!! Thanks Barry!

This house was located on a private, gorgeous street. Walkable to beach and restaurants. Wonderful communication with owner. Private pool and super clean and nice. We had a wonderful time with five moms and daughters for a senior trip last hurrah before they go off to college. We couldn’t have picked a better place. Barry was wonderful. This house is fully stocked with all necessities in the kitchen, for the beach, and was equipped with hair dryers, a washer and dryer and even other things we weren’t expecting. We would all highly recommend this rental!!!

We visited for a few days to get some relief from winter temps! Unfortunately while we were there, there was an unusual cold front that swept through, but that didn’t ruin our trip! The property was very clean and beautifully furnished! So much space for the 7 of us. Walking distance to several great local bars/restaurants and a quick drive or walk across the bridge to be at the beach. Barry was amazing to work with and responded very quickly to questions we had while at the property. We would definitely recommend this house!
