Amazing beach front property at Goose Rocks Beach, beautiful views and direct access to the beach. This is a spacious 3 bedroom property with 2 full bathrooms. The property was renovated in 2020. The unit is on the first floor of the building, there is a connecting door between the units if the whole house wanted to be rented. Please bring your own sheets and towels. The bed quilts, pillows and kitchen towels are provided. If you would like to rent sheets and towels, Cottage Linens in Biddeford is a great choice. The rental fee includes a regular cleaning service, however there will be an additional cleaning charge if excessive cleaning is required. 571 Kings Highway Kennebunkport

Overall the property and location was great. GRB had been battered by storms last winter so I was a bit hesitant to go back so quickly. Overall this property seemed to fare well with some minor damage to a ceiling and the yard which the homeowners addressed. Go support GRB and help the shore communities rebuild!

I hesitate to write this review as I would really love for this magical vacation home to be available whenever we are lucky enough to visit. We had a wonderful stay in what I would call paradise. The home is lovely and the beach location incredible. Goose Rocks Beach is the ideal spot for a relaxing and tranquil get away. Abigail, thank you for allowing us to have your house as our home for our stay. It was amazing.

The beach here is so wonderful. We stayed in October, and although one day during our long weekend was rainy the beach was so perfect. We came to celebrate my grandmother-in-laws birthday - she wanted to be right on the beach and go for walks everyday and this house was perfect for that. The beach is sandy and goes on forever. We found a ton of sand dollars. The house is definitely bare bones - the living space is a little cramped for 6 people and the TV was very small and had some discoloring to it which was a little tough for our older family members. The toilet in the master bathroom would make a loud filling noise every 10 ish minutes because the flush valve seal needs replacing. And the family upstairs had two children who were constantly running around, yelling for mom, slamming doors. The noise really does travel, especially kid noise when they seem to be playing leap frog in cement shoes. Probably not as bad in the summer when you're spending all day at the beach but in the off season when you're stuck inside on rainy days it makes doing a puzzle much less relaxing! But all and all we had a good time!

Check in was super easy and the house was very clean. It was the perfect place to unwind. All the amenities needed. Sitting in the Adirondack chairs facing the ocean sipping coffee or wine with a book was the recipe for relaxing. The weather was perfect and the beach was awesome for walks! We will be back!

The biggest advantage and the biggest disadvantage are the same: the distance from Kennebunkport and Ogunquit. If you want essentially a private beach, quiet (except for the surf) and no crowds this is the place and Goose Rocks will not disappoint. Loved the sunrises and the fire pit. Absolutely the best.

Ocean front property looking out on Goose Rocks Beach. We stayed in the lower unit for a long weekend. Communication with the owner was a breeze. The place was clean, comfortable and well maintained indoors. Outdoors, the sandy beach was just steps away, and we loved sitting under the stars around the fire pit. Only downside is the lack of soundproofing between lower and upper unit.

We were a group of women in our 60’s and rented it for a weekend getaway. We are old high school friends. It was such a beautiful property, the house just gorgeous, comfortable beds and being able to walk out the door and be on the beach was amazing!! Daily beach walks and and the sound of the surf was heaven. We are already thinking about trying for another stay in October!! 🥰

The home location is perfect if you want a quiet getaway with stellar, beachfront views. Open kitchen / family room layout creates lots of family time while enjoying the views. Bedrooms and bathrooms are sparse and could use some TLC updates. Also want to note that noise from the upstairs rental travels easily into the living space. The location and views are the star of the show for sure!

We came for the Christmas Prelude weekend which was amazing! What made it more special was the great place here. Close to downtown Kennebunkport and the waterfront view was spectacular!! Thanks for and easy and wonderful stay. Will be back and hopefully your place is available! Merry Christmas!

We are a group of high school friends that get together a few times a year. This gathering was a special one to celebrate all of us turning 60 . Walking in we immediately got the "Wow" factor with that amazing view and actually had a full rainbow over the ocean. We cooked almost all of our meals and all agreed the kitchen was great! Cookware and dishes were in pristine condition and of good quality. Living space was comfortable and overall floor plan worked really well. We never tired of the beauty of the location, the ocean tides and amazing beach. There were a few things we expected to be supplied but did not have enough of (there was one dishwasher pod, not enough toilet paper or paper towels). We all agreed it wasn't a big deal but felt property manager should know. Also big storm had come through before arrival and there was some water on floor by windows even though they were closed, and an obvious water leak in ceiling.... maybe something to look into. Neighbors were friendly!

We loved our stay in this home! It was quiet and peaceful and very well maintained. It was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook in. The best part was being right on the beach and being able to enjoy the sun and the sound of the waves. The kids loved the grass yard to play in and the fire pit was a bonus for the cool nights allowing us to still enjoy being outside. We would definitely stay here again!

They were 6 of us for our annual Girl’s Weekend who were so lucky to have found Abigail’s beautiful home on Goose Rocks Beach. It was the perfect size for all of us. The house was exactly as listed and immaculate. There wasn’t anything that we needed that the house didn’t have. You could not get any closer to the beach and it was nice to constantly hear the waves. The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. We had beautiful warm weather and enjoyed our morning and afternoon walks on the beach. Since it was off season it was very quiet and peaceful. Abigail thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We had a great time and made great memories.

This unique area of Maine was magical. The house was well equipped and we enjoyed daily walks in the beach and seeing the beauty of New England in the fall. Look forward to coming back again. Abigail was very easy to get in touch with.

The location was perfect, sits right on the beach. The listing did not mention that you needed to bring towels and sheets when we originally booked, it has since been added. That is a lot to pack when flying and might have kept us from booking the property if it was listed at the time of booking. Also the upstairs is rented out separately and you can hear every move they make, their entire conversation, and when everyone flushes a toilet. Ok during the day but not when you are trying to sleep and the upstairs party is staying up hours after.
