Well-appointed Designer furnishings throughout the home, adorned by one of the best interior designers in the USA. Only the finest materials were used for your comfort and delight of your family and friends. Special care for all details, fabrics, rugs, mattresses, luxury bedding, bath and other fine linens.
VillaBlanca has spacious interior and exterior areas, divided into 3 floors:
First Floor:
- Large Living Room.
- Powder Room.
- Laundry Room.
- Open Kitchen with Dining Room.
- Large outdoor deck area with plenty of seating.
- Infinity Pool looking out over the Marina, Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean.
- Bedroom 1- King Room with separate seating area, Large bathroom with walk in shower.
- Bedroom 2- King Room with Garden View, Bathroom with walk in shower.
Second Floor:
- Large Family/Game Room.
- Large outdoor deck area with plenty of seating and a jacuzzi.
- Bedroom 3- King Room with separate seating area, Large bathroom with walk in shower and large soaking tub.
- Bedroom 4- Large Room with (2) King Beds, Large bathroom with walk in shower;
- Bedroom 5- (2) sets of twin bunkbeds for a total of (4) twin beds, separate bathroom with shower.
- Separate Laundry Room and linen closet.
Third Floor:
- Bedroom 6- Large King Master with separate seating area.
- Large bathroom with walk in shower
House Square Footage: 6000 sq ft.
Deck and Patio Space: 1700 sq ft.
Sleeps: 12 people comfortably.
Total Capacity: 16 people.
*Each guest over 12 people will be an additional $150.00 USD per person added to the nightly rent charge.
*Any rental above 12 people will be sleeping in bunk beds .
Fully refundable security damage deposit: $2,500 USD.
*No guests under the age of 12.
LOW SEASON RATE $1,750 USD (plus taxes)
STANDARD RATRE $2,300 USD (plus taxes)
HOLIDAYS $2,700 USD (plus taxes)
*Daily made services are mandatory and included in the rate.
