This condo is lovely!! A renovated second floor 2 bedroom and 2 bath villa with sunroom. You will enjoy panoramic views from the master bedroom, sun room and screen porch. Gaze across the river and see the shrimp boats come and go from Cherry Point in Rockville; off to your right the sailboats depart from Bohicket Marina; observe the dolphins and birds play in the marsh! The long marsh views will offer up amazing sunsets each night.
Enter this freshly painted villa and marvel at the special craftsman touches: crown molding, fabulous lighting and wood floors. The kitchen has custom cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and is stocked for even the most discerning chef. The living space has an oversized leather couch, which opens to a sleeper, and large Smart TV. Gather around the dining table set for 6. Sliders lead from the dining room to the screen porch - the perfect spot for morning coffee at the bistro table for four. Relax in the sunroom off the living room. This space is surrounded with floor to ceiling windows which can be opened to let in the beautiful southern breezes.. A perfect spot for evening cocktails and seeing sunsets over the marsh.
This two bedroom villa is comfortably furnished with an abundance of dresser and closet space. The primary bedroom en-suite has a King bed, two dressers, ample closet space and large windows looking out over the beautiful marshlands and boat docks. Its adjoining bath is as modern and luxurious as it can get, with a rainhead shower system in its top-end marble and glass shower, dual vanity, make-up mirror and marble flooring. The second bedroom is also appointed with ample dresser and closet space, a comfortable Queen bed, leather chair and Smart TV. Its adjoining bath is renovated with a tub/shower combo, stained glass window and new vanity.
For your convenience there is a laundry closet with stacked washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Beach chairs and beach towels are available for your use. Located just outside the main gate of Seabrook Island in it's own gated community close to the Seabrook Island Club's tennis center, Lake House, and Equestrian Center. Bay Pointe Villa's have a private community pool, charcoal grill and a dock with kayak rack. Hop on a bike and you can be just about anywhere in minutes. Bohicket Marina is just a block away, while Freshfields Shopping Village is just a bit further down the bike trail. Enjoy all the best that Seabrook has to offer from this sensational property.
** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
This property includes access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities: oceanfront pools, Pelican's Nest outdoor, oceanfront restaurant/bar, Island House restaurants, golf, tennis, pickleball, horseback riding and Lake House indoor/outdoor pools and fitness center. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
