Our group really enjoyed the space and cleanliness of the place! Would stay again.

we came to silverthorne for a wedding and was lucky enough to be able to stay, it was a great central location and we were all able to have a room for 8 of us.

A group of ole' friends that have been skiing together for 20 years ... picked Colorado for the annual trip. We skied Copper, Winter Park, A-Basin, and Steamboat.
Great time ...

This was a great location. Plenty of space. Would stay again.

Enjoyed the condo. Easy access to 5 of the area ski resorts. Needed some missing shower gel and shampoo. Morgan had someone deliver within an hour.

Great communication with Owner. Excellent location. A little skimpy on supplies for a place that holds many people. Had to go shopping for cleaning supplies, paper supplies, and toiletries. A place of this size should be well stocked. The distance to the slopes was excellent. Near shopping and highways..

As others had stated there are a lot of stairs but we were aware of that from other reviews.
The place was very spacious and accommodated our group of nine. Very nice lay out and had games there for us to play.
Very detailed with check in instructions, so that was nice as we had no issues. The host was very accommodating and let us check in early.
The place was clean but I feel like it needs a deep cleaning (ie. Blinds cleaned, carpet shampooed, mattress covers washed, doors/ walls cleaned).
I did not sleep well due to the mattress I slept on and others said the same. All the pillows were very flat too. I think if they updated a few mattresses and got new pillows it would definitely make a huge difference.

Great location for skiing at Breck and Keystone, fully stocked kitchen, clean. Plenty of kitchen seating and sleeping areas. Less than half our group was adults so worked well. Sleeping upstairs in twin beds mostly for kids. Lots of stairs to property so need to be very able-bodied.

This place is at the very bottom of the Wildernest neighborhood, so it's really easy access to Silverthorne where you don't have to drive all the way up the hill. Lots of room and beds in the place perfect for our big group... Only issue is that it only has two bathrooms and only one is hallway accessible, so you just have to make sure you take turns with a big group. It also is quite a hike upstairs from parking because it's on the third floor. If you don't mind those two negatives, it's a good value and a great place.

Very spacious place, easy access to the ski resort. Third floor can be inconvenient if you have knee/joint issues. Cleaning service could have done a better job as far as stains on bedding and vacuuming, but that was an easy fix for us. The manager responded very quickly to questions we had, which was very appreciated. The instructions to check in and out process were very clear and easy to follow. Thank you for having us.

Everything worked fine for our stay at this location. Property could use a little light maintenance, and the exterior of the condo complex needs a little more maintenance but the place was as described and met our needs. Place was clean, view was great, amenities and hot water worked great, and it was a great base as our family enjoyed the area for 5 days.

Annually we take a multi generation family trip and this location was nice and centralized to accommodate our events and also hold everybody!

House was perfect location and fits a large group.
Only one star off because we came for a wedding and the listing stated iron & iron board, so we had to buy those.
It does get kind of Hot, and would recommend more fans for the summer months. But listing did state no air condition.
We would stay again! Thanks!

Enjoyed our stay. Overall it was a great experience. It would be nice to know that the condo is on the 3rd floor and only stairs to get there. That was difficult for some family members.

This condo is easy to find and in a great location with outdoor activities, entertainment, restaurants, grocery stores and more within minutes. It was very accommodating for our two families, particularly with sleeping and eating arrangements. And we never ran out of hot water as people cycled through the shower. A huge plus on those cold, snowy days! Everything was very clean, the kitchen was well provisioned and there were even a lot of great games, puzzles and more to keep the kids busy when we had a little down time. The check in and out procedures were easy to follow. However, logistics could be tricky at times if our two families had separate plans since only 1 key was available. Additionally, the roads and parking were plowed each day we had fresh snowfall making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and certainly a place we would enjoy visiting again!

Our group of 10 really enjoyed our stay! We skied during the day, and enjoyed dinners and games around the large kitchen table in the evenings. Morgan, our host, answered all our questions quickly.
The kitchen is very functional. We cooked all our dinners and breakfasts. It could use some oven mitts and washcloth, though.
The area for shoes and coats was great for our ski gear and shoes. The large mirror there was great too (especially for everyone putting on sunblock before leaving)! However, there are no mirrors or bathroom on the 2nd floor.
The kids bunk bed was pretty rickety/squeaky. ONLY for little kids.
They also have foam rollers which are nice for after skiing.
Third floor (6 sets of stairs) could be difficult for some.

This cabin was nice to stay in and I really appreciated that all of the bathrooms and rooms were updated (unlike most ski cabins). My only complaint was that I wish there was an extra half bathroom.

We had 2 families, 11 people in all stay here for a ski week and had a blast! Plenty of space for everyone, close to shopping, restaurants and resorts. I recommend this home for your vacation.

Plenty of space even for a larger group, location not too bad either even though not right next to the town center. Nice and quiet!

We booked for a wedding and the 3 flights of steps were such a pain. Really should be explained in listing. My sister in law is scheduled for knee surgery and had to walk those steps. Wouldn't book again

This spacious condo is great for a group of travelers. Lots of sleeping space and hang out space. A couple beds are creaky/noisy and the listing of amenities is not accurate (no pool/hot tub), but other than that would recommend, particularly as there is lots to do year round in the area.

My family and I stayed for about 4 days. Perfect location away from hustle and noise in town. Condo was clean with everything we needed for cooking. Enjoyed our stay!

Plenty of room for our party of five adults and one child.
The rental process was a snap and the communication was clear on my end. I had no problems with getting answers and or using the technology.
The living space was adequate for us. All of us were only present in morning and evening. With coming and going on different schedules, we had no problems sharing the bathrooms.
The only negative comment I heard was about the mattresses. We had a Goldilocks in the crew. I don’t think it is a deal breaker for us, but if you are super picky . . .it could be. The mattresses did not keep us up all night, but if I would upgrade on anything in the place it would be on some of the bigger mattresses.
We enjoyed our view from the deck and used the grill.
The kitchen was big enough for more than one cook. Big enough refrigerator if you plan to cook several meals.

Great location and price
Good property with convenience to all restaurants and town. 5 minutes to Silverthorne and less than 20 minutes to Keystone. Beds are average and condo was clean when we checked in. Good space for kids up in loft area and two queen beds on main floor. This is on 3rd level so plan on using steps alot to get in and out. No elevator for condo so if you have trouble with stairs avoid this rental.

Nice place for a ski trip
Everything was great. I wasn’t sure how to contact the property manager from the vrbo email. Otherwise was comfy, clean, as advertised.

Great week of family skiing
We had a great stay in Silverthorne! The condo had plenty of space for our group of 9 to spread out and we had all the amenities we needed! Thank you!

WIlderness Outreach Ski Trip 2022
The overall impression was good but the unit had not been cleaned nor the beds made nor the linens washed upon arrival. However, the owner was very accommodating and the situation was resolved to our satisfaction. I can highly recommend this unit to anyone wishing to ski as it is very conveniently located to multiple ski resorts.

Very nice
Very nice stay. We had 10 adults. Plenty of space. The only thing I would say is one of the rooms with the twin beds isn’t ideal for adults because of slanting ceilings, making it a bit challenging to move around but kids would find it just fine. The views are beautiful and it’s close to everything downtown. Short drive to Frisco or Breckinridge. No problems checking in or out. There was no need to contact property owner everything was perfect.

Great place- great value!
This was the perfect place for my group of friends to spend the weekend. The place was not only spacious, but had real beds for everyone to sleep in! We had such a great time.

Great mountain getaway
Had a wonderful experience. Loved the property and communication with manager was amazing. Only reason I gave location / neighborhood a 4 was because it was up on third floor which was just a lot of steps.

I stayed here with 5 adults for one night. The condo was generally clean, though the kitchen has a very strong odor (funk) coming from somewhere, and we couldn't figure it out. But generally I would say the smell was bad enough that we didn't hang out near the kitchen/living room area.
The reason I gave it 1 star has more to do with my experience after we checked out. The unit was fine and we didn't damage anything, yet after we had checked out I received a note from the owner that the cleaning service found a broken lamp shade in the living room (which we didn't cause), and they were going to charge me $200 to replace it. To be clear, this is a $30 lamp shade from amazon. I exchanged several messages with the owner explaining that we didn't notice this damage, nor did we cause it during our short stay, and she failed to respond to my message and pushed the $200 charge through.
Being a property manager does not give you the right to charge whatever you please to your departing guests. The lamp shade was broken on one side, and could have easily been rotated towards the wall by a previous guest so it was out of sight and not caught until now. Despite this fact, the owner charged an excessive amount for a cheap damaged lamp, rather than even discussing alternatives or agreeing to split the costs or provide justification for the expense.
This is no way to do business. Highly recommend you look elsewhere and avoid this place.
