Kitchen: Fully equipped with anything you need for all of your culinary creations. Keurig single pot coffee maker, microwave, toaster over, blender, a complete set of pots and pans, and more.
Utility Closet 1: A set of 2 chairs and table for outdoor seating at the balcony where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and a slight view of the Bay. 6 beach chairs and and 1 umbrella.

So clean! I've stayed in many ocean dive properties in Ocean City and this was the cleanest. Great use of the space and cozy. The park is across the street and we got to see fireworks over the bay with an easy walk back. With the provided amenities Beach use was very easy. Great place!

Listing is accurate. We appreciated the reminder from the owner that there were no linens included. There were some small kitchen towels but nothing else. Beach chairs were so convenient. A/C took a bit to get right, meaning if you want it to turn off when it hits a temp, we needed to have it on power-saving mode.

A sweet little condo for a beach getaway in Ocean City. It is small but it is decorated so well and was super clean. The unit is stocked with every thoughtful thing you can think of for a stay at the beach - chairs, umbrellas etc. Easy walk to the beach!

This little condo was perfect for our mid-week OC getaway! With four of us, having two sleeping areas (the pull out king bed worked great!) and two bathrooms was amazing. The fold out table worked great for dinner and games and was easy to fold way for sleeping. The kitchen was well stocked and worked great for cooking in one night. The location was perfect - just a little out of the main drag of OC, but still close to stores for any shopping needs, and great restaurants including Ledo's Pizza right across the road! It was so awesome having just a short walk to the beach, which was less crowded that the main beach by the boardwalk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the timely and detailed communication with our hosts. Highly reccommend!!

I and my husband that we spent this Memorial Day vacation here with my two children. This place was really clean and had everything. Our family had a really comfortable and happy time. I would stay here again. Thank you so much for Mariana and Claudia!

My husband, myself, my sister, and my niece all stayed here for Labor Day weekend. The space is set up perfectly to be flexible. We were able to easily turn the living room into a bedroom for my sister and niece and then convert it back into a dining area for meals. The space was clean and well decorated and just steps from the beach. It is a great price, great location, and great space.

We had a fantastic stay at Mariana’s place. The condo was very clean, had a great set up and all of the essentials. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the welcome gift and beach supplies available for use. Also, the location is great; just a short walk to the beach and a quick walk to stores and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Overall, the stay was VERY pleasant. Right across from Uber Bagels for a morning coffee and breakfast sandwich. A less than 5 min walk to the beach made the stay very enjoyable. The unit was more than clean and has two full bathrooms which was essential. I would definitely recommend and book again. There was no issues getting into the unit. Only thing is, it’s on the third floor. Some might not like, but we had no issue as it was a nice view of the sunset! A huge thank you to the hosts for making the process seamless!

The picture doesn’t fully give this property it’s full credit that it deserve. When we pulled up to property we were like ok we will make the best of it. But when we opened the door we were pleasantly surprised how nicely decorated and clean it was. It was nice to be out all day and then come back to our home away from home. It’s in a good location and it’s quite. If you’re going to stay in Ocean City I would recommend staying here, better than a hotel stay.

This property is near so many things it will make you forget about going to the boardwalk. Very close to plenty of food and entertainment places. The host is very communicative and will answer you fast when having a question. I will be returning again

This was our first VRBO experience and it was amazing! The space was so clean and the setting was very comfortable. My 17 year old took the sofa bed, and my 13 year old used an air mattress with plenty of room to spare. The location - perfect for us!! It literally took less than 2 minutes to access the beach, so many food and souvenir shops right across the street. We walked everywhere! The drive to the boardwalk was only about 10 minutes, and we even headed North to check out Rehoboth Beach and boardwalk which was only 30 minutes away. I cannot say enough good things about our experience and would recommend this establishment to anyone looking to go to Ocean City!

Everything about our stay was great. The location in terms of the beach was about a 2-minute walk, and the area is surrounded by food and experiences all within walkable distances. The owners answered any questions that I had immediately. The interior was very clean and felt very comfortable staying there. Highly Recommend!

The property was conveniently located to some nice places to eat (we loved Uber Bagels) and most importantly to the beach. Just a 5 min walk from the apartment. We appreciated all of the beach "gear" available for use and the shower to rinse off. The property has pretty much everything you need - EXCEPT - "LINENS". We looked up on-line what it means when a property says Bring Your Own Linens and what we found said to bring sheets and towels. We were surprised upon arrival that there was also no bedding (blankets) so we ended up scrapping together beach blankets and beach towels to keep ourselves warm. Also the bed was too firm for our comfort - maybe just a mattress topper to make it more comfortable - and the pillows were thin and useless? On the upside it was very easy to get up in the morning and get going. Everything about the property was perfect - the furniture and space was clean and well thought out. The check in and check out was a breeze. I would definitely recommend it - just be aware that you should bring your own linens AND your own bedding (and I would recommend your own pillows and possibly a mattress topper if you are not a fan of firm beds). Also check the weekend you are visiting - the property is located right on the main coastal highway and there was a Biker Convention going on so each day and night we were listening to loud bikes cruising up and down the strip. A minor annoyance. Once we had the AC units on and put on some "white noise" it was fine. And we couldn't hear them once we were down on the beach. Overall it was a great stay. Thanks!

We have family that stays on the same street every year and we wanted something close to them that was not unreasonably priced. This location was the perfect size for my husband and me. Plenty of space for us, and easy walk to the beach. We LOVED the beach cart that was included, making it easy to leave the car parked at the unit and make our way to the beach without worrying about parking. The unit was clean, well decorated, and perfectly located (we love the uptown area since we both lived in OC for years and prefer to be away from the chaos of downtown). We put the "table" up against the window to have a permanent kitchen table space separate from the "family room" area and it worked great.

This was the perfect size and location for my husband, myself and my daughter for our 4 night stay. The little touches were much appreciated like having a roll of toilet paper already there, hand soap, and even dish soap. The location was super convenient and within walking distance of the grocery store and the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

I booked the place for a last minute beach trip. It was clean and close to the beach. The owners had everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach. The condo is near mini golf and excellent restaurants. Would definitely book again.

This property was great. The hosts have done a great job maximizing the space to make it comfortable and welcoming. The location couldn't have been better, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and in a nice location where the beach was never crowded. The hosts even provided beach chairs and umbrellas which was wonderful as we did not have bring our own. The hosts answered all our questions in an timely manner and were as nice as can be. I highly recommend this place! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

This place was very clean and had many useful things throughout the property. You could tell that the owners really put thought into their property. Upgraded and perfect for a place to stay while visiting Ocean City - prime location!

The condo was in great condition, super clean and smelled nice. Location was perfect. 2 min walk to the beach without crossing any major roads. Lots a food and activities all walking distance. Host had nice beach chairs available for use and responded to messages super fast.

The place is super clean and cute exactly as pictured and the owners were great to deal with. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need (keurig, toaster oven, blender, etc). We were able to walk to many great paces for food and drinks and ice cream. Highly recommend!
