Beautiful and spacious home for our family of 7. The location is close to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely consider this property again when visiting Naples.

Enjoyed a long weekend at this condo. Great location and comfortable stay for the 4 of us. Lisa was a responsive host and made sure all details were just right. I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone - just note the mattress in the master is pretty soft.

You couldn’t be in a better location. This is very central but away from crowds and tourists. The area is very quiet. The property is very well maintain and comfortable. Has everything you need during your stay. Highly recommended.

Only superlatives. Love the real Florida neighborhood with boats coming and going on the canal. Birds singing. A little bunny rabbit running around. Most gracious hosts. Very clean apartment stacked with everything you need. Short drive to old Naples and Cambier Park. 10 out of 10.

Excellent value and extremely well kept home on a canal within walking distance of downtown Naples. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend the property to anyone who wants a great weekend for a very good value in or near Naples!

Our family spent a long Easter weekend here. We have been to Naples many times, and love the area. The place was reasonably priced for the busy spring break and Easter season. The three bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for everyone in our family to have their own space and there’s a large kitchen / family room area with a deck that overlooks the canal. It’s 5-10 minute drive to 5th Avenue and the beach depending on traffic. The hosts were always quick to reply to our questions. If you are looking for a place in Naples that is near downtown and the beaches, I would recommend this place.

For us the location worked well. Out of the hustle and bustle of old naples but very close. The property was nicely decorated and clean. The property manager Lisa is friendly, very responsive and helpful.

Stayed at Royal Harbor for a long weekend trip with friends. Great location - very close to downtown. There was plenty of of space for all of us. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend it.

We stayed for a family reunion at Naples Bay Resort. We have 3 children in their 20’s and one 17 year old. This condo was very spacious, comfortable and close to everything. We walked to the cafe just about every morning for coffee. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was accommodating. Comfortable furniture indoors and out—with nice shade umbrella. We brought two beach chairs from home, and their were two on the property. We loved everything about this space. Just be prepared, there are only two parking spaces. But thank God there were two. We drove down from NC, and our kids were supposed to fly. Their flight was cancelled so they drove down as well. We had just enough room to park. Great space. Very comfortable. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s place. Beautiful decorations, comfy beds (never slept better), and a wonderful deck facing the water were the highlights of the space. Lisa’s binder with tips on things to do and places to eat were very helpful. Loved the location especially the proximity to downtown shops and nearby beaches! I would highly recommend booking this place. Thank you, Lisa, for such a wonderful stay.

We stayed here with our three young boys and found the home to be wonderful. The pictures accurately represent the property, which was very nice and a perfect layout for our family. Coffee overlooking the canal was lovely! Communication with Lisa was seamless. Would stay again!

Spacious, well appointed townhome. 3 bedrooms with great beds/bedding for very comfortable sleep. Lisa was super easy to communicate with and everything went according to plan. Loved the big comfy sectional sofa in the living room!
