Relax and make unforgettable memories in this cozy haven. *Please note - this home does not have central AC it is equipped with room AC units

All net proceeds from renting Charlie's place go to support his daughter and her future. Charlie was only 27 when he was tragically taken from his family/friends. His dream was to be an investor and this home was the first of what would have been many for him. He never got the pleasure of even making his first mortgage payment! But, his dream lives on as does the legacy he has started for his daughter. We and the family appreciate your stay at Charlie's Place.
