If you are looking for a modern decorated home on the boardwalk you found it! Our home has touches of modern accents around every corner. Some added amenities are: Smart TV's in 4/5 Bedrooms as well as both living rooms. All Tv's have Cable Programming and access to today's modern streaming platforms. Our full-sized washers and dryers are located inside each unit for easy use. Our Fireplace is wood burning so we recommend bringing wood should you wish to have an evening fire.
HOME LOCATION
Located 500 feet from the Balboa Pier and just a quick walk to the Fun Zone, & Balboa Island Ferry you are never far from the Action. Directly out in front of the Home is the beach where you will find Volleyball Courts, Fire-Pits, and the occasional flag football/ultimate frisbee tournament just off to the Right.
From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, balboa island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute ride 1 way) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddleboard Lessons all within a 2-15 minute walk, you will never need to travel far.
For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks across the Street. For those of you with kids, the Balboa Fun-Zone is also just across the street making this home an ideal location for families. For those of you with the itch to shop, we recommend hopping on the ferry to Balboa Island. If you can't find what you are looking for, the world-famous Shops at Fashion Island has it all located just a 5-minute taxi ride from the Island.

-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.

- No Patio/Balcony Access after 10 pm
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.

- You are provided (2) Parking Spots in the two-car garage. Large Trucks/SUVs are permitted. Each Parking Stall is (23 Ft/ 276 inches deep - 8 Ft/96 inches wide - 6 Ft/80.5 inches tall)
- In order to access the lower level home you must ascend a set of 4 stairs
- In order to access the upper level Home you must ascend a full set of stairs
-Noise Should be expected from construction next door
- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beachgoers should be expected.
-Fireplace must not be left unattended while ignited for any reason
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
PETS
This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.

We had 8 adults and 7 small children at this property for a week in early July. We had both upstairs and downstairs units. It’s a great property. We realized early on we needed to add several AC units. Management was quick to deliver and install them. We wished the upstairs unit had a mop because the hardwood floors were dirty. We loved the proximity to the beach, restaurants, the Fun Zone and ferry. We will return to this property again!
