This two bedroom condo has everything you to relax and enjoy the beach anytime of the year! Enjoyed very much! Decor is very nice! Bottom floor is a must! Great proximity to the beach!! Floor and paint touch-ups could be done. Overall great for the money!

6 day 5 night stay was just what we needed to de-stress and relax after a very stressful 2 weeks. Do not think this location will be like Panama City Beach! This is worlds away from that type of tourist mayhem, but close enough for a short drive to enjoy PCB food and/or fun. Condo was in excellent condition. Room is first floor and is right next to the hot tub. However pool/hot tub access is not available straght from the room/balcony. It is only a short walk around to the pool. Beach was easily accessible with a short walk across the street, approximately 2 blocks, based on location of room. Port St. Joe is also a quick trip for food and shopping. Great location, without all of the ridiculous nonsense. Will stay again soon!

Our group enjoyed the weekend at this condo so much! The condo was clean and had close, easy beach access despite not sitting right on the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The owner was very responsive from the time of booking until well after the trip - we left a couple of items behind - the cleaning crew found them AND scheduled delivery. We will definitely stay here again.

Very clean, great location, just 1 block from the beautiful white sand and ocean. Comfortable beds. Stayed 3 weeks and one small issue and owner delt with it immediately. Only suggestion would be to have a toaster in the unit.

Such comfortable beds and blankets!! Great location. Wonderful, responsive host. Could use a little more kitchen cookie sheets or something but very minor issue for sure. Everything we needed was there and it was great!

Mexico Beach is my kind of beach! The area was less crowded than Panama and our condo was spacious and had everything we needed.

The property was amazing and beautiful! My son and soon to be daughter in law stayed with me and we enjoyed everything about the vacation! It was quiet and we were able to relax and enjoy the beach and pool. Thank you so much!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo on the ground floor! We had the perfect location with access to the pool and hot tub and right across the road from the beach. The short walk wasn’t bad at all… we brought a wagon to help carry all of our gear. The condo is spacious and had everything we needed for our stay! We can’t wait to come back!!

This was a perfect place for our trip. I was hesitant bc it's not located directly on the beach, but the walk across was super easy. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We will reserve the same place for our trip next year.

Our stay was great! I would stay again and would recommend to family and friends. The only thing I’d ask would be to leave a vacuum so we could clean up during our stay. Otherwise it was a great vacation!

Condo is beautifully decorated and clean. The walk to the beach is short and easy. There were a few kitchen items we wanted but plenty enough to make do. The area is beautiful and just what we wanted. Not touristy- no mini golf, junk souvenir shops, etc. The drive for dinner is a little far but it's beautiful so we didn't mind.

This condo is in a great location. Very easy walk to the beach. Loved that we could watch the kids in the pool from the first floor balcony. Pool and hot tub view from balcony and master bedroom. Owner was very responsive and professional.

Had a great time here with close proximity to the beaches, and near lots of wonderful food. So many choices! We traveled west along the coast and east too. Mostly to port St Joe and Apalachicola, and beyond. Perfect time of year to stay. Our condo met our needs and was a comfortable place to call “home” for our stay.

This was our first trip to Mexico Beach. The condo was great! Plenty of room and very clean. Easy walk to the beach and close to great local food. The pool and hot tub were magnificent. Will definitely stay at this place again.

Beach was nice, pool was great. Room wasn't the cleanest, the bed wasn't very comfortable at all. Couldn't watch both tvs because the remote would work both tvs and change both at the same time. Washing machine had issues.

We really enjoyed the gated property with our own private pool. My kids love going to the beach and back to the pool everyday so it worked out great. Our condo was so homey and located perfectly! We will definitely be back again next summer.

This unit is very nice updated just like the photos! So very clean and spacious! Across the road from the beach. Unit is right next to the pool. Communication with owner was very quick. We would definitely stay again!

Area is very nice, pool area is lovely & of course the beach is perfect. The short walk to the beach was not bad at all. Condo was an enjoyable stay having two separate bedrooms w separate bathrooms was great! Host is very responsive.

A very short walk from to beach. Had our 5 year old and wanted beach time and food. Drove to St. Joe only 6 miles one evening for dinner. The space was just enough for the 3 of us. It was a great location in the condo! At the end of the gated entrance just past the pool and hot tub. Perfect to sit on the porch without being in the middle of all people at the pool. Very nice kitchen appliances and washer/dryer. Place was very clean. If your looking for a very low key place with beach and food not to far away, this is the place for you!

So happy we discovered Mexico Beach. The 5 minute walk to the beach made for the perfect rental. Amanda, the owner was prompt to answer my questions and make recommendations. We loved this area because everything is so clean and new since being hit by hurricane Michael in 2018. If you prefer a less crowded beach with lots of shells, this is your beach and this beautifully decorated condo is the perfect one for you. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

The condo was well stocked and just as presented. The location was great also with just a short walk to the beach. It was so nice to have starter toiletries, paper towels, etc. The property manager was also very prompt in answering questions. Thanks for a great start to summer 2022!

Property was in great proximity to everything Mexico Beach had to offer. Enjoyed the accommodations. Communications with the owners was easy and fast for anything that came up. Would stay there again in a heart beat.
