About this villa rental
THE HOUSE
This house was designed by a renowned architect to combine the Provencal tradition with the sobriety and clean lines of the contemporary, according to the architectural tradition belonging to the postmodern trend. It is located on the crest of a hill belonging to the municipality of Ramatuelle, a hill plunging some 700 meters into the Mediterranean. We are in the heart of the 3 capes region (Cap Camarat, Cap Taillat and Cap Lardier).
The access to the sea is made by paths of scrubland and allows to swim in creeks which remain deserted even in the middle of the summer. However, on another side of the hill, the famous beaches of Pampelonne are only 5 minutes away by car. So we go very quickly to the elegant Club 55 or to the trendy Nikky Beach. St. Tropez can be reached in less than 15 minutes.
The building was completed in 1989. The terraces and patios allow you to choose the ideal exposure, whatever the weather or time of day. Thus, there will always be refreshing breezes here, shady areas there, or full sun.
Below the house, you will find a fully secured swimming pool, whose large dimensions (20 meters) are particularly suitable for swimming or, of course, for games, and, behind the pool, a “pétanque” court for a few games of boules in the evening, while sharing an aperitif.
The house has eight bedrooms, 4 in the main building, and 4 around the patio. This layout was designed by our architect to combine independence and conviviality.
All the rooms are air-conditioned.
THE MAIN BUILDING
The main building can accommodate up to 8 people. It benefits from a large living room (70 M²), which enjoys a rare view on the sea, the coast, and the village of Ramatuelle. Next to the bar, the sofas and armchairs of the living room are set around a vast Renaissance fireplace. This room is equipped with a giant screen smart TV (Netflix and more than 250 channels are available), a DVD player, a high speed internet connection... The kitchen overlooks the living room and is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer...). Meals are usually taken on one of the terraces close to the living room, but a part of this large room is also used as a dining room.
In this main building, the first bedroom - the master bedroom, located on the 3rd floor - enjoys a magnificent sea view. It is equipped with a double bed (Queen size) and its own bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are on the garden level; one has a double bed (King size), a sofa in its own sitting area, and its own en suite bathroom. The other has two single beds, its own bathroom and a small adjoining kitchen. The other has a double bed (King size).
On the garden level there is also a laundry room with two washing machines and a dryer.
The PATIO:
It has 4 rooms distributed in two suites, each made of two rooms separated by a shared bathroom. One suite has a sea view, the other a garden view. Each room has two single beds that can be reunited into a king size bed for couples. Guests staying in the patio also have a small independent kitchen.
In summary, the house as a whole can accommodate 16 people. Six bathrooms/showers are available for the eight bedrooms. The main kitchen opens onto the living room. In the patio, a small kitchen gives the guests an additional independence. The same applies to the rooms on the garden level, which also have a small kitchen.

The pictures don’t do the views any justice. What a gorgeous property - we throughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again if given the opportunity. The host was attentive and responsive. The house was clean, comfortable and really beautiful. The outdoor terraces, the pool and the views are not to be missed!

Breathtaking views and best pool in town
I thought the owner of the home was super amazing and friendly and a superb host, even introducing us to a team who could help cook meals while we were there. The pool and land is even more gorgeous in person. A great place for a group and the location was so close to all the action of St. Tropez.

3 Star Experience
The home was not ready for check in when I arrived. I was disappointed and decided not to stay in the home, preferring to book a hotel at the last minute instead. Overall the furnishings and décor are of 3 star standard. If you are looking for updated bathrooms, and luxury, I would book another property.

Location and View!
The view and outdoor space are fantastic. It’s a very lovely setting. The small town the house is in (Ramatuelle) has great restaurants in the center and a surprisingly lively feel in the evenings. The proximity to beaches and St Tropez are great. The house itself has a very nice communal space. The kitchen is small but reasonably well stocked.
The only downsides for us were the rustic bathrooms (only one actual standing shower in the whole house) and the ants in the house.
But we enjoyed our stay and felt it was well worth the visit.
