We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house and in this neighborhood. It is so close to Craigville Beach and Main Street Hyannis for shopping and dining. The neighborhood behind the house is great for walking and if you go down to the end of 5th Ave. there is a beautiful private park/beach area around the marshlands. There is even a huge Osprey nest on the top of one of the telephone poles! You can bring stand up paddle boards and kayaks.
We loved this neighborhood so much that we went vacatio house hunting while there. Highly recommend!!

The house was clean and is well located (5 min drive, 15 min walk to Craigville Beach). The house is well equipped with everything you need, including an outdoor bbq and shower. The host was very responsive and made sure the house was okay and that we had everything we needed. Many thanks for a great stay!

Everything was perfect.
The house is exceptionally clean and well appointed. We have 3 kids between 9 and 15 there were beds for everyone with a couple to spare. The kitchen is beautiful, new and clean, and had everything we needed. The backyard was great - we had local relatives over and had a Lobster feast out back. Lots of tables and seating for all, and all outdoor furniture is new or like new, including the nice Weber grill.
Cirlene was fantastic. She communicated clearly and with perfect frequency. She went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed and was very flexible with check in/out.
The location worked out really well for us. Not even a mile from the town beach, for which Cirlene provides a parking pass. And just up the street from Craigville pizza that makes a good pie.
We did it all: a couple beach days, whale watching (awesome!), golf day, and more restaurants within 3 miles than you can count, with a visit to Katie's Ice Cream near every night. One night was a local tradition... Illumination Night in a neighborhood just a mile up the street. If you ever come when this is going on, it is well worth making an evening of it. Band, ice cream, lots of wine, food, kids running around, and stunning mid summer house lights. And after all of it, returning to a beautiful, newly updated, cool (thank goodness for strong AC!) house with a comfortable bed was just great.
As a frequent VRBO user, I'm a discerning customer and I highly recommend this property for a family. GREAT.

My family and friends greatly enjoyed our stay at the house. The check-in process was simple and Cirlene was very responsive and attentive to our requests. The house itself was very clean and contained everything we needed - from new cookware and utensils to fresh towels and linens. The location of the house is great, a quick ride from downtown Main Street, and the parking pass for Covell's Beach was wonderful to have available.
I strongly recommend this house for anyone looking to get away to Hyannis for the weekend and would not hesitate to return soon!

Cirlene was wonderful and kept great communication the entire stay. The house was beautiful and well appointed. We had everything we needed. The outdoor space was perfect for lounging outside. We were very close to the beach/water which was great. I would definitely stay here again.
