The home is ideally located, steps away from the Hilltop pool and the lakefront shuttle stop and a short walk from the new Vineyard pool and Event park. Gigabit mesh Wi-Fi ensures all devices have the fastest Internet available, and expanded Cable means you won’t miss your favorite show or sports event. All bedrooms are luxuriously appointed with memory foam mattresses, black-out shades, and a 43” 4k Roku TV.
The driveway and two-car garage include plenty of parking and a Level 2 electric vehicle charger. The garage includes cornhole boards, a ping-pong table, and a 42” TV.
The front porch is the first of three decks at Good Day Sunshine, all with plenty of seating to enjoy the amazing views! Walk inside past the entryway storage bench and you will find two large Queen bedrooms that share a full-size bathroom with dual sinks and a shower.
The bunk room down the hall sleeps 5 with two built-in solid wood bunk beds (twin over twin; twin XL over Queen). Just outside the bunk room is a second full bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub.
The media room next to the bunk room will keep everyone entertained with a 55” Roku TV, Xbox One, retro Nintendo and Super Nintendo, books/games/puzzles, and a pull out couch with a queen mattress.
Past the media room is a mud room with a utility sink and an extra-large washer and dryer.
Upstairs has an expansive great room with a vaulted ceiling to maximize the lake and mountain views. The living room has seating for everyone to relax and enjoy the fireplace or watch the 55” Roku TV. Had a wonderful stay at Good Day Sunshine at the lookout in chelan. Spent the week with my extended family. Property was spotless. Great location. View of the lake. Right across from the pickleball courts and smaller pool. Lots of activities for all ages. So many things to do which kept the kids occupied. Rented boats and jet skis on the lake. Second year at the lookout. This property was too notch. Hope to be back next year. Highly recommend this property.

We had a glorious four night stay and got great use of the covered patio off the open kitchen and living room given the lovely fire table. House is big! And well equipped. Loved the hot tub and outdoor fire pit too. The location next to the upper pool and park is nice. Dogs loved their visit also.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The layout was great with three bedrooms (one being a bunk room) and living room downstairs, and a master and main living / kitchen upstairs. Amazing covered patio, beautiful view, near the pool (though this one is closed in winter), hot tub, and park. Home had all the amenities we could need. As our family has grown we've sought out larger accommodations, the last three years at The Lookout, including this summer, our first at Good Day Sunshine.The home is lovely, clean, and ideally located. Property was clean and had amenities that we would want. The view was gorgeous from the balcony and we enjoyed easy access to the pool nearby. Neighborhood was nice and everyone was friendly. Neat that they have shuttle drivers to take you down to the lake not far off. Calls and requests were answered promptly so that was helpful. Would love to come back someday and would definitely book again.

We stayed here for my husband's 40th birthday with 4 other couples and it was perfect! Accommodated the group perfectly and we spent most of our time on the beautiful spacious deck. So fun to see the sunrise and sunset out there. Would definitely stay again!

The house is lovely. My only feedback would be the pool key. One pool key for a resort with 2 pools in a house with 12 people does not add up. Why not do a key pad for the pools? The key card seems out of date and unnecessary.

We have stayed at the Lookout for years and have come to appreciate the level of quality, care and attention to detail that has gone into making the Lookout a very special destination. However our last trip did not line up with our pervious experiences. For example upon move in the house was not stocked with paper products , bags for the garbage or dish soap. We called the front desk and they did deliver some of the requested items. Leaving us to again, call the front desk to request these basic items. In another instances one morning we were confronted by one of the staff people (in a black shirt) who scolded us for leaving the hot tub lid off, when in fact the wind had blown it off. We were also disappointed to see the transportation crew asking for tips yet providing the exact same service as always.

Had a great time staying at the rental house in February. Beautiful views, easy access to take the toddlers skiing at Echo Valley. House has many extra amenities geared toward families with children (2 pack & plays, 2 booster seats, toys, games, books, multiple baby gates, etc.) Easy to just show up and enjoy your vacation with the whole family!

Stayed at the lookout for a small family reunion. House was well equipped with utensils, bikes, and other goodies. We had a small issue getting into the home with the instructions provided for the keyless entry. You must use the check symbol as opposed to a star symbol as was stated in the instructions. Not a huge issue we figured it out but would suggest updating for the future quests. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this beautiful home. The view a proximity to the pool is great and off street parking was nice.

This is about my fifth time is staying at the Lookout and this was the biggest and best house we’ve stayed in so far! We had a couple of small issues but the staff quickly responded and overall it was an amazing two weeks!

We had a wonderful stay with our family and grandparents. The house is sparkling new, and equipped with everything- complete kitchen utensils, kid supplies (step stools, high chair, pack & play, books, games), pool towel. Seriously- nothing was overlooked. We had beautiful sunny, but cold weather - used the park and playground, the shared hot tub and our own private hot tub. We ventured down to the beach area - quite a climb and the water was really low. There is A LOT of construction - one house right behind, but generally this house is in an area that is mostly complete. We had a great stay and hope to come back in the summer. I can imagine summer will definitely be a busy and party-like atmosphere.

Overall it was a great experience at Good Day Sunshine. The upstairs living space and kitchen are bright and open. And the deck space is awesome. Great views throughout. Here are things that would have made it even better:

We liked the home and enjoy the Lookout property. We were offended that the property management called to tell us they were charging us for a broken XBox Controller. We didn't even know the property had an Xbox or where it was stored. Despite our indicating this, they told us they were still charging us $78. Obviously they missed it on their last inspection before we arrived and decided to charge us to cover their tracks. They couldn't even tell me where it was located in the house when I asked. So we have stayed their 3 times in the last few years and spent nearly $10,000 in rental fees and they feel it is important to pass along a $78 charge to us despite my protests? It leaves a bad taste in our mouth and makes us feel very unappreciated or valued as customers. Why spend so much money when there are other options out there? It's really too bad because we have stayed there in the summer and really enjoyed the property and location.
